LetzAI Zapier integrationAutomate LetzAI with Zapier.
0 triggers, 1 action and 1 search in the LetzAI Zapier integration. LetzAI never starts a Zap itself: another app supplies a prompt or an image ID, then LetzAI generates a new image or returns the details of one you already made.

What the LetzAI Zapier integration does
The LetzAI Zapier integration lets your other tools order images from LetzAI. A prompt lands in a spreadsheet row, Zapier hands it over, and LetzAI generates the picture with the size, quality and style settings you chose once in the Zap. A second operation fetches the details of an image already in your profile.
Three results you can build. A prompt queue: each new row in a sheet carries a prompt, and Create Image turns it into a picture at the width and height you set, anywhere from 520 to 2160 on each side. A model-driven batch: the Prompt box accepts @ tags that call one of your LetzAI models, so rows can point at a product or a style you trained. A lookup: Find Image takes an image ID and hands that image's details to the next step, so a Zap can work with something you generated by hand earlier.
What Zapier does not do here. LetzAI has no trigger on Zapier, so a finished image cannot start a Zap on its own; the flow always begins in another app. There is one search and no find-or-create variant, so nothing in the Zap creates an image as a fallback when an ID is not found. And everything beyond those two operations stays in LetzAI itself.

Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Eight editor terms in plain words, with what each one means for LetzAI.
- Zap
- An automation built on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time the trigger event shows up.
- Trigger
- The event that sets a Zap off. LetzAI offers none, so here the trigger always comes from another app, like your sheet.
- Action
- The work the Zap does once started. With LetzAI, that is generating one image from a prompt and its settings.
- Task
- What Zapier bills: one action that completes successfully. Your plan's monthly allowance is counted in tasks.
- Polling vs instant
- Polling: Zapier checks the app on a timer for anything new. Instant: the app alerts Zapier the moment the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when the incoming data meets your condition, and halts it otherwise.
- Search step
- A step that looks up something already stored in an app and passes it on. Find Image is LetzAI's only one.
- Connection
- Your LetzAI account, linked to Zapier once and then reused by every LetzAI step in all your Zaps.
What a LetzAI Zap really costs
LetzAI is not a premium app, so it runs on the Free plan. The catch is the Zap size, not the app.
- LetzAI on the Free planYes, not a premium app
- Tasks on the Free plan100 per month
- Zap size on the Free plan2 steps
- Adding Find ImageMakes the Zap multi-step
The trigger in the other app costs nothing however often Zapier checks it, and each Create Image that succeeds counts as one task; a failed one is not counted. The Free plan gives 100 tasks a month but only two-step Zaps: one trigger, one action. A Find Image step, a filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The interval grid only matters when the other app's trigger works by polling.
Connect LetzAI to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open your connections
Start with a LetzAI account, plus read or write access to anything in it you do not own. In Zapier, open the Apps page of your account, then click + Add connection.
- 02
Pick LetzAI
A dialog opens with a search box. Type LetzAI, select it in the results and confirm with Add connection. A new tab opens for the LetzAI side of the link; keep the Zapier tab open next to it.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Sign in to LetzAI in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. The connection then shows on the Apps page, and every LetzAI step in your Zaps reuses it without asking again.
Your first LetzAI Zap: from a prompt row to a picture
GoalEach new row in your spreadsheet sends its prompt to LetzAI, which generates an image, and the Zap then writes the result back into the same sheet.
- 01
Build the trigger
Create a Zap and pick your spreadsheet as the trigger, with its new-row event. LetzAI cannot fill this slot because it has no trigger of its own.
- 02
Test on a real row
Run the trigger test. Zapier brings back the three most recent rows of the connected account, so you map the prompt from a real row rather than from blanks.
- 03
Add Create Image
Add LetzAI with Create Image, choose your connection and map Prompt from the row. Every other box is required too, so check width, height, quality, creativity, watermark, version and mode.
- 04
Write the result back
Add a second action in your spreadsheet to update the row with what LetzAI returned. Two actions make a multi-step Zap: paid plan, and two tasks per run.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test each step and look at the generated image before going any further. Then click Publish to switch the Zap on for good.
The LetzAI action on Zapier
LetzAI gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.
Operations index
Create Image
ActionIn Zapier“Create an image with LetzAI”
Generates one picture from your prompt, with @ tags to call your own LetzAI models, at the size and settings you pick: width and height from 520 to 2160, quality and creativity from 1 to 6.
The LetzAI search on Zapier
1 search step looks for data that already exists in LetzAI, so a later step can use it.
A search step looks up something that already exists and hands it to the next steps. In the editor, LetzAI's search sits at the bottom of the Action event list, under the SEARCH heading. Some fields also offer + Add search step, which inserts one right before the current step.
Find Image
SearchIn Zapier“Returns the image details from id_image”
Takes an image ID and returns that image's details, so a later step can use a picture you generated earlier, by hand or in another Zap.
The three settings every search exposes
- Successful if no search results are found?Left as is, a Find Image that finds nothing stops the Zap there and skips the steps that depended on it. Switched on, the Zap carries on without the image details.
- Create X if it doesn't exist yet? This box turns a search into a find-or-create. Find Image offers no such variant, so a missing ID never triggers a new image from this step.
- If multiple search results are found?Three ways out when several items match: keep the first, which is the default, stop the Zap, or pass them all on at once.
When a LetzAI Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article and no rate limit to LetzAI, so the traps below are Zapier's own, the ones that hit any Zap built around an image generator.
Most of them start on the trigger side, which on this page is always another app. If a Zap misbehaves, keep the Zapier troubleshooting guide at hand.
Old prompts are not generated
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Rows that already held a prompt get no image, and processing that backlog is a separate job.The sheet that triggers itself
Writing the result back into the very place the trigger watches can set the Zap off again and again, generating image after image and draining your task count.A bulk import held back
A trigger that suddenly returns a huge batch, after an import or a migration, can be held back by Zapier's flood protection instead of generating everything. No double images on polling
On a polling trigger Zapier remembers what it has already seen, so the same row does not start the Zap twice or produce a second image.
