Who trains you

We ship Adalo apps for real clients, not just in theory.

Most Adalo trainings are YouTube tutorials run by people who tried the tool the night before. At Hack'celeration it's the opposite: building screens, modeling collections, wiring actions and external collections, publishing to the stores, that's our daily agency work. Everything we teach you, we practice on shipped apps. We know the traps (the list that lags, the Apple review rejection, the badly set collection relationship) because we've already solved them.

  • We ship Adalo apps for real clients every week, not just in theory
  • 1-on-1 format: the trainer adapts to your level, beginner or technical
  • We tell you when Adalo isn't the right call (sometimes FlutterFlow or Bubble fit better)
  • We start from your real project and your actual needs, not a dummy to-do list

What you master

Four pillars to go from idea to published app.

A badly handled Adalo means shaky screens, a badly linked database, actions that won't fire, an app never published. Most of the trouble comes from the method, not the tool. We pick up your real project and work through the four pillars together.

Certified Hack'celeration trainers

Meet our trainers, leave with a plan.

Drop your email. We get back to you to connect you with a Hack'celeration-certified trainer: we look at your app idea, scope a realistic perimeter on Adalo, and tell you where to start. No commitment, even if you don't take the training.

  • A scope of your idea (screens, data, users, actions)
  • The first build steps, in priority order
  • The right 1-on-1 format for your level and type of app
  • An honest take: Adalo, FlutterFlow or Bubble for your case
How it runs

Your Adalo program, step by step.

Five steps, no skipping. Each one on your real account, with a clear deliverable. From the first session we scope your idea and launch your first screens. By the end, you build and grow your apps without us.

  1. Step 1 · App idea audit

We scope your project and pick the right Adalo angle

First session, we share your screen and look at your idea together. What does your app really need to do? Which screens, which data, which users, which actions? We cut it down to a realistic scope for a first version, and decide what fits inside Adalo and what needs an external collection or an API. You leave with a simple spec and a build plan, in order. No theory, your real project.

  2. Step 2 · Screens and navigation

We build your first screens and a UI that holds up

We tackle the concrete part: we build your screens in drag and drop, components, lists, forms, navigation between views. We set conditional visibility to show the right content per user. You learn to structure a clean UI, responsive on mobile and web, without breaking everything on every edit. By the end of the step, you have screens that work, on your real topic, and the method to keep going solo.

  3. Step 3 · Collections and data

We model your collections and link your data

We solidify the foundation. We model your collections, their properties and their relationships so your app holds up when it grows. We handle CSV imports, filters, list sorting. Then we wire external collections to read and write to an outside database (Xano, Airtable, your API). This is the step that separates a demo from a real app. You finish with a clean database and linked data, not a patch.

  4. Step 4 · Actions, API and publishing

We wire your actions, your API and publish to the stores

This is where your app joins the real world. We set up actions and custom actions, business logic, Stripe payments, and we connect your API or your Make and n8n automations. Then we build native, prepare the Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, the store listings, and we also publish a PWA on your domain. We talk honestly about Adalo's limits (performance on big lists, monthly cost). You leave with an app live on the stores.

  5. Step 5 · Autonomy

You build and grow your apps without us

The number one goal: you become autonomous. By the end of the program, you know how to scope an idea, build screens, model collections, wire actions and an API, and publish to the stores. You no longer need an agency to ship an Adalo app. And if you want to delegate a big project later, we also run an Adalo agency, but that's not the point here.

The proof

Why train 1-on-1 with us.

  • 300+Pros already trained on no-code

More than 300 people have gone through our trainings across France and Europe. Founders, ops, indie hackers, product teams. Not vanity numbers: people who left with an Adalo app live on the stores, not just a demo abandoned in the editor.

  • 4.7/5Rating across 334 verified reviews

Average rating of 4.7 out of 5, across 334 reviews. We won't promise Adalo does everything on its own: you have to model your database right and craft your screens. But the 1-on-1 format makes the difference when an action won't fire and you don't know why.

  • 1:1A dedicated expert, not a class of 100

You're not a number in a webinar. A trainer opens your real Adalo account, looks at your app, and works through your actual project. We schedule sessions around your availability, replays included.

FAQ · Adalo training

The questions we get the most.

