    First session, we share your screen and look at how you actually work today. What's your sales process, your stages, the data you track in spreadsheets and inboxes? Who needs to see what? We list the objects and links your CRM needs before building anything. You leave with a clear data model on paper, mapped to your real process. No generic template, your actual workflow.

    Objects, records and links built around your work

    We build the foundation: your objects (companies, people, deals, plus the custom ones you need), the records inside them, and the links between them. Attio lets you model almost anything, which is its strength and its trap, so we keep it as simple as your process allows. By the end, your data structure matches how your business actually runs, not how a default CRM assumes it does.

    Pipelines, attributes and saved views on your real data

    We set up your lists (pipelines, sequences), the attributes that matter (status, owner, value, custom fields), and saved views filtered per team. You practice on your own data, not a dummy example. Sales gets a view, ops gets another, off the same records. You finish with a workspace where everyone opens Attio and sees exactly the work in front of them.

  • Attio or HubSpot: which one to pick?
    It depends on your need. Attio is more flexible: you model your own objects and links instead of being locked into contacts and deals, and it feels fast and modern. HubSpot is heavier but bundles marketing, support and a big app marketplace. If you want a CRM shaped exactly around your process and a clean data model, go Attio. If you want an all-in-one suite with marketing automation built in, HubSpot. During the training, we help you decide based on your real case before you commit.
  • Can Attio be integrated with Make or n8n?
    Yes, and it's one of the big parts of the training. Attio has a clean REST API, and both Make and n8n can hit it through HTTP requests or community nodes. You can sync records both ways, enrich companies and people, trigger actions from any event, and push data into the rest of your stack. We build full workflows together, and we combine them with Attio's native workflows so automation runs both inside and outside the CRM. No heavy code required.
  • Do I need to be technical to take the Attio training?
    No, not necessarily. Attio is built to be used without code: you model objects, build views and set up workflows from the interface.
