GeminiWe build Ksaar apps for real clients, not just in theory.
Most Ksaar trainings are tutorials run by people who tested the tool the night before. At Hack'celeration it's the opposite: modeling a base, building workflows, framing permissions, wiring the API, that's our daily agency work. Everything we teach you, we practice on shipped apps. We know the traps (the shaky data model, the permissions set up as a patch) because we've already solved them.
- We build Ksaar apps for real clients every week, not just in theory
- 1-on-1 format: the trainer adapts to your level, beginner or seasoned ops
- We tell you when Ksaar isn't the right call (sometimes Airtable or Bubble fit better)
- We start from your real business need and your actual processes, not a dummy to-do list
Four pillars to go from spreadsheet to business app.
A badly handled Ksaar means a shaky data model, permissions as a patch, an app never put live. Most of the trouble comes from the method, not the tool. We pick up your real project and work through the four pillars together.
- Internal business apps
Your custom internal tool, without a line of code
Ksaar is a French no-code platform to build real business apps: case tracking, stock management, client portals, HR back-office. We teach you to start from a concrete need, lay out your screens, forms and lists. You replace the overflowing Excel sheets with an app the whole team uses. Not a mockup: a tool that actually does the job day to day.
Build my app - Data and workflows
Structured data, automated processes
A business app without a clear data model is chaos at the first real use. We model your tables, relationships and calculated fields, then build your Ksaar workflows: validations, notifications, automatic status changes. You understand what the platform does under the hood so you don't get stuck when your app grows. Not just clicking: knowing why.
See the workflows - Users and permissions
Each profile sees exactly what it should
A real business app has users, roles and rights. We configure Ksaar profiles, access levels, who sees what and who can do what. This is often where no-code apps break down: we show you how to set clean permissions from the start, not as a patch. Your sales reps, your managers and your leadership don't get the same screen, and that's on purpose.
See the roles - Integrations and API
Plug your app into the rest of your business stack
We connect your Ksaar app to the rest of your tools: the Ksaar API to read and write your data, webhooks, and Make or n8n automations to sync your CRM, trigger emails, feed a dashboard. Your app doesn't stay an island: it talks to your CRM, your accounting and your alerts. We build these connections on your real case, not a dummy demo.
Talk integrations
Meet our trainers, leave with a plan.
Drop your email. We get back to you to connect you with a Hack'celeration-certified trainer: we look at your business need, frame a realistic scope on Ksaar, and tell you where to start. No commitment, even if you don't take the training.
- A framing of your need (data, users, rules)
- The first build steps, in priority order
- The right 1-on-1 format for your level and type of app
- An honest take: Ksaar, Airtable or Bubble for your case
Your Ksaar program, step by step.
Five steps, no skipping. Each one on your real account, with a clear deliverable. From the first session we frame your need and start your data model. By the end, you build and evolve your apps without us.
- Step 1 · Business need audit
We frame your process and pick the right Ksaar angle
First session, we share your screen and look at your need together. Which process do you want to tool up? What data, what users, what rules? We carve out a realistic scope for a first build, and decide what models simply and what needs workflows. You leave with a clear spec and a build plan, in priority order. No theory, your real process.
- Step 2 · Data model
We structure your tables, relationships and fields
We tackle the foundation: the data model. We create your Ksaar tables, set the relationships between them, define the fields (text, dates, lists, calculated fields, files). This is the step that keeps your app from breaking as it grows. We also handle imports of your existing data from Excel. By the end, your structure stands up and you know why each table exists.
- Step 3 · Workflows and permissions
We automate your processes and frame the access
We solidify usage. We build the Ksaar workflows: validations, automatic status changes, notifications when a case moves forward. Then we configure users, roles and permissions (who sees what, who can do what). This is the step that separates a nice form from a real business app. You finish with automated processes and controlled access, not a tangled mess.
- Step 4 · Integrations and go-live
We plug your stack and hand the app to the team
This is where your app meets the real world. We wire the integrations you need through the Ksaar API and webhooks: CRM sync, sending emails, Make or n8n automations, an external dashboard. Then we test with real data, prep the go-live and train your key users. You leave with an app in production, plugged into your tools, used by the team.
- Step 5 · Autonomy
You build and evolve your apps without us
The number one goal: you become autonomous. By the end of the program, you know how to frame a need, model a base, build a workflow, manage permissions and wire an integration. You no longer need an agency to ship an internal tool. And if you want to delegate a bigger project later, we also run a Ksaar agency, but that's not the point here.
Why train 1-on-1 with us.
- 300+Pros already trained on AI and no-code
More than 300 people have gone through our trainings across France and Europe. Ops, small-business founders, business teams, project leads. Not vanity numbers: people who left with a Ksaar app in production, used every day, not a demo abandoned in a tab.