  • What is a 1-on-1 Adalo training?
An individual program with an Adalo expert, not a class of 100 people. We open your real account, look at your app, and work through your actual project: screens and UI, collections, actions and logic, API, publishing to the stores. You ask your questions live, the trainer adapts the pace to your level. We schedule sessions around your availability, and you leave with concrete actions every time. That's what makes the difference when an action won't fire and a YouTube tutorial isn't enough.
  • How much does the Adalo training cost?
There is no single price. We connect you with a trainer certified by Hack'celeration, matched to your need and your level. It varies from one trainer to another, based on their profile and the format that fits your project.
  • Do I need to know how to code to take the Adalo training?
No. That's the whole point of Adalo: you build your app in drag and drop, without writing code. We start from your exact level. Total beginner, we go step by step through screens, collections and actions. More comfortable with tech, we jump straight to external collections, custom actions to an API and publishing. You don't write code, but you understand the data and action logic so you don't get stuck when your app gets more complex.
  • Adalo or FlutterFlow: which one to pick?
It depends on your project. Adalo is simpler and faster to start with: you drop your components, link your collections, publish. Ideal for an MVP, an internal tool or a community app shipped fast. FlutterFlow is more powerful and closer to native (it generates real Flutter code), with better animations and performance on large apps, but the learning curve is steeper. If you want to move fast without coding, Adalo. If your app targets big volumes or a very native feel, FlutterFlow holds up. During the training, we help you decide based on your real case.
  • Adalo or Bubble: what's the difference?
Both are no-code, but not for the same target. Adalo is geared toward native mobile apps (iOS, Android) with direct publishing to the stores, and stays more accessible. Bubble is geared toward complex web apps, with very granular workflows and data logic, but doesn't output a native app without a wrapper. If your need is a mobile app on the stores, Adalo is more direct. If it's a rich web app like a marketplace or SaaS, Bubble fits better. We cover both logics in the training so you choose without regret.
  • How do you publish an Adalo app to the App Store and Play Store?
It's one of the big parts of the training. Adalo builds a native iOS and Android app that you publish to the App Store and Google Play. You need an Apple Developer account ($99 a year) and a Google Play account ($25 once), prepare the store listings (icon, screenshots, description), then submit the build to review. We walk through each step together on your real account, because that's often where it snags (certificates, permissions, review rejections). You can also publish your app as a web PWA on your own domain.
  • What are external collections in Adalo?
External collections let your Adalo app read and write to an outside database through an API, instead of Adalo's internal database. Concretely, you connect Adalo to Xano, Airtable, Supabase or your own REST API, and your app displays and edits that data as if it were native. It's essential when you outgrow the internal database, when you share data with another system, or when you want to keep control of your backend. We set this up together on your project, not on a dummy example.
  • Can you connect Adalo to Stripe, an API or Make and n8n?
Yes, and it's one of the big parts of the training. We wire up Stripe payments (subscriptions, in-app purchases via the dedicated component), connect external APIs with custom actions, and link your app to Make or n8n to automate what should be (notify, sync, trigger actions on a webhook). The point isn't just to build an isolated app, but to slot it into your real stack. We build these connections together, on your project.
  • Can an Adalo app scale?
Yes for many cases (community apps, internal tools, MVPs, client portals), with a few honest caveats. Adalo handles hundreds to a few thousand records well, but on very large lists or high-traffic apps you can feel slowdowns if the database is poorly modeled. The fix: structure your collections well, use external collections (Xano) for the bulk of the data, and tune your filters. In training, we show you how to model from the start so your app holds up, and we tell you frankly when another tool would fit better.
  • How long until I have a working Adalo app?
A first screen that runs can come out as early as the first or second session, because Adalo builds fast in drag and drop. A real app with modeled collections, actions, external collections, integrations and clean publishing to the stores takes a few sessions depending on complexity. We prioritize a visible result early so you see the effect, then we solidify. There's no magic button, but with the right method you move much faster than fumbling solo through tutorials.
  • Is the training online or in person?
100% online, over video, 1-on-1. You join the sessions from anywhere, we share your screen and your Adalo account live. Sessions are recorded if you want to revisit them. The individual format means real interaction: you're not a number in a webinar of 100, the trainer answers your questions about your app and your project. That's what makes learning concrete on a tool as visual as Adalo.
