Who trains you

We run Kit for real clients, not just in theory.

Most Kit trainings are run by people who read the docs the night before. At Hack'celeration it's the opposite: broadcasts, visual automations, forms, Creator commerce, Make and n8n integrations, that's our daily agency work. Everything we teach you, we practice on shipped projects. We know the traps (the newsletter that lands in Promotions, the automation that loops, the tag mess) because we've already solved them.

  • We run Kit for real clients every week, not just in theory
  • 1-on-1 format: the trainer adapts to your level, beginner or seasoned creator
  • We tell you when Kit isn't the right call (for heavy e-commerce, Klaviyo goes further)
  • We start from your real account and your actual audience, not a dummy example

What you master

Four pillars to grow and monetize your email.

A badly handled Kit means a flat list, broadcasts in Promotions, automations never built. Most of the trouble comes from the setup, not the tool. We pick up your real account and work through the four pillars together.

Certified Hack'celeration trainers

Meet our trainers, leave with a plan.

Drop your email. We get back to you to connect you with a Hack'celeration-certified trainer: we look at your Kit account, spot what's blocking your email growth, and tell you where to start. No commitment, even if you don't take the training.

  • A diagnosis of your email growth (list, broadcasts, tags)
  • The first fixes to make, in priority order
  • The right 1-on-1 format for your level and list size
  • An honest take: Kit or Mailchimp for your case
How it runs

Your Kit program, step by step.

Five steps, no skipping. Each one on your real account, with a clear deliverable. From the first session we go after what's blocking your email growth. By the end, you grow your list and monetize without us.

  1. Step 1 · Account audit

We open your real Kit account and spot what's blocking your growth

First session, we share your screen and look at your account together. Is your list growing or flat? Do your broadcasts land in the inbox or in Promotions? Are your tags clean or a mess? Do your forms convert? We list the real things slowing your email growth. You leave with a clear diagnosis and the list of fixes, in priority order. No theory, your real account.

  2. Step 2 · Broadcasts and deliverability

Your newsletter ships clean and reaches the inbox

We tackle sending. We build a sample broadcast, work the subject line, run an A/B test, schedule it. Then we secure deliverability: domain authentication, Creator Network settings, cleaning out inactive subscribers (the cold subscriber that drags your reputation down). If Gmail sends you to Promotions, we fix what needs fixing. By the end, your newsletter lands where it should.

  3. Step 3 · Automations and sequences

We build your visual automations on your real cases

This is where Kit gets powerful. We build your flows in visual automation: a welcome sequence that introduces who you are, a re-engagement flow for subscribers who don't open, onboarding for a buyer. Triggers, conditions, delays, branches based on tags. You practice on your own scenarios, not a dummy example. You finish with at least one full sequence running on its own.

  4. Step 4 · Forms, commerce and integrations

We capture emails, sell, and plug Kit into your stack

We build your forms and Kit landing pages, with a lead magnet to capture. We turn on Creator commerce if you want to sell a digital product or a paid subscription. Then we wire Kit into Make or n8n through the API and webhooks: a new purchase tags the subscriber, a signup creates an Airtable row, an unsubscribe updates your CRM. We store everything in the right place.

  5. Step 5 · Autonomy

You grow your list and monetize without us

The number one goal: you become autonomous. By the end of the program, you know how to send a broadcast, build an automation, capture with a form, sell with Creator commerce and tag your audience cleanly. You no longer need an agency to run your email. And if you want to delegate later, we also run a Kit agency, but that's not the point here.

The proof

Why train 1-on-1 with us.

  • 300+Pros already trained on email

More than 300 people have gone through our trainings across France and Europe. Creators, marketing teams, small-business founders. Not vanity numbers: people who grew their list and monetized their audience by email.

  • 4.7/5Rating across 334 verified reviews

Average rating of 4.7 out of 5, across 334 reviews. We won't promise everything is perfect: you have to do the work on your real Kit account. But the 1-on-1 format makes the difference when you build automations and fix deliverability.

