How Much Does AiSDR Cost?

$1.50 per person reached, billed daily: what that means for your bill, and what comes on top.

Short answer: AiSDR now charges $1.50 per person reached, with no monthly subscription. Research, list building and message writing are included. Reaching 200 people costs $300, 500 people $750, 1,000 people $1,500. Past 1,000 people a month, Team plans are quote-based and can run up to 40% cheaper per contact. You sign up without a credit card and only pay when a campaign goes live.

Most pricing articles still quote $250 or $900 a month. Those are retired plans. Below: where those numbers came from, what the add-ons cost, and the exit trap almost nobody mentions.

Current official pricing

AiSDR pricing in 2026

AiSDR dropped its monthly tiers. The model now fits in one line: you pay for each person the agent reaches out to, and nothing extra for the groundwork. A "person reached" is a contact the AI researches, writes to and follows up with, by email from your own Gmail or Outlook inbox and on LinkedIn.

You can buy it three ways. Pay as you go at $1.50 a person. Team plans, negotiated on volume. Or the fully managed service, where AiSDR's team runs outbound for you. Pay as you go is the only one you can start tonight without a sales call.

On top of $1.50

The costs the pricing page doesn't add up for you

The per-person price pays for the agent's work. It doesn't pay for sending inboxes, the LinkedIn seat you may need, or your review time. Add these six lines before you put AiSDR next to any other tool.

Pre-warmed inboxes

AiSDR sells pre-warmed inboxes at $33 each. The page doesn't say whether that is monthly, so ask before you order ten. If your own inboxes have been sending cleanly for weeks, connect those instead. Users report a fresh inbox needs 30 to 60 days to reach full deliverability.

Sales Navigator for InMail

You don't need Sales Navigator to prospect on LinkedIn through AiSDR. You only need it for InMail, the paid messages to people outside your network. If your buyers accept connection requests, skip InMail and keep that LinkedIn seat off your bill.

One managed campaign

AiSDR's team will run a single campaign for $149. That's the smart first step if you have never built a sequence: 500 people plus that help comes to $899. The fully managed service starts at $2,500 a month.

Extra contacts and overages

On a Team plan you can't go past your limit without moving up a tier. AiSDR warns you as you get close, then you pick: pause, or pay the overage. Neither the overage rate nor the price of in-app contact top-ups is published. Get both in writing in the quote.

Review time

AiSDR's first emails tend to be sharply personalized. Follow-ups, much less so. Users who stick with AI SDRs report a simple ratio: 80% written by AI, 20% checked by a human. At the very least, read the first 100 sends of every campaign.

Leaving

This is the cost nobody prices in. When your subscription ends, AiSDR permanently deletes leads, campaigns and conversation history. Inboxes it created are shut down, and domains it bought for you are lost unless you start a transfer before the end date. Buying and warming a new domain takes weeks.

  • Count inboxes and domains before you size your volume.
  • Ask whether the $33 per inbox is monthly or one-off.
  • No InMail planned? No Sales Navigator to pay for.
  • Get the overage rate in writing in any Team quote.
  • Before you cancel, request a lead export and a domain transfer.
How we price it

How we work out the real cost

We only use AiSDR's published numbers: $1.50 per person, $149 per managed campaign, $2,500 a month for full service, $33 per pre-warmed inbox. We multiply, we add, and we don't guess where the vendor shows no price. Team plans stay "custom" here because no official figure exists.

For other tools, we reuse the prices and ratings from their Hack'celeration review, so a tool carries the same numbers everywhere on the site. 11x has no review yet, so we use its official list price and give it no rating. The ranking is editorial: a sponsored spot is always labeled on its card, and no affiliate link changes a rating.

All figures computed from AiSDR's published pricing. The switch to usage billing makes AiSDR pricier than the old Solo plan at small steady volume ($300 versus $250 for 200 people) and cheaper than the old Explore plan ($900 for 800 people) between roughly 200 and 600 people. Above that, at steady volume, usage billing costs more: 800 people come to $1,200.

Is AiSDR expensive?

AiSDR pricing vs other outbound tools

Putting AiSDR next to a plain sending tool only makes sense if you count your own hours. The first three cards are agents that research, write and follow up on their own. The last three leave that work to you, for far less money. Ratings come from our reviews.

Verdict

So, is AiSDR worth the price?

Our take, after comparing today's pricing with the old tiers and with rivals: usage billing makes AiSDR the lowest-risk way to try an AI SDR. It doesn't make AiSDR cheap. Your volume and the quality of your list decide the rest.

