Overview

A partner program you can question instead of browse

Answering "how is our partner program doing" usually means opening several EULER dashboards and exporting a few tables. With the connector, a partner manager asks Claude. It reads EULER's partners, deals, commissions and onboarding flows, and can act too: register a referral, invite a partner contact, publish a flow. On the other side of the fence, partners can register deals and check their own payouts.

A program snapshot in one question. Before a quarterly review, the channel lead asks for the big picture. Claude calls get_partner_overall_stats for partner counts, deals, revenue and the top 100 partners, then performance for a ranking over a chosen window.

Unblocking a partner. A partner says the agreements tab is locked. partner_access_diagnosis shows which flow, pending agreement or invitation is in the way.

Deal registration from the partner side. A reseller registers a new opportunity with submit_referral; the receiving company decides on it with resolve_referral, and approving an inbound referral creates it in the company's CRM.

What it will not do: EULER points users to its web app for anything the connector does not cover, such as creating an incentive program or changing billing settings, and nothing runs on its own; Claude only acts while answering you. For flows that must fire on their own, see the Integrations hub.

Vocabulary

Five words before you connect

The Claude vocabulary used on this page, in a minute.

Connector
The link you set up once between Claude and an account you already have, so Claude can work in it while it answers you.
Tool
One named job a connector opens to Claude. Claude picks the ones it needs on its own; the directory sheet lists them by name.
Authorization
EULER's own consent screen, where you approve which of your EULER accounts Claude may use. Granted once per person, revocable.
Approval
The confirmation Claude waits for before it changes something in an account, shown in the conversation when it matters.
MCP
The shared standard connectors are built on: it is what lets an assistant like Claude talk to an outside service such as EULER.
Connect

Connect the Claude EULER connector in three steps

  1. 01

    Find EULER in Claude

Open Claude's settings, go to Customize then Connectors, and look for EULER. On a Team or Enterprise workspace, an Owner or Primary Owner must switch the connector on before members can sign in one by one.

  2. 02

    Start the connection

Click Connect on its row and sign in on the EULER page that opens. If the link breaks later, Disconnect and connect again. EULER suggests starting by asking Claude to list your EULER accounts.

  3. 03

    Approve your accounts

EULER's consent screen asks which accounts Claude may use: your own company and any partner accounts you hold. It is EULER's screen, not Claude's, and what you tick there is all Claude will see.

Tools

The 50 tools, split by what they do

EULER gives Claude 50 tools: 32 that read your account, 18 that change something in it.

All 50 are described in EULER's connector reference, each labelled read or write and tagged with the EULER role that may call it: customer (the company running the program) or partner. Names stay as Claude shows them.

What Claude reads (32)

32 tools

Thirty-two tools that look up partners, deals, money, content and support data without changing anything.

list_accounts

Returns the accounts you approved at consent: your own company plus every partner account you hold. EULER says to call it first, to resolve a partner by name or when you have more than one role.

When it helps
you manage two partnerships and Claude needs to know which one you mean.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

partners

Queries the partners of your company in the customer-admin view: look one up by name, list those awaiting approval. When you hold a partner account at that company yourself, EULER advises list_accounts instead.

When it helps
a VP wants the list of partners still awaiting approval.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

partner_access_diagnosis

Explains why access to the partner portal, or one section of it, is blocked: the gating flow and its progress, unsigned agreements, and invitation status. A healthy result means nothing is in the way.

When it helps
a partner cannot open the agreements tab and support needs the reason fast.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

partner_artifacts

Gathers what is linked to one partner: signed agreements, affiliate links, deals, charges and invoices. Every request needs the partner's roster ID.

When it helps
preparing a business review and wanting one partner's contracts and invoices side by side.
Watch out
a directory profile ID is refused here.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

referrals

Queries existing referrals and deal registrations, in both directions: inbound from partners and outbound to them, filtered by partner, dates, status and direction. A second mode returns one partner's referrals, paginated.

When it helps
the sales team wants every inbound referral still pending from last quarter.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

get_outbound_form

Returns your company's outbound referral form, its ID and questions, the one behind referrals going to a partner. It is company-wide and takes no partner ID.

