Who trains you

We build Airtable systems for real clients, not just in theory.

Most Airtable trainings are run by people who read the docs the night before. At Hack'celeration it's the opposite: table modeling, linked records, rollups, automations and interfaces, hookups into Make and n8n, that's our daily agency work. Everything we teach you, we practice on shipped projects. We know the traps (the catch-all table that crawls, the rollup that returns an error, the API rate limit that breaks an import) because we've already solved them.

  • We build Airtable systems for real clients every week, not just in theory
  • 1-on-1 format: the trainer adapts to your level, spreadsheet beginner or seasoned ops
  • We tell you when Airtable isn't the right call (past 50,000 rows, a real SQL database is healthier)
  • We start from your real base and your actual data, not a dummy example

What you master

Four pillars so your base works for you.

A badly modeled Airtable means one giant table that crawls, wrong data, manual copy-paste. Most of the trouble comes from the model, not the tool. We pick up your real base and work through the four pillars together.

Certified Hack'celeration trainers

Meet our trainers, leave with a plan.

Drop your email. We get back to you to connect you with a Hack'celeration-certified trainer: we look at your Airtable base, spot what's off in your data model, and tell you where to start. No commitment, even if you don't take the training.

  • A diagnosis of your base (model, field types, views)
  • The first fixes to make, in priority order
  • The right 1-on-1 format for your level and base size
  • An honest take: Airtable or Notion for your case
How it runs

Your Airtable program, step by step.

Five steps, no skipping. Each one on your real base, with a clear deliverable. From the first session we go after what's off in your data model. By the end, you run and grow your base without us.

  1. Step 1 · Base audit

We open your real Airtable base and spot what's off

First session, we share your screen and look at your base together. One giant table or a relational model? Are your fields typed properly or is everything free text? Are your views actually useful? We list the real reasons your base is slow, wrong, or painful to use. You leave with a clear diagnosis and the list of fixes, in priority order. No theory, your real base.

  2. Step 2 · The data model first

Tables, field types and relations set up properly

We tackle the most important part first: structure. We split your data into logical tables, pick the right field types (linked record over copy-pasted text, single select over free entry), set the relations between tables. This is the foundation: a well-modeled base makes everything else simple. A shaky one means fighting the tool on every move. By the end of this step, your data is clean and ready to grow.

  3. Step 3 · Views, rollups and formulas

Cross, calculate and filter on your real cases

We make your base come alive. Lookups and rollups to pull and aggregate data from linked tables (sum of orders per client, last activity, a counter). Formulas for calculated fields (IF, DATETIME_DIFF, auto status). Then we build your views: kanban for tracking, calendar for deadlines, grid filtered by owner. You practice on your own data, not a dummy example. You finish with a base that calculates and displays exactly how you want.

  4. Step 4 · Automations, interfaces and API

We run your process and wire up your stack

This is where Airtable becomes a real work tool. We set up native automations (when a status flips to "approved", send the email and notify Slack). We build an Interface so your team uses the base without seeing the raw grid. Then we connect the outside: Make and n8n for complex workflows, the REST API when you need custom logic (handling the rate limit and pagination). Your data flows in and out on its own.

  5. Step 5 · Autonomy

You run and grow your base without us

The number one goal: you become autonomous. By the end of the program, you know how to model tables, write a rollup, build a view, set up an automation and an interface, and wire the API. You no longer need an agency to evolve your base. And if you want to delegate a bigger build later, we also run an Airtable agency, but that's not the point here.

The proof

Why train 1-on-1 with us.

  • 300+Pros already trained on no-code

More than 300 people have gone through our trainings across France and Europe. Ops teams, marketers, small-business founders. Not vanity numbers: people who swapped their Excel files for a clean, automated Airtable base.

  • 4.7/5Rating across 334 verified reviews

Average rating of 4.7 out of 5, across 334 reviews. We won't promise everything is perfect: you have to build your base on your real project for it to hold up. But the 1-on-1 format makes the difference once you hit rollups and automations.

