    First session, we share your screen and look at your account together. Do your pipelines fit how you sell? Do your reps actually update deals?     Pipelines, stages and custom fields around your process

    We tackle the most important part first: the structure. We design your pipelines and stages to fit how your team actually sells, set the custom fields that drive reporting (source, amount, lost reason), and put required fields, rotting alerts and permissions in place so the data stays clean. If you're migrating from a spreadsheet or another CRM, we map and dedupe your data and keep the history intact. You sign off on the structure before a rep touches it.

    We build the machinery. Workflow Automation for the busywork: activities created on stage change, leads assigned round-robin, reminders before a deal rots, email sequences fired at the right moment. We set up LeadBooster to capture and qualify inbound, and Smart Docs so quotes and proposals pull live deal data and track when a prospect opens them. You practice on your own cases, not a dummy example.

    This is where Pipedrive gets powerful. We build full workflows together and use Pipedrive webhooks to trigger actions based on events. No code required.
  • Do I need to be technical to take the Pipedrive training?
    No, not necessarily. Pipedrive has a visual interface to build pipelines, fields and automations without touching code. To go further (API, webhooks, custom integrations), a bit of technical logic helps, but the 1-on-1 format is built exactly for that: we start from your exact level. Beginner, we go step by step.