When it helps
before a lead goes to a reseller, Claude knows which fields the form expects from you.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

get_search_deals

Finds a deal by name, or lists, ranks and filters deals when no name is given, for requests like open deals, the top ten by value or those in a given stage.

When it helps
a partner asks which of their registered deals are in negotiation right now.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

charges_lookup

Inspects specific charges: every charge tied to a deal, or one charge in full with amount, commission, partner, date and status. Customer role only.

When it helps
finance wants to see exactly what was billed on a disputed deal.
Watch out
a deal ID is needed for the per-deal view.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

list_partner_contacts

Returns the full roster of people at a given partner, including those who never logged into the portal, unlike the user list which shows activated logins only.

When it helps
checking who at a reseller has never been invited before an enablement push.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

flows

Reads Flows, EULER's onboarding, training and certification programmes, with their steps, assignments and attachable resources.

When it helps
a partner manager wants the status of every onboarding programme, newest first.
Watch out
the list has no server-side filter, so Claude narrows it after the fact.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

quizzes

Reads quizzes and their questions, which attach to a quiz step inside a Flow. Customer-admin only; it also covers attempt records across partners.

When it helps
seeing how a partner scored on the certification quiz, or who is mid-attempt.
Watch out
attempt records can be narrowed to a single partner when you ask.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

company_invoices

Queries invoices at company level: a filtered list by status, currency, dates and order, or totals by status such as paid, pending and processing.

When it helps
the CFO asks how much the partner program has invoiced this year.
Watch out
totals are company-wide, not per partner.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

commissions

Reports commission payouts and expense over a date range, with start and end dates required. The company view answers aggregate questions like total spent on partner commissions.

When it helps
budgeting next year's channel spend from this year's actual payouts.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

incentives_summary

Shows how the company's incentive programs are doing, per tier, across EULER's two incentive systems, in a single list of tier counts.

When it helps
a program owner wants to know how many partners sit in each tier today.
Watch out
both systems land in one list, so read tiers carefully.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

incentives_roster

Lists which partners are enrolled in which incentive, one row per active assignment, with partner, program, tier, enrolment date and commission.

When it helps
answering which incentive a given reseller is on before a renewal call.
Watch out
Inc 1.0 packages show no tier, only revenue ranges.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

partner_inc1_incentives

Gets one partner's active plan under EULER's Inc 1.0 system: package name, payout frequency, net days and commission tiers with revenue ranges, percentages and flat payouts.

When it helps
a partner asks what commission rate applies above their next revenue band.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

partner_inc2_incentives

Under EULER's Inc 2.0 system, returns one partner's program: current tier, commission structure, benefits, any boost or override campaign, and live progress toward the next tier.

When it helps
a reseller wants to know how far they are from the next tier this quarter.
Watch out
the data is that partner's, not the signed-in user's.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

performance

Ranks partners and reports their metrics over a date range, for leaderboards and best performers. Customer role only.

When it helps
naming the top five partners by closed deals in the last quarter.
Watch out
filtering on close dates or creation dates returns different partners.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

influenced_sourced_deals

Counts and totals sourced deals (partner-originated), influenced deals (partner-touched) and deals that are both, for a date range, with per-partner breakdowns.

When it helps
proving to leadership how much pipeline partners actually originated.
Watch out
a deal can count as both sourced and influenced, so the groups overlap.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

euler_help

Searches EULER's help and support material for any question about how EULER itself works, like how to add a user or where a feature lives in the portal.

When it helps
a new partner admin wonders how to register a referral in the portal.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

content_list

Lists what a partner has in their portal: PDFs, documents, images, uploaded videos and external links such as YouTube or Loom, newest first.

When it helps
a reseller asks which PDFs the vendor has made available to them.
Watch out
it covers one partner's portal, not the whole company library.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

content_admin

Finds the company's content items, folders and categories across the whole library, not just what one partner sees, with the IDs that the library management tool relies on.

When it helps
marketing wants to know which folder holds last year's battlecards before tidying it.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

communications

Read-only view of EULER's partner email program: audiences with contact counts, templates, individual emails with opens and clicks, and a recipient preview for a broadcast.

