What you can automate

What can the NeverMiss Make integration do for you?

The NeverMiss Make integration lets Make read your NeverMiss calls, leads and bookings and pass them to other apps, with no code. You build a scenario, which is the automation itself: a chain of modules, each module being one brick that watches, fetches or acts.

A lead file that fills itself. Watch new calls spots each call NeverMiss records, then Get a lead pulls the matching contact so a CRM or a spreadsheet module can store it. The sales team opens one list instead of two tools.

A booking overview for the front desk. List bookings returns the reservations NeverMiss holds as separate bundles, one item per booking, ready to be copied into a shared calendar or a chat message by the module that follows.

A figures report without exports. Get stats fetches the numbers NeverMiss exposes so a later module can write them into a sheet. Run it once first to see which figures come back.

Know the limit before you start: Make itself warns that its NeverMiss documentation is limited, because little public information exists about the app. Field names and module outputs are best discovered by testing. If something breaks, the Make troubleshooting guide covers the usual errors, and the Make review helps you judge the tool as a whole. Weighing another platform? The n8n vs Make comparison lays out both.

Connect

How do you connect NeverMiss to Make?

  1. 01

    Add a NeverMiss module

In a scenario, click the + and search for NeverMiss, then pick any of its modules. In the connection field, click Create a connection. A connection is your NeverMiss account linked to Make once and reused by every NeverMiss module.

  2. 02

    Name it and authorize

Give the connection a clear name if you like, such as the account it belongs to. Then follow what Make asks: either approve access on the NeverMiss page that opens, or paste the key NeverMiss gives you.

  3. 03

    Save and check the fields

Click Save. Back in the module, Make can now read your NeverMiss account, so the fields that expect an item should start offering choices instead of staying empty.

First scenario

Your first scenario: new call, matching lead

GoalWhen a new call lands in NeverMiss, Make fetches the lead behind it so the next tool receives the contact.

  1. 01

    Create the scenario

Open the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the big + to place the first module. Everything you add next hangs off this starting point.

  2. 02

    Pick Watch new calls

Search for NeverMiss, choose Watch new calls and select the connection you made earlier. This trigger will hand each new call to the rest of the scenario.

  3. 03

    Chain Get a lead

Click the + on the right of the trigger and add Get a lead. Map the lead reference from the call data if the call bundle contains one; the test in the next step shows you.

  4. 04

    Test with Run once

Click Run once. Make runs the scenario a single time. Open the bubble above each module to read the bundles it received and confirm the lead matches the call.

  5. 05

    Schedule and switch on

Click the clock on the first module. A new scenario checks every 15 minutes by default, and the Free plan cannot go lower. Adjust it, then switch the scenario on.

Triggers

What can start a NeverMiss scenario?

1 module starts a scenario when something happens in NeverMiss. A scheduled trigger is checked by Make on the scenario's schedule; an instant one is called by NeverMiss as soon as it happens.

NeverMiss1Watch new calls

Watch new calls

triggerIn the docs only

Your scenario starts on its own each time NeverMiss has recorded calls since the last check, and each call enters the flow as its own bundle, meaning one item passed from module to module.

How it fires
scheduled. Make checks the app on the scenario's schedule, every 15 minutes by default, so a call shows up at the next check rather than the second it ends.
When to use it
whenever a call should set off follow up work, like logging the caller in your CRM or alerting a colleague.
Watch out
each call it brings in costs one operation in every module that follows, so a busy line uses up your plan faster than a quiet one.
Modules

What can each NeverMiss module do?

NeverMiss gives you 9 modules. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

NeverMiss1

Delete a webhook

ActionIn the docs only

Removes a webhook registered on NeverMiss, so the address that was receiving its notifications stops getting them. It is the cleanup step that pairs with Register a webhook.

When to use it
when a scenario that relied on that webhook is retired or rebuilt elsewhere.
Watch out
the documentation says nothing more about this module, so try it first on a webhook you registered for a test.
NeverMiss2

Get a booking

ActionIn the docs only

Brings back one specific booking from NeverMiss, which is handy when an earlier module already told you which reservation matters and you now need its details.

When to use it
after List bookings or another app hands you a booking reference and the next module needs the details.
Watch out
it works on one item at a time; for several bookings, use List bookings instead.
NeverMiss3

Get a call

ActionIn the docs only

Fetches a single call record from NeverMiss when you already have its reference, so the rest of the scenario can work with that call's record.

