The Google Meet Make integration lets Make create meetings in your Google Meet account for you. You build a scenario, the automation made of connected bricks, and its Google Meet brick adds a new meeting to the calendar you pick, fed with details coming from another app.

A call booked for every qualified lead. When a lead reaches a given stage in your CRM, a module from that app starts the scenario and Create a Meeting puts a Google Meet on the calendar of the sales rep. Nobody copies names and dates by hand anymore.

An onboarding session for each new customer. A signed order or a new row in a spreadsheet can open the flow. Make then uses Create a Meeting to schedule the kickoff in the team calendar, with the customer details mapped from the first step.

A review meeting after a form is sent. A support request or an application form arrives through another app, and the scenario creates the matching Google Meet so the follow-up is already on the calendar.

Keep the scope in mind: Google Meet offers a single action in Make, no trigger, no search. Something else must start the scenario, either another app or the schedule of Make. How do you connect Google Meet to Make?

    Add the module and open the connection

    Inside your Make scenario, add the Google Meet module and click Create a connection. A connection is your Google account linked to Make once, then reused by every Google Meet module you add later.

    Name it, then sign in with Google

    You can type a label in the Connection name field, handy when several accounts live in the same workspace. Then click Sign in with Google and choose the Google account that owns the calendars you want to use.

    Review the access and allow it

    Google shows what Make will be able to do on your account. Read the list, then click Allow. Back in Make, the connection appears in the module and the calendar list becomes available.

    Create the scenario

    From the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the + in the middle of the canvas. The first module you add decides what starts everything.

    Start from another app

    Google Meet has no trigger, so pick the module of the app where the event happens, such as your CRM or form tool. Each item it outputs is a bundle: one lead, one form entry.

    Add Create a Meeting

    Click the + on the right of the first module, search Google Meet and choose Create a Meeting. Select your connection, then the calendar that Make lists for that account.

    Map the meeting details

    Fill the module fields with values from the first module instead of typing them. Clicking a field opens the list of values the earlier module produced.

    Test with Run once

    Click Run once to run the scenario a single time. Open the bubble above each module to read the bundles it received, then check that the meeting shows up in the calendar.

    Schedule and switch it on

    Set the schedule on the first module, every 15 minutes by default, then turn the scenario on. Each run of a module on a bundle counts as one operation on your plan.

01Is the Google Meet Make integration free?
Yes, Google Meet is a standard app, so it works on the Free plan of Make. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, a minimum of 15 minutes between two scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution at most, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) bring the interval down to 1 minute, remove the cap on active scenarios and allow 40 minutes of execution. Usage is counted in credits, one per operation, each month.
02What do you need to connect Google Meet to Make?
A Google account and a Make account. The Make documentation lists no other prerequisite. In the module you click Create a connection, give it a name if you want, click Sign in with Google, pick your account, read the access Google asks for and click Allow. The connection is then reused by every Google Meet module in your scenarios, so you only do this once per Google account. If you manage several Google accounts, create one connection for each.
03Does Google Meet trigger a Make scenario in real time?
No, because Google Meet has no trigger module in Make. Its only module is an action, Create a Meeting. The scenario has to start from something else: a trigger of another app, such as a CRM or a form tool, or the schedule of Make itself, which runs a new scenario every 15 minutes by default. Whether that start is instant or scheduled depends on the module of the other app, so check its badge in the editor.
04What if the Google Meet module you need is missing in Make?
It depends on what you need. The Google Meet app in Make only creates meetings, and it has no Make an API Call module to reach other parts of the Google API. If you need something else, look for another app in the catalog of more than 3,000 standard apps that covers the step, or ask the team for help building a workaround. The data Make receives from Google APIs stays governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
05Should you use Make or n8n for Google Meet?
It depends on your setup rather than on Google Meet itself.