When it helps
checking how many partners opened last month's launch email.
Watch out
this view cannot launch anything; the management tool does.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

si_service_projects

Reads a system-integrator partner's own service projects, flagging drafts the customer cannot see yet and showing dates, approval and status.

When it helps
an integrator wants to know which of their projects are still drafts.
Watch out
a draft does not count as a registration until it is completed.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

customer_fund_requests

Reads the marketing development and co-op fund requests partners filed against your company's funds, plus the funds themselves, showing whether each waits on you or on them.

When it helps
a channel manager lists every request waiting on a decision.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

partner_users

Reads the users and permission roles of a partner organisation. The list holds only people with an activated portal login, not the full team.

When it helps
a partner admin checks who on their team can see the payouts section.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

get_partner_overall_stats

Gives an executive snapshot of the partner program in one call: partner counts by status, total and won deals, revenue and the top 100 partners by revenue. Customer side only, scoped to your company automatically.

When it helps
a quick answer to how the program is doing overall.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

fund_requests

From the partner side, lists the marketing development and co-op fund data visible to them: the funds on offer with budget, status and dates, the request forms, and their own requests.

When it helps
a reseller wants to know which funds are open this quarter.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

find_conversations_by_problem

Lists the company's support conversations behind one problem area, a category or a trending topic, optionally filtered by outcome and time window.

When it helps
partner ops wants to see what partners asked about payouts this month.
Watch out
one problem area per request.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

get_conversation_detail

Opens one support conversation and returns its messages with the resolution outcome, plus who was behind it: user, partner and partner CRM record.

When it helps
summarising what a partner asked and how it was resolved before a call.
Watch out
it needs an ID from the problem search first.

What Claude can change (18)

18 tools

Eighteen write tools; EULER labels several of them destructive. Only the broadcast email has a documented approval step.

partner_directory_manage

Approval: see the rule

Moderates your Partner Directory: approve or reject a profile edit, hide or unhide a profile, mark it featured, or set its tier.

What Claude asks for
no confirmation specific to this tool is documented; Claude's general approval rule applies.
When it helps
clearing a backlog of profile edits before a directory relaunch.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

partner_directory_profiles

Approval: see the rule

Reads and authors directory profiles: rewrite a profile's content, create empty profiles for existing partners, attach or detach resources.

What Claude asks for
EULER documents no prompt of its own; the default rule below is what covers it.
When it helps
filling in profiles for ten new partners at once.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

submit_referral

Approval: see the rule

Registers a new referral or deal on behalf of a partner, either by the partner for their own account or by a customer admin for one of the company's partners. EULER enforces that boundary server-side.

What Claude asks for
nothing beyond the default approval rule is documented here.
When it helps
a reseller logging a new opportunity.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

send_outbound_referral

Approval: see the rule

Sends a referral from your company to one of your partners. The partner decides through their assistant or the portal, and the form answers stay hidden from them until they accept.

What Claude asks for
the general rule applies; no dedicated prompt is published.
When it helps
handing a lead in a new region to a local partner.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

resolve_referral

Approval: see the rule

Approves or rejects a pending referral in either direction. On an inbound one, the customer decides, and approving creates the referral in the company's CRM.

What Claude asks for
no tool-specific confirmation is documented; check the referral before you approve Claude's step.
When it helps
working through the week's partner submissions.
Watch out
approval reaches your CRM.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

manage_deals

Approval: see the rule

Creates or updates deals attributed to your partners, one at a time or in batches. Batches run in the background and return how many were queued, not the rows.

What Claude asks for
EULER publishes no extra prompt for this one; the default rule holds.
When it helps
attributing a list of closed deals to partners after a CRM import.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

create_partner_contact

Approval: see the rule

Adds a person inside a partner organisation. If a contact with the same email exists on that partner, EULER returns it unchanged instead of making a duplicate.

