How do you connect CallX.io to Make?

Add a CallX.io module
In your scenario, click the +, type CallX.io and pick any of its modules. Then click Create a connection. A connection is your CallX.io account linked to Make once and reused by every CallX.io module afterward.

Name it if you like
Giving the connection a name is optional. It helps when you run several CallX.io accounts, say one per client or per team, because you pick the right one from a list in every module later on.

Authorize and save
Depending on what CallX.io asks for, you either approve Make on the CallX.io page that opens, or paste the key CallX.io gives you. Click Save, and the module now shows the options it can read from your account.

Create the scenario
On the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the +. Pick the app that should start everything, such as your CRM or a form tool, since CallX.io has no trigger of its own.

Add Search Call Logs
Click the + to the right of that first module, search for CallX.io and choose Search Call Logs. Pick your connection, or click Create a connection if this is your first CallX.io module.

Fill the fields Make shows for the search. Where a value should come from the first module, click the field and map it from the data that module passes along, instead of typing it once.

Click the + after the search and add Get a Call Summary. Map the call from the search result. A search can return several bundles, so this module runs once for each call found.

Click Run once. Make executes the scenario a single time and shows the bundles each module received. Open them to check that the summaries match the calls you expected.

Schedule and switch on
Set the schedule on the first module (every 15 minutes by default, and 15 minutes is also the shortest interval on the Free plan), then switch the scenario on.