Go for it if…

You want to find out, for $300 to $750, whether an AI agent can fill your calendar. You have a sharp ICP (one industry, one role, one company size) and someone to read the first 100 messages. Of the agents compared here, it's the only one with no plan and no contract. That's the real edge of the new pricing.

Skip it if…

You reach 1,000+ people every month and don't want to negotiate: at $1.50 you pay $1,500 and up, while Reply.io's Jason AI starts at $500 a month. Skip it too if your list is messy. Garbage in, bounces out, and every person reached is billed anyway.

Our advice

Build the whole campaign on the free account, launch 200 people, read every reply. If the rate holds, go to 500. If you stay above 1,000 a month for good, ask for a Team quote and push for annual terms only once results are proven. And never cancel before you've pulled your leads and moved your domains.

  • First step: 200 people, $300, no card at signup.
  • Set a spend cap per campaign: billing runs daily.
  • Above 1,000 people a month: Team quote, up to 40% off per contact.
  • Pause rather than cancel until your domains are transferred.
  • Use the $149 managed campaign to learn, not the $2,500 full service.

Pricing FAQ

AiSDR pricing FAQ

  • How much does AiSDR cost per month?

There's no fixed monthly price anymore. AiSDR charges $1.50 per person reached, billed daily as sends go out. Your monthly bill tracks your volume: $300 for 200 people, $750 for 500, $1,500 for 1,000. Run nothing for a month and you pay nothing. Only Team plans, above 1,000 people a month, turn into a monthly invoice on a quarterly contract.

  • Why do other sites say $250 or $900 a month?

Because AiSDR has changed its pricing several times. Before usage billing there were several successive price lists, the last one being Solo at $250, Explore at $900 and Scale at $2,500. In fall 2026 those tiers were replaced by usage billing. Any article quoting them was written before the switch.

  • Does AiSDR have a free trial?

Sort of. You sign up with no credit card and no sales call. You can import your list, tune the tone and have the AI draft messages without paying. Billing starts when the campaign goes live. So it isn't a free trial in the strict sense, but you see the drafts before spending a cent, and you can keep your first launch to a few dozen people.

  • What does $1.50 per person include?

All of the agent's work: finding the contact in a 2B+ profile database, enrichment, writing, sending by email from your inbox and on LinkedIn, and follow-ups. Emails go through a triple bounce check. Not included: $33 pre-warmed inboxes, Sales Navigator if you want InMail, and the managed services.

  • How much are AiSDR Team plans?

AiSDR doesn't publish a number: Team plans are quoted after a call. What's public: they're built for teams reaching 1,000+ people a month, the per-contact price can drop up to 40% below pay as you go, and annual terms cost 20% less than quarterly. They add a dedicated GTM engineer, Salesforce and compliance support. Get the overage rate written into the quote.

  • Do I need LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

Only for InMail. AiSDR sends LinkedIn invites, messages and voice notes without Sales Navigator. InMail, which reaches people outside your network without an accepted invite, requires that LinkedIn subscription. If your buyers accept invites, you can skip it and put that budget into people reached.

  • What happens to my data and domains if I cancel?

They're gone. On the last day of the subscription the account is deactivated and leads, campaigns and conversation history are deleted for good. Inboxes AiSDR created are shut down and domains it bought are cancelled, unless you start a transfer before the end with codes from your CS manager. Ask for an export and a transfer a few weeks ahead, or pause instead.

  • Is AiSDR cheaper than Reply.io Jason AI or 11x?

At low volume, yes. Jason AI starts at $500 a month, so AiSDR wins as long as you stay under 333 people a month. Above that, Jason AI is cheaper unless you negotiate a Team deal. 11x is a different league: Alice Growth starts at $3,750 a month billed annually, with no trial listed. For $3,750, AiSDR reaches 2,500 people with no contract.

  • Can I pause AiSDR instead of canceling?

Yes, and it's usually the smarter move. On pay as you go you can stop a campaign anytime and daily billing stops with it. When you request cancellation under Plans & billing, AiSDR first offers a pause or a call with your account manager. Pausing keeps your leads, campaigns and domains, which canceling wipes. On a Team plan, get the exit terms and what happens to unused credits written into the contract.

  • How do I pay less for AiSDR?

Four levers. Clean your list before launch, since every person reached is billed even if the address goes nowhere. Connect your own warmed inboxes instead of buying new ones. Skip InMail if invites do the job. And only move to a Team plan above 1,000 people a month, with annual terms after three months of results.
