What does the Colligso TextIn Make integration do?
The Colligso TextIn Make integration lets a scenario, the automation you build in Make, write into your TextIn account. It has three modules, the bricks of a scenario, and all three are actions: Create Order, Create a Customer and Send Message. Something else has to start the scenario, because TextIn itself never calls Make.
Customer records that appear on their own. Put Create a Customer after a module from another app, such as a form or a shop, and each new person there can be added to TextIn without retyping. The official page lists no fields, so the module itself shows you what it expects once the connection is ready.
Orders logged where you talk to clients. Create Order sits well right after that customer step: the same run creates the person, then the order. Each module execution on one item counts as one operation on your Make plan, so a two-step chain costs two per item.
A message sent at the right moment. Send Message closes the loop from inside a scenario, for example after an order lands in another tool. Keep the wording and the recipient under your eye during tests.

You need an active TextIn account first. In TextIn, open Business, then API Keys, click New, give the key a name and a validity period in days, pick

Add a TextIn module in Make
Log in to Make, add any Colligso TextIn module to your scenario and click Create a connection. A connection is your TextIn account linked to Make once, then reused by all three modules.

The Connection name field is optional, but a clear name helps when you run several accounts. Paste the credentials you copied from TextIn, or follow the prompts on screen, and confirm to finish the connection.

On the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the +. Because TextIn has no trigger, pick the module of the app that holds your new contacts as the first brick.
