Claude React Aria connectorWhat Claude reads in the React Aria documentation.
The Claude React Aria connector exposes 3 tools: 3 read, 0 write, 0 undocumented. Published by Adobe, it is a desktop extension that lets Claude browse the public React Aria documentation while it answers. There is no account behind it, only the docs site.

Why plug the React Aria docs into Claude
React Aria is Adobe's library for building accessible interface components in React. When you ask Claude how to wire up a combobox or a date picker, it normally answers from memory. With this extension, it can open the current documentation itself, find the right page and quote the section you need, so the answer follows what the docs say today.
Find the right page first. list_react_aria_pages returns the catalogue of documentation pages, so Claude starts from the pages that actually exist instead of guessing their names.
Skim before you read. On a long page, get_react_aria_page_info gives the description and the list of sections, so Claude can go to the one section that answers your question.
Quote the actual docs. get_react_aria_page brings back the page as Markdown, whole or one section at a time, and Claude works from that text when it explains or adapts an example to your code.
What it will not do: the extension only reads the public documentation. It does not touch your repository, does not open your project files, and nothing runs on its own when the docs change; Claude only looks things up while it answers you. We have no n8n, Make or Zapier page for React Aria; our Integrations hub lists the platforms we do document, and the Claude connectors page gathers the other connectors we have covered.
Five words before you install
The Claude vocabulary you will meet on this page.
- Connector
- The link you set up once between Claude and an outside service, so Claude can use it while it answers you.
- Tool
- One named thing a connector lets Claude do. Claude picks the tools it needs by itself, and the directory sheet lists them by name.
- Authorization
- The access you hand Claude on a service. The React Aria docs are public, so there is no personal account to sign in to here.
- Approval
- The confirmation Claude waits for before it goes ahead with something that changes an account, shown in the chat when it matters.
- MCP
- The common protocol behind every connector, which lets an assistant such as Claude reach an outside service, here a documentation site.
Add the Claude React Aria connector in three steps
- 01
Find React Aria in the settings
In Claude Desktop, open the settings, go to Customize then Connectors, and look for React Aria. On a Team or Enterprise workspace, an Owner or Primary Owner has to enable it for the organization before each member can add it.
- 02
Start the install from its row
Launch it with Connect on the React Aria line and follow the prompts. If the extension stops answering later, a Disconnect followed by a fresh install is the documented way to repair the link.
- 03
Read any permission screen
If a permission screen appears, read it before you confirm: it belongs to the service, not to Claude, and it sets how far the access goes. Here the content is public documentation, so you are not handing over a personal account.
The 3 tools of the React Aria connector
React Aria gives Claude 3 tools: 3 that read your account, 0 that change something in it.
All three only read the public documentation. Tool names stay exactly as Claude shows them.
- 3 read
What Claude reads (3)
3 toolsThree tools that move from the full list of pages to a single section of one page.
list_react_aria_pages
Returns the list of pages available in the React Aria documentation, which gives Claude a map of what exists before it opens anything.
get_react_aria_page_info
For one page, Claude gets its short description and the names of its sections, without pulling the whole text. Adobe's package marks it as read-only.
get_react_aria_page
Fetches the content of a page as Markdown, either complete or limited to the section you name, so Claude can quote and explain it.
What Claude asks before it acts
By default, Claude stops and asks before any action it would carry out on an account for someone. The three React Aria tools only read public pages, and no source describes a confirmation specific to any of them.
On Team and Enterprise workspaces, owners decide whether a member can let some actions through without being asked each time. They can also limit what a connector may do for the whole organization, for instance keep reading and close writing, and nobody bypasses that from their own account. Claude works with the rights of the person who installed it and no more; here that means the same public pages any visitor of the docs site can open.
Which Claude plans include it
Anthropic gives one general rule: remote connectors are open to all users on Claude, Cowork, Claude Desktop and mobile, while desktop extensions like this one install in Claude Desktop.
On Team and Enterprise, an Owner or Primary Owner enables a connector for the organization before members can use it. For this extension's current status, check its sheet in the official directory, reachable from the button at the top of this page. No official source publishes plan availability connector by connector: that sheet is the only place to check.
What the React Aria connector does not do
This extension is a window onto the public docs, and only Adobe documents it: neither the Claude help center nor Anthropic's developer docs have a page about it.
A connector is not an automation. Its tools are called by Claude during a reply, and nothing fires on its own when a page of the documentation changes. The verification badge in the directory is not a security audit, and Anthropic states on every sheet that it does not control the tools a publisher exposes, so only plug in what you know the publisher of. A tool list that shows only reading is an observed floor, not a guarantee.