What Claude asks for
covered by Claude's default approval; nothing specific is documented.
When it helps
a reseller hired a new sales rep who needs portal access next.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

invite_partners_to_portal

Approval: see the rule

Invites one or more existing partner contacts to a partner's portal. Each gets an invitation email; someone who already has a EULER account gets access immediately.

What Claude asks for
no confirmation of its own is documented, so the general rule applies.
When it helps
onboarding a new partner's whole team in one pass.
Watch out
invitation emails go out to real people.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

flows_manage

Approval: see the rule

Creates, edits and assigns Flows and their steps, and publishes, unpublishes or archives them. Customer-admin only; EULER labels it destructive.

What Claude asks for
EULER says assigning notifies the partners reached and is gated by an explicit confirm with a matching count; otherwise the default rule applies.
When it helps
rolling out a new certification track.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

quizzes_manage

Approval: see the rule

Builds, edits and deletes quizzes and their multiple-choice questions, which hang off quiz steps in Flows. Customer-admin only, labelled destructive.

What Claude asks for
no tool-specific prompt is published; Claude's default approval applies.
When it helps
refreshing a product quiz after a release.
Watch out
saving propagates question changes to in-progress attempts.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

content_manage

Approval: see the rule

Creates, edits, organises, shares and deletes content items and folders in the company library. EULER labels it destructive.

What Claude asks for
nothing specific is documented; rely on the general approval rule.
When it helps
sharing a new battlecard folder with every gold partner.
Watch out
EULER says deleting an item or archiving a folder is irreversible.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

content_upload

Approval: see the rule

Brings a file into the content library through your browser in two steps: Claude gives you an upload link, then checks for the resulting file address once you are done.

What Claude asks for
you do the upload yourself through the link; no other confirmation is documented.
When it helps
adding a new partner deck to the library.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

submit_feedback

Approval: see the rule

Sends feedback about the connector itself to EULER's engineering team, through a Slack channel they monitor: a failing tool, a misleading description or a missing capability.

What Claude asks for
no confirmation is documented; EULER even asks Claude to use it proactively when the connector falls short.
When it helps
something you asked for is not supported yet.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

communications_manage

Asks you first

Creates and sends within the Communications Hub: audiences, templates and broadcasts to partners. EULER labels it destructive.

What Claude asks for
EULER says a broadcast emails real partners and cannot be undone, so Claude previews it first and only confirms after you explicitly approve.
When it helps
announcing a new incentive to every active partner.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

si_manage_service_project

Approval: see the rule

Creates and modifies a system-integrator partner's own service projects. A registration takes four steps and only the last one submits it, which makes it visible to the customer and notifies them.

What Claude asks for
the default rule covers it; EULER documents no extra prompt.
When it helps
an integrator registering a finished implementation.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

customer_fund_requests_manage

Approval: see the rule

Approves, rejects or asks for more information on a marketing development or co-op fund request a partner filed against your funds. Asking for information keeps the request open.

What Claude asks for
no dedicated confirmation is documented; read the request before approving.
When it helps
clearing the quarter's pending requests.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

manage_partner_users

Approval: see the rule

Handles a partner organisation's roles and who holds them: add members by email, invite existing ones, define what portal sections a role sees, in one partner or across many. Labelled destructive.

What Claude asks for
nothing beyond the default rule is published.
When it helps
giving every partner's finance staff access to payouts.

Sourcemcp.eulerapp.com · October 1, 2026 ↗

fund_requests_manage

Approval: see the rule

Creates and advances a partner's own marketing development and co-op fund requests from a fund's form. A new request shows as Creating for a few seconds before it fills in.

What Claude asks for
EULER documents no prompt of its own; Claude's general rule is what applies.
When it helps
a reseller applying for event funding.

Approvals

What Claude asks before acting

By default, Claude stops and asks for your go-ahead before any action it takes on an account for you. The request appears in the conversation, at the moment it matters.

On Team and Enterprise workspaces, owners decide whether a member may let some actions through without being asked again. They can also cap what a connector may do for the whole organization, for instance keep reading and close writing, and nobody overrides that from their own account. Claude works with your rights and nothing more: it only reaches the EULER accounts you approved at consent, and each tool is limited to the customer or partner role it is tagged with.