When to use it
when a scenario started somewhere else, say a ticket in a help desk, and you need to pull the related call back in.
Watch out
the documentation does not list the returned fields, so read them after a Run once test.
NeverMiss4

Get a lead

ActionIn the docs only

Returns one lead from NeverMiss, which gives your CRM or mailing tool a real contact to work with instead of a bare reference number.

When to use it
right after Watch new calls, to attach the person behind a call before it reaches your sales pipeline.
Watch out
the module needs the lead reference; check in the test output that the previous module actually provides one.
NeverMiss5

Get stats

ActionIn the docs only

Pulls the statistics NeverMiss exposes into your scenario, so a spreadsheet or a dashboard module can store them without anyone exporting a file by hand.

When to use it
when a manager wants call figures gathered in the same place as the rest of the team's reporting.
Watch out
the documentation does not say which figures come back; run it once and read the output before building on it.
NeverMiss6

List bookings

SearchIn the docs only

Searches NeverMiss for bookings and hands them over one by one. Each reservation becomes its own bundle, ready for the next module to copy, filter or send on.

When to use it
when the front desk wants every reservation NeverMiss holds in a shared calendar or a team recap.
Watch out
a search may return zero, one or many bundles, and every module after it then runs once per booking.
NeverMiss7

List leads

SearchIn the docs only

Collects several leads from NeverMiss in one go, returning each contact as a separate bundle that later modules can sync, tag or email.

When to use it
for a first bulk import of your NeverMiss contacts into a CRM, before Watch new calls takes over.
Watch out
a large result multiplies the operations used by every module downstream; test on a small set first.
NeverMiss8

Make an API call

ActionIn the docs only

Opens the whole NeverMiss API to your scenario: any endpoint the app offers can be called with the connection you already created, so a missing module is not a dead end.

When to use it
when none of the listed modules covers the operation you need.
Watch out
you describe the request yourself, so you need the NeverMiss API reference at hand, which Make does not supply.
NeverMiss9

Register a webhook

ActionIn the docs only

Sets up a webhook on NeverMiss from inside a scenario. Going by its name, a webhook here is an address NeverMiss can notify when something happens.

When to use it
when another system needs to be told about NeverMiss events and you prefer to manage that link from Make.
Watch out
the documentation does not explain which events it covers, so keep Delete a webhook in mind to remove a test registration.

FAQ

NeverMiss and Make: common questions

01Is the NeverMiss Make integration free?
Yes, NeverMiss is a standard app in Make, available from the Free plan. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, a minimum of 15 minutes between two scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans, Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise, lower the interval to 1 minute and remove the cap on active scenarios. Usage is counted in credits, meaning operations, each month. Your NeverMiss subscription itself is a separate matter between you and NeverMiss.
02What do you need to connect NeverMiss to Make?
A NeverMiss account and a Make account. Make's documentation lists no special prerequisite for this app. You add any NeverMiss module, click Create a connection, optionally name it, then either approve access on the NeverMiss page or paste the key NeverMiss provides, and click Save. The connection is stored once and every NeverMiss module in every scenario can reuse it, so you never repeat the setup. If authorization fails, check that the account you sign in with is the one that holds your calls and leads.
03Does the NeverMiss trigger react in real time?
No. Watch new calls is a scheduled trigger: Make checks NeverMiss on the scenario's schedule, every 15 minutes by default. On the Free plan 15 minutes is also the shortest gap; paid plans can go down to 1 minute. A call therefore reaches your scenario at the next check. The module list also includes Register a webhook and Delete a webhook, but Make's documentation does not explain what they connect to, so test them before relying on them for faster alerts.
04What if a NeverMiss module is missing in Make?
Use Make an API call. With it, a scenario can reach any endpoint of the NeverMiss API through the same connection as the other modules, so an operation absent from the list of 10 modules is still possible. You will need the NeverMiss API reference to build the request. Keep in mind that Make itself flags its NeverMiss documentation as limited, since little public information exists about the app, which makes a Run once test even more useful before you switch anything on.
05Should you use Make or n8n for NeverMiss?
It depends mostly on where the rest of your automations already live. In Make, NeverMiss comes with 10 ready modules, a scheduled trigger for new calls and a generic API call module, all usable from the Free plan. The same app often has an n8n node as well, so check the n8n node list before deciding. Keeping every workflow in a single tool makes maintenance simpler for the team. The comparison page linked earlier on this page sets out how the two platforms differ.
