Watch the plan though: the free one caps at 10 payments a month and some gateways add a Jotform transaction fee on the lower plans. We tell you clearly which plan to aim for based on your volume.Are Jotform e-signatures legally valid?
Yes. Signatures collected through Jotform Sign comply with eIDAS in Europe and ESIGN in the United States, with an audit trail (timestamp, IP, signer email). That's enough for the vast majority of quotes, commercial contracts, authorizations and consents. For very sensitive deeds (notarized, certain legal documents), you sometimes need a dedicated qualified signature.
