What can the Proofly Make integration automate?
The Proofly Make integration links your Proofly account to Make, a no-code tool where you build a scenario: an automation made of modules, each module being one brick such as a trigger, an action or a search. Once connected, Make can read your campaigns, activities and notification data, and switch a campaign on or off for you.
Campaigns that follow your calendar of offers. When a promotion ends in another app, List Campaigns finds the matching Proofly campaign and Toggle a Campaign flips it, so nobody has to remember to do it by hand.
Notification data sent to the rest of your stack. Watch For Notification Data picks up new items from Proofly and hands them to the next module, for example a row in a spreadsheet your sales team already reads.

How do you connect Proofly to Make?

Add a Proofly module
In a new scenario, click the +, type Proofly and pick any of its modules. Make then asks for a connection, meaning your Proofly account linked to Make once and reused by every Proofly module. Click Create a connection.

Name the connection
Give it a name you will recognize later, such as the brand or the client it belongs to. This step is optional, yet it saves confusion the day you manage more than one Proofly account from the same Make organization.

Authorize and save
Either approve Make on the Proofly page that opens, or paste the key Proofly gives you, depending on what the window asks for. Then click Save. The module now shows your account, and every other Proofly module can reuse it.
Your first scenario with Proofly

Create the scenario
Open the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the +. Pick the app where your offers live as the first module: that is the event that starts everything.

Find the campaign
Click the + on the right of that module, search Proofly and choose List Campaigns. Create the connection. Each campaign it returns travels as a bundle, one item passed to the next module.

Switch the campaign
Add Toggle a Campaign after it and map the campaign coming from List Campaigns. Add a filter between the two so only the campaign tied to the offer that ended goes through, otherwise every campaign in the list gets flipped.

Test with Run once
Click Run once. Make runs the scenario a single time and shows the bundles each module received. Open them to check that only the right campaign changed state in Proofly.

Schedule and switch on
Set the schedule on the first module, every 15 minutes by default for a new scenario, then turn the scenario on. Each module run counts as an operation, the unit Make bills on your plan.

1 module starts a scenario when something happens in Proofly. A scheduled trigger is checked by Make on the scenario's schedule; an instant one is called by Proofly as soon as it happens.