  • 1:1A dedicated expert, not a class of 100

You're not a number in a webinar. A trainer opens your real Kit account, looks at your forms and sequences, and works through your actual cases. We schedule sessions around your availability, replays included.

FAQ · Kit training

The questions we get the most.

  • What is a 1-on-1 Kit training?
An individual program with a Kit expert, not a class of 100 people. We open your real account, look at your forms and sequences, and work through your actual cases: broadcasts, visual automations, landing pages, Creator commerce, tags. You ask your questions live, the trainer adapts the pace to your level. We schedule sessions around your availability, and you leave with concrete actions every time. That's what makes the difference when you build a real email machine.
  • How much does the Kit training cost?
There is no single price. We connect you with a trainer certified by Hack'celeration, matched to your need and your level. It varies from one trainer to another, based on their profile and the format that fits your project.
  • Kit or ConvertKit: is it the same tool?
Yes, it's exactly the same tool. ConvertKit was rebranded Kit in 2024, the interface and features didn't change at the core. If you still find ConvertKit tutorials, they hold up for the logic, but the app, the logo and the official vocabulary are now Kit. During the training we work on the current interface, with the up-to-date names (broadcasts, visual automations, Creator commerce).
  • Kit or Mailchimp: which one to pick?
It depends on your profile. Kit is built for creators (newsletters, courses, paid subscriptions) with clear visual automations and pricing based on subscriber count. Mailchimp is more general, more geared toward small businesses and e-commerce, with a heavier visual editor. If you monetize an audience by email, Kit is often simpler and more direct. If you want an all-in-one with a site and a store, Mailchimp or Brevo can do the job. During the training, we help you decide based on your real case.
  • Can Kit be integrated with Make or n8n?
Yes, and it's one of the parts of the training. Kit has a module in Make and connects to n8n through the API or an HTTP node. You can trigger an action from any event: a new subscriber, a tag added, a purchase on Creator commerce, a form filled. We build full workflows together, and we use Kit webhooks to sync your CRM, Airtable or your store. No double entry, no code required.
  • Do I need to be technical to take the Kit training?
No, not at all. Kit is built for creators, not for devs: the interface is visual, automations are built by drag and drop, forms are set up without code. The 1-on-1 format starts from your exact level. Beginner, we walk step by step through building a form and a first sequence. More advanced, we jump straight to fine segmentation and API integrations. You can run everything no-code, and wire in Make or n8n if you want to go further.
  • How do visual automations work in Kit?
Visual automations are flows you draw out visually. You pick a trigger (a subscriber joins a list, gets a tag, buys a product), then chain actions and conditions: send an email, wait 3 days, tag, branch based on whether the email was opened. That's Kit's big edge over more rigid tools. In training, we build your automations on your real scenarios: welcome, re-engagement, buyer onboarding.
  • Can you sell products directly in Kit?
Yes, with Creator commerce. Kit lets you sell a digital product (ebook, preset, template), a paid subscription to your newsletter, or accept tips, with no third-party tool. The payment, the sales page and the delivery are handled in Kit, and you can trigger an automation on purchase (tag the buyer, start a delivery sequence). We set this up together during the training if monetization is part of your goal.
  • Can you migrate from Mailchimp or Substack to Kit?
Yes, but it takes prep. You have to export your subscribers, rebuild your forms and sequences, reconfigure domain authentication, and re-tag your audience cleanly along the way (it's the right time for a cleanup). The classic trap: importing inactive subscribers that drag your deliverability down on the very first broadcast. We've handled several migrations like this, we know the snags. In 1-on-1, we walk through your migration step by step and test before switching over.
  • Is the training online or in person?
100% online, over video, 1-on-1. You join the sessions from anywhere, we share your screen and your Kit account live. Sessions are recorded if you want to revisit them. The individual format means real interaction: you're not a number in a webinar of 100, the trainer answers your questions about your setup. That's what makes learning concrete when you build a real email machine with Kit.
