What can the Automizy Make integration do for you?

The Automizy Make integration lets a Make scenario, the automation you build in Make, work on the contacts and lists of your Automizy account. According to the Automizy doc, its modules can create, update, list and delete those contacts and lists, with no code on your side.

Feed your email list from another tool. A signup lands in a form or a shop app, and the Contact module hands that person to Automizy. Each module in Make is one brick of the scenario, and here the brick from the other app starts the flow.

Look up what already exists. The List module is a search: it can return zero, one or several items, which Make calls bundles. Use it before you act, so the next module works on the right records.

Cover the rest. The Other module sits beside the two others; the doc does not describe it, so open it in the editor to see what it offers before you plan around it.

How do you connect Automizy to Make?

    Create a token in Automizy

    Log in to Automizy, then go to Settings, API Token and Create Token. Copy the token right away, since it is the key Make will use to reach your account.

    Open the connection dialog

    In your Make scenario, add any Automizy module and click Create a connection. A connection is your Automizy account linked to Make once, then reused by every Automizy module.

    Paste the token and continue

    Give it a clear label in Connection name, paste the token into the API Key field, then click Continue. Make checks the key and the module is ready to fill.

Your first scenario with Automizy

GoalWhen a new signup reaches another app you use, Make sends that person to Automizy through the Contact module.

    Create the scenario

    On the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the +. Automizy has no trigger, so the first module comes from the app where your signups arrive.

    Set up the first module

    Search that other app by name, pick the module that returns new signups and link its account. Make then lists what it can read from that account.

    Add Automizy Contact

    Click the + on the right of the first module, search Automizy and choose Contact. Pick your Automizy connection, or create it with your API token.

    Map the data

    Fill the Contact fields by mapping the values the first module picked up about the person who just signed up. Make shows the available values once the connection works.

    Test with Run once

    Click Run once and read the bundles each module received. Check in Automizy that the contact looks right before you let the scenario run on its own.

    Schedule and switch on

    Set the schedule on the first module, every 15 minutes by default, then switch the scenario on. Each run uses operations, the unit Make counts on your plan.

Questions about the Automizy Make integration

01Is the Automizy Make integration free?
Yes, Automizy is a standard app in Make, so you can use it on the Free plan. That plan has limits: 2 active scenarios, at least 15 minutes between two scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution at most per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) lower the interval to 1 minute and count usage in credits. Your Automizy subscription itself is a separate matter that this page does not cover.
02What do you need to connect Automizy to Make?
You need an Automizy account and an API token. The doc lists no other prerequisite. In Automizy, open Settings, then API Token, then Create Token, and copy the value. In Make, click Create a connection on any Automizy module, name the connection, paste the token in the API Key field and click Continue. The connection is then reused by all 3 Automizy modules, so you only do this once per account.
03Does the Automizy Make integration react in real time?
No, not on its own, because Automizy has no trigger module in Make. A scenario that uses it has to start somewhere else. The usual route is a first module from another app, such as the form or shop where signups arrive. The other route is the schedule on the first module, every 15 minutes by default, followed by List. How fast things move then depends on that first module and its schedule, not on Automizy.
04What if an Automizy module is missing in Make?
It depends on what you need. Automizy has three modules in Make, List, Contact and Other, and no Make an API Call module, so you cannot send a custom request to Automizy from Make with this app. Check first whether Other covers your case by opening it in the editor.