- 4.7/5Rating across 334 verified reviews
Average rating of 4.7 out of 5, across 334 reviews. We won't promise Ksaar does everything on its own: you have to model right and think through your permissions. But the 1-on-1 format makes the difference when you get stuck on a workflow and a tutorial isn't enough.
- 1:1A dedicated expert, not a class of 100
You're not a number in a webinar. A trainer opens your real Ksaar account, looks at your app and works through your actual project. We schedule sessions around your availability, replays included.
A working agency, recognized by the French State.
Hack'celeration is certified Activateur France Numérique and holds the AI Ambassador title, both granted by France Num to organizations that genuinely drive the digital transformation of companies. On the ground, we build Ksaar apps for clients every week, more than 300 pros trained and a 4.7/5 rating across 334 verified reviews, left by the people who took our programs, not just by the buyer.

The questions we get the most.
What is a 1-on-1 Ksaar training?
An individual program with a Ksaar expert, not a class of 100 people. We open your real account, look at your app, and work through your actual project: framing the need, data model, workflows, roles and permissions, integrations. You ask your questions live, the trainer adapts the pace to your level. We schedule sessions around your availability, and you leave with concrete actions every time. That's what makes the difference when you get stuck on a workflow and a tutorial isn't enough. How much does the Ksaar training cost?
There is no single price. We connect you with a trainer certified by Hack'celeration, matched to your need and your level. It varies from one trainer to another, based on their profile and the format that fits your project.Do I need to code to take the Ksaar training?
No. That's the whole point of Ksaar: you build your screens, your data and your workflows visually, without writing code. We start from your exact level. Total beginner, we go step by step through modeling and permissions. More comfortable with tech, we jump straight to advanced workflows and the API. You don't write code, but you understand what the platform does under the hood so you don't get stuck when things get complex.Ksaar or Airtable: which one to pick?
It depends on your need. Airtable is excellent for organizing and visualizing data like a beefed-up spreadsheet, with flexible views. Ksaar goes further on the business-app side: dedicated interfaces per role, validation workflows, fine permissions, user portals. If you mostly want a collaborative database, Airtable often does the job. If you want a real internal app with roles and processes, Ksaar is built more for that. In training we help you decide on your real case, and we cover both approaches.Ksaar or Bubble: what's the difference?
Both are no-code, but the angle differs. Bubble is more open and granular for building web products or consumer-facing apps, with a steeper learning curve. Ksaar is more structured, geared to internal business apps and back-office, faster to pick up on that ground, and French (hosting and support in France, a real GDPR point). If you're shipping a consumer product, Bubble holds up. If you're tooling internal processes, Ksaar moves faster. We cover both so you choose without regret. What kinds of apps can you build with Ksaar?
Mostly internal business apps: case or ticket tracking, in-house CRM, stock or inventory management, HR back-office, client portals, production tracking, validation tools. Everything that today lives in shared Excel sheets that overflow and in emails. In training we start from your real process and turn it into an app your team actually uses, with the right data, the right workflows and the right access. Can you handle roles and fine permissions on Ksaar?
Yes, and it's one of the platform's strengths. We configure user profiles, roles and access levels: who sees which data, who can create, edit or validate, who only gets read access. Your sales reps, your managers and your leadership don't get the same screen, and that's on purpose. This is often where no-code projects go sideways when set up as a patch. In 1-on-1, we frame your permissions from the start, cleanly, so your app stays healthy as the team grows. Can you connect Ksaar to an API, Make or n8n?
Yes, and it's one of the big parts of the training. Ksaar exposes an API to read and write your data, and webhooks to trigger actions. We connect your app to Make or n8n to sync your CRM, send emails, feed a dashboard or wire other tools. The idea isn't to build an isolated app, but to slot it into your real stack so it actually serves you. We build these connections together, on your project, not on a dummy example. Is my Ksaar data hosted in France?
It's one of Ksaar's arguments: it's a French platform, with hosting and support in France, which simplifies your GDPR compliance compared to some US no-code tools. For many companies, public-sector teams or sensitive industries, that's a real deciding factor. In training we cover concretely what it means for your project (where your data lives, how to handle access and exports), because we follow the tool daily on real client projects, not through an article read once.Is the training online or in person?
100% online, over video, 1-on-1. You join the sessions from anywhere, we share your screen and your Ksaar account live. Sessions are recorded if you want to revisit them. The individual format means real interaction: you're not a number in a webinar of 100, the trainer answers your questions about your app and your process. That's what makes learning concrete on a tool as business-focused as Ksaar.