  • 1:1A dedicated expert, not a class of 100

You're not a number in a webinar. A trainer opens your real Airtable base, looks at your data model, and works through your actual cases. We schedule sessions around your availability, replays included.

FAQ · Airtable training

The questions we get the most.

  • What is a 1-on-1 Airtable training?
An individual program with an Airtable expert, not a class of 100 people. We open your real base, look at your data model, and work through your actual cases: tables, field types, rollups, views, automations, interfaces, API. You ask your questions live, the trainer adapts the pace to your level. We schedule sessions around your availability, and you leave with concrete actions every time. That's what makes the difference once you hit the parts that actually trip people up, like linked records and rollups.
  • How much does the Airtable training cost?
There is no single price. We connect you with a trainer certified by Hack'celeration, matched to your need and your level. It varies from one trainer to another, based on their profile and the format that fits your project.
  • Airtable or Notion: which one to pick?
It depends on your use. Airtable is a real relational database: solid linked records, rollups, powerful formulas, multiple views, a mature API. Notion is better for docs, wikis and notes, with lighter databases. If your core need is structured data that gets crossed and calculated (CRM, project tracking, inventory), go Airtable. If it's mostly documentation and note-taking, Notion. During the training we help you decide based on your real case, and sometimes the answer is both, wired together.
  • Can Airtable be integrated with Make or n8n?
Yes, and it's one of the big parts of the training. Airtable has a native module in Make and in n8n, and exposes a full REST API. You can trigger a workflow on a new row, update records, sync with your CRM or billing tool. We build full workflows together, and we handle the snags: the 5 requests per second rate limit, pagination, linked fields. No code required with Make or n8n.
  • Do I need to be technical to take the Airtable training?
No, not necessarily. Airtable has a visual interface: if you can use a spreadsheet, you can start. To go further (advanced formulas, API, scripts), a bit of logic helps, but the 1-on-1 format is built exactly for that: we start from your exact level. Spreadsheet beginner, we walk through modeling step by step. Seasoned ops, we jump straight to rollups, automations and the API. And you can automate with no code through Make or n8n without ever touching scripting if you prefer.
  • Does Airtable really replace an Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet?
For most business uses, yes, and better. Where a spreadsheet collapses (relations between sheets hacked together with VLOOKUP, no typing, chaotic collaboration), Airtable has native linked records, strict field types, purpose-built views and automations. The honest catch: for heavy number-crunching across tens of thousands of rows or advanced pivot tables, a spreadsheet or a real database is still better suited. In training we map out where Airtable is clearly superior for your case, and where it isn't.
  • What are rollups and linked records for in Airtable?
They're the heart of the relational side. A linked record connects a row in one table to another (an order linked to a client, a task linked to a project). The lookup pulls a value from the linked table, the rollup aggregates it (sum of a client's orders, number of open tasks, last activity date). That's what replaces the fragile VLOOKUPs of a spreadsheet. In 1-on-1, we build these links and calculations on your real data, and you learn when to use a lookup, a rollup or a formula.
  • What can you do with Airtable automations and interfaces?
Automations fire an action on an event: record created, field changed, scheduled time. Possible action: send an email, update a status, create a row, post to Slack, call a webhook. Interfaces turn your base into a mini-application: a dashboard, a form, a view for your team or clients, without showing them the raw grid. Combined, they make Airtable a real internal tool. We build both together on your process during the training.
  • What are the Airtable limits I should know about?
There are some, may as well say it. Paid plans are billed per user, so a big team adds up fast. The number of rows per base is capped depending on the plan (past a few tens of thousands, it gets slow or hits the ceiling). The API is capped at 5 requests per second per base. And for heavy analytical computation, it's not the tool. We teach you to work within these limits, and to know when to move part of it to a real database or a BI tool.
  • Is the training online or in person?
100% online, over video, 1-on-1. You join the sessions from anywhere, we share your screen and your Airtable base live. Sessions are recorded if you want to revisit them. The individual format means real interaction: you're not a number in a webinar of 100, the trainer answers your questions about your base. That's what makes learning concrete on a tool as rich as Airtable.