Plans

Which plans include it

None of the 819 sheets in the official directory displays availability by plan. Connector by connector, the answer is not published anywhere: it is a real gap in the catalogue.

What is published is the general rule: remote connectors are open to all users on Claude, Cowork, Claude Desktop and mobile. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner or Primary Owner enables the connector for the organization before members sign in. Check its sheet in the official directory for the current status. Only EULER documents this connector; no Claude help article covers it.

Limits

Where this connector stops

A connector is not an automation. Claude calls these tools while it answers you; nothing fires when a partner registers a deal or a payout lands.

The tool list is an observed floor, not a promise: an administrator can open actions that no public sheet shows, and EULER's own reference lists more tools than the directory sheet (see below). The partner badge is not a security audit, and Anthropic states on every sheet that it does not pick a publisher's tools or guarantee their behavior. For anything the connector does not cover, EULER has the assistant offer the web-app address for your role rather than a guessed URL.

Two official sources disagree

How many tools does the EULER connector expose?

What this page followsBoth sources were read on 1 October 2026 and neither is marked outdated: the publisher's reference is larger than the public sheet. This page documents the 50 tools on the sheet; what Claude actually sees on your account also depends on your EULER role.

FAQ

Questions about the Claude EULER connector

01What can Claude do with the EULER connector?
Claude can read and run much of a partner program in EULER from a conversation. Thirty-two tools read partners, the directory, deals, charges, invoices, commissions, incentives, performance, flows, quizzes, content, communications, fund requests and support conversations. Eighteen tools act: register or decide on referrals, manage deals, contacts, portal invitations, flows, quizzes, content, emails, service projects, fund requests and partner roles. EULER tags each tool with the customer or partner role that may use it.
02Can Claude send emails or change data in EULER?
Yes. Write tools can register and approve referrals, create and update deals, add contacts, invite people to the portal, publish flows, manage content and roles, and send broadcasts from the Communications Hub. Some of these email real people: portal invitations, flow assignments and broadcasts. EULER labels several tools destructive, notes that content deletions and broadcasts cannot be undone, and keeps anything the connector does not cover, such as billing settings, in its web app.
03Does Claude ask before acting in EULER?
Claude's default rule is to ask before any action it takes on an account for you. EULER adds two documented gates: a broadcast is previewed and only confirmed after your explicit approval, and assigning a flow requires an explicit confirm with a matching recipient count. For the other write tools, no confirmation of their own is documented, so the default rule is what applies. Owners of a Team or Enterprise workspace can also close writing for everyone.
04Which Claude plans is the EULER connector available on?
No official source publishes plan availability connector by connector, and none of the 819 directory sheets displays it. The general rule is that remote connectors are open to all users on Claude, Cowork, Claude Desktop and mobile, with an Owner or Primary Owner enabling them first on Team and Enterprise. EULER's reference names no Claude plan. The connector's sheet in the official directory is the only place showing its current status for your account.
05Does Claude see every partner and account in EULER?
No. Claude only reaches the EULER accounts you ticked on the consent screen: your own company and any partner accounts you hold. Each tool is also limited to the customer or partner role it is tagged with, so a partner sees their own deals, payouts and content, while a customer admin sees the program. On the Claude side, an owner of your workspace can further restrict what the connector may do for everyone.
06Why does Claude say some of my EULER accounts are missing?
Because they were left out at consent. EULER reports when some of your accounts are hidden from the session, and tells Claude to ask you to reconnect rather than guess at the rest. Disconnect the connector, connect again, and tick every company and partner account you need on EULER's consent screen. Asking Claude to list your EULER accounts afterwards shows what is now visible, since that tool returns exactly the accounts approved at consent, each with its role.
07Claude or an automation tool for EULER?
They cover different needs, so choose by task rather than by ranking. Claude fits questions and one-off actions in a conversation: how the program is doing, why a partner is blocked, registering a referral, approving a fund request. It only acts while you are talking to it. An automation platform fits repeated flows that run without you, such as syncing every new deal to another system on a schedule. Nothing in this connector runs on its own between two conversations.
