What you can automate

What can the Meetime Make integration do for your sales team?

The Meetime Make integration links your Meetime account to Make, a no-code tool where you build a scenario: an automation made of modules, each one a brick that acts on one app. With it, Make can add prospects to Meetime and read back your cadences, leads, prospects and users, so other tools can use them.

Prospects that enter themselves. A contact form, a spreadsheet row or a signup in another app opens the scenario, and Create a Prospect adds the person to Meetime. Nobody copies names by hand, and no lead gets lost on a busy day.

A readable export of your account. List Prospects and List Leads return records one by one, as bundles (one item passed from a module to the next). Send them to a sheet or a report tool, and the sales manager reads them without opening Meetime.

Reference data for other scenarios. List Users and List Cadences tell Make who works in the account and which cadences exist, which helps when a later module needs a match.

Know the limits before you start. Meetime has no trigger in Make, so a scenario starts from another app or from a schedule. The Make documentation for this app is AI-generated and asks you to verify important details with Meetime. When a listed module falls short, Make an API Call reaches the rest of the Meetime API.

If you still hesitate between tools, the n8n vs Make comparison lays out the differences, and the Make pricing page explains what a plan includes. For a hand on a larger project, the Make agency team can help.

Connect

How do you connect Meetime to Make?

  1. 01

Copy your API key in Meetime

In Meetime, click your name in the upper right corner, open Integrations, then API. Copy the API key shown on the screen. Make uses it to act on your account, so keep it private.

  2. 02

Add a Meetime module in Make

Log in to Make, open your scenario and add any Meetime module, for example Create a Prospect. Click Create a connection. A connection is your Meetime account linked to Make once, then reused by every Meetime module.

  3. 03

Name the connection and paste the key

The Connection name field is optional, but a clear name helps when several accounts coexist. Paste the API key you copied, or follow the on-screen instructions, and save. Make now lists what it can read from Meetime.

First scenario

Your first scenario: send new contacts to Meetime

GoalWhen a new contact arrives in another app, Make creates the matching prospect in Meetime.

  1. 01

    Create the scenario

On the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the + to add the first module. Pick the app where your contacts show up first, such as your form tool.

  2. 02

    Set up the starting module

Connect that app and fill its fields. Meetime has no trigger of its own, so this first module decides when the scenario runs and which contact it hands over.

  3. 03

    Add Create a Prospect

Click the + on the right of the first module, search for Meetime and choose Create a Prospect. Select your connection, then map the contact data from the previous module into the fields Make shows.

  4. 04

    Test with Run once

Click Run once and submit one test contact. Read the bundles each module received, then check in Meetime that the prospect exists with the right details.

  5. 05

    Schedule and switch it on

Set the schedule on the first module (every 15 minutes by default for a new scenario) and switch the scenario on. Each module run on one bundle counts as one operation on your plan.

Modules

What each Meetime module does

Meetime gives you 6 modules. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Meetime1

Create a Prospect

ActionIn the docs only

This action adds a new prospect to Meetime from the data an earlier module passes along. Your reps find the person there, ready to call.

When to use it
right after a form, a signup or a new sheet row, whenever that contact belongs in your sales process from now on.
Watch out
it creates a record every time it runs, so test with Run once and one sample contact before you switch the scenario on.
Meetime2

List Cadences

SearchIn the docs only

Here you get every cadence set up in your Meetime account, each returned as its own bundle that later modules can read or filter.

When to use it
when a sheet or report should show which cadences exist, or when a later step needs a cadence to pick from.
Watch out
as a search, it can return zero, one or many bundles, and each module after it runs once per bundle.
Meetime3

List Leads

SearchIn the docs only

Pull the leads stored in Meetime into Make, one bundle per lead, to copy them into another tool or review them outside the app.

When to use it
when your manager wants leads in a spreadsheet, or another system needs the same list.
Watch out
the documentation does not explain how leads differ from prospects in Meetime, so run it once and compare the bundles with List Prospects before you build on it.
Meetime4

List Prospects

SearchIn the docs only

You receive the prospects of your Meetime account as separate bundles, ready to be sent to a report, a sheet or another app.

When to use it
after Create a Prospect has been feeding Meetime for a while and you want a view of the whole list outside the app.
Watch out
a long list means many bundles, and every module placed after it spends one operation per prospect.
Meetime5

List Users

SearchIn the docs only

This search tells Make who holds a user seat in your Meetime account, one bundle per person, so other steps can use the names.

When to use it
when a report should group work by rep, or when you want to check who is on the account after a team change.
Watch out
the documentation does not describe what each user bundle contains, so read the result of Run once before mapping anything.
Meetime6

Make an API Call

ActionIn the docs only

Reach any endpoint of the Meetime API from your scenario, with the same connection, when none of the five other modules covers the task.

When to use it
when you need to update or read something in Meetime that the listed modules do not offer.
Watch out
you write the request yourself, so confirm the endpoint with Meetime and test the call with Run once before relying on it.

FAQ

Questions about the Meetime Make integration

01Is the Meetime Make integration free?
Yes, on the Make side. Meetime is a standard app, available from the Free plan. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, a minimum of 15 minutes between two scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) bring the interval down to 1 minute, lift the cap on active scenarios and allow 40 minutes of execution. You still need an active Meetime account, which Meetime bills on its own terms.
02What do you need to connect Meetime to Make?
Two things: an active Meetime account and its API key. In Meetime, click your name in the upper right corner, then Integrations, then API, and copy the key displayed. In Make, add a Meetime module to a scenario, click Create a connection, give it a name if you like and paste the key. The connection is then reused by all six Meetime modules, so you only do this once per account.
03Does the Meetime Make integration have a trigger?
No. None of the six Meetime modules can start a scenario, so the first module has to come from elsewhere. Two options work. Start with a module from another app, such as the form tool or sheet where contacts appear, and let it hand data to Create a Prospect. Or start with a Meetime search like List Prospects and set a schedule on it; a new scenario runs every 15 minutes by default, and the Free plan cannot go below that interval.
04What if a Meetime module is missing in Make?
Use Make an API Call. It calls any endpoint of the Meetime API with the connection you already have, which covers what the two actions and four searches leave out. You will need the Meetime API documentation to write the request. Also note that the Make documentation for Meetime is marked as AI-generated and may contain mistakes, so check important behavior with Meetime directly and test every new module with Run once.
05Should you use Make or n8n for Meetime?
It depends on what your team already runs. In Make, Meetime comes with six modules plus Make an API Call, and you can start on the Free plan with two active scenarios. Many apps also have an n8n node, so check whether Meetime has one before deciding. This page makes no claim about which tool is faster or cheaper. The n8n vs Make comparison on this site sets the two side by side if you want a structured view.
