Who trains you

We build Stacker portals for real clients, not just in theory.

Most Stacker trainings are run by people who opened an account the night before. At Hack'celeration it's the opposite: connecting Airtable and Salesforce, modelling permissions, branded portals, internal tools wired into n8n, that's our daily agency work. Everything we teach you, we practice on shipped projects. We know the traps (the layout built before the permission model, the client who sees someone else's record) because we've already solved them.

  • We build Stacker portals on real data sources every week, not just in theory
  • 1-on-1 format: the trainer adapts to your level, beginner ops or seasoned builder
  • We tell you when Stacker isn't the right call (sometimes a full app builder or code wins)
  • We start from your real account and your actual data, not a dummy example

What you master

Four pillars so your portal is secure and used.

A badly configured Stacker means a client seeing someone else's data, a portal nobody logs into, layouts built before permissions. Most of the trouble comes from the access model, not the tool. We pick up your real account and work through the four pillars together.

Meet our trainers, leave with a plan.

Drop your email. We get back to you to connect you with a Hack'celeration-certified trainer: we look at your Stacker account, map your data sources and your access, and tell you where to start. No commitment, even if you don't take the training.

  • A map of your data sources and who should see what
  • The roles and permission model to lock down first
  • The right 1-on-1 format for your level and your project
  • An honest take: Stacker or another tool for your case
How it runs

Your Stacker program, step by step.

Five steps, no skipping. Each one on your real account, with a clear deliverable. From the first session we map your data and model permissions before any layout. By the end, you run your portals and your access without us.

  1. Step 1 · Account audit

We open your real Stacker account and map your data

First session, we share your screen and look at your account together. Where does your data live (Airtable, Salesforce, Sheets, Postgres)? Who needs a portal, who needs an internal tool? Which records should each user see and not see? We list the real points before touching a single layout. You leave with a clear map of your sources and your access, in priority order. No theory, your real account.

  2. Step 2 · Permissions first

Roles and user-level access, locked before any login

We tackle the most sensitive part: permissions. We model the roles (client, support, finance, admin), each scoped to its slice of the data, and set user-level access so a client only ever sees their own projects, invoices or tickets. We lock it down by default and test every role before handing out a single login. By the end of this step, nobody sees a record they shouldn't.

  3. Step 3 · Portals and tools

We build the portal and internal tools on your cases

We build for real. The external portal on your records: list and detail layouts, dashboards, forms that write back, all skinned with your logo, brand colours, a custom domain and SSO. Then the internal tools your team runs. You practice on your own data, not a dummy example. You finish with a portal ready and tools your team opens every day.

  4. Step 4 · Integrate and automate

We wire Stacker into your stack and into n8n

This is where Stacker gets powerful. We wire automations that sync records, write-backs to Airtable or Salesforce, and the triggers that fire the next step when a user acts in the portal. We connect it all into n8n so your processes move on their own. The data keeps living in your system of record; Stacker is the interface on top, with its permissions mapped from day one.

  5. Step 5 · Autonomy

You run your portals and your access without us

The number one goal: you become autonomous. By the end of the program, you know how to connect a data source, model roles, build a portal, ship an internal tool and wire an automation. You no longer need an agency to add a user or tweak a layout. And if you want to delegate later, we also run a Stacker agency, but that's not the point here.

The proof

Why train 1-on-1 with us.

  • 300+Pros already trained on no-code

More than 300 people have gone through our trainings across France and Europe. Ops teams, small-business founders, project leads. Not vanity numbers: people who shipped a secure portal and stopped sharing spreadsheets open to everyone.

  • 4.7/5Rating across 334 verified reviews

Average rating of 4.7 out of 5, across 334 reviews. We won't promise it's all magic: you have to build on your real Stacker account and your real data. But the 1-on-1 format makes the difference on something as sensitive as permissions.

  • 1:1A dedicated expert, not a class of 100

You're not a number in a webinar. A trainer opens your real Stacker account, looks at your data sources, and works through your actual cases. We schedule sessions around your availability, replays included.

FAQ · Stacker training

The questions we get the most.

  • What is a 1-on-1 Stacker training?
An individual program with a Stacker expert, not a class of 100 people. We open your real account, look at your data sources, and work through your actual cases: connecting Airtable or Salesforce, roles and permissions, portals, internal tools, automations. You ask your questions live, the trainer adapts the pace to your level. We schedule sessions around your availability, and you leave with concrete actions every time. That's what makes the difference on something as sensitive as permissions.
  • How much does the Stacker training cost?
There is no single price. We connect you with a trainer certified by Hack'celeration, matched to your need and your level. It varies from one trainer to another, based on their profile and the format that fits your project.
  • Which data sources can Stacker connect to?
Stacker connects to your existing data instead of forcing a new database: Airtable, Salesforce, Google Sheets and Postgres are the common ones, and it reads and writes live so the portal isn't a stale copy. In training, we teach you to map the fields and relationships, set which ones each role can see and edit, and wire automations so an action in the app updates the right record. Your team keeps owning the system of record; Stacker becomes the interface on top of it.
  • How does Stacker keep each user seeing only their own data?
Through roles and user-level data access, and getting that right is a big part of the training. We show you how to set permissions so a client sees only their own projects, invoices or tickets, support sees its queue, finance sees billing, and nobody sees a record they shouldn't. A portal that leaks one client's data to another is worse than no portal, so we teach you to lock access down by default and test every role before any login.
  • Can Stacker be integrated with n8n or Make?
Yes, and it's one of the big parts of the training. Stacker connects to n8n or Make through the API or webhooks so your processes move on their own: sync records, write back to Airtable or Salesforce, trigger the next step when a user acts in the portal. We build full automations together, on your real data. We're an automation and no-code agency first, so the Stacker build plugs into the wider stack you already run.
  • Do I need to be technical to take the Stacker training?
No, not necessarily. Stacker is a no-code platform: you build portals and internal tools visually, without coding. To go further (automations, write-backs, API integrations), a bit of technical logic helps, but the 1-on-1 format is built exactly for that: we start from your exact level. Beginner ops, we go step by step. Seasoned builder, we jump straight to permission modelling and automation. You can run Stacker without ever touching code if you prefer.
  • Is Stacker for customer portals or internal tools?
Both, and we cover both in training. The external portal faces your clients: they log in, see their project, their invoices or tickets, and nothing else. The internal tool runs your team: CRMs, back-office, onboarding apps, approval flows, staff portals. Each gets the list and detail layouts, forms and permissions that fit the role. Both sit on the data you already have, not a disconnected copy.
  • When is Stacker NOT the right fit?
We'll tell you straight. Stacker is excellent for portals and internal tools that read and write your data with roles and permissions. It's not the right fit when your app needs heavy custom logic, complex interactions a no-code layout can't express, or a native mobile build. In those cases a full app builder or actual code wins, and we won't push you onto Stacker just because we teach it. Half the value of an honest trainer is telling you where it fits.
  • Is the training online or in person?
100% online, over video, 1-on-1. You join the sessions from anywhere, we share your screen and your Stacker account live. Sessions are recorded if you want to revisit them. The individual format means real interaction: you're not a number in a webinar of 100, the trainer answers your questions about your setup and your real data. That's what makes learning concrete on a tool as structural as Stacker.
