What can the TrueMail Make integration do for you?

The TrueMail Make integration lets a Make scenario (the automation you build, a chain of bricks called modules) send email addresses to TrueMail for checking. You get the answer back inside the scenario, and the next module decides what to do with it, with no code involved.

A cleaner sign-up list. A form tool or a spreadsheet hands each new address to Single Verification, and your scenario only passes on the ones you want to keep. If you are new to the editor, the Make training walks through mapping data from one module to the next.

A batch check before a send. For a whole file, Verify a List of Emails starts a bulk job, Get a Bulk Verify Status tells you where it stands, and Download a Bulk Verify Result fetches the outcome so a later module can store it.

Set your expectations: Make's own documentation for TrueMail is limited, because little public information about the app exists. How do you connect TrueMail to Make?

    Add a TrueMail module

    In your scenario, click the +, search for TrueMail and pick any of its modules. Then click Create a connection. A connection is your TrueMail account linked to Make once and reused by every TrueMail module.

    Name it and authorize Make

    Give the connection a name you will recognize later, which is optional but helps when you run several accounts. Then either approve access on the TrueMail page that opens, or paste the key TrueMail gives you, depending on what the window asks for.

    Save and fill the module

    Click Save. The connection now appears in the module, and every other TrueMail module in any of your scenarios can pick it from the same list without asking again.

    Create the scenario

    Open the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the big +. Choose the app where new addresses show up first, such as your form tool or your spreadsheet, and its module that picks up new entries.

    Link that app with Create a connection, then fill its fields. Once the connection exists, Make lists the forms, sheets or objects it can read, so you pick from a menu instead of typing names.

    Click the + on the right of the first module, search TrueMail and choose Single Verification. Connect your account, then map the email address from the previous module into it.

    Test with Run once

    Click Run once. Make runs the scenario a single time and shows the bundles (the items passed between modules) that each step received. Open the TrueMail bubble to read exactly what the check returned.

    On the first module, open the clock and set the schedule: a new scenario runs every 15 minutes by default. Then flip the scenario on. Each module run on one item counts as one operation on your plan.

01Is the TrueMail Make integration free?
Yes, on the Make side. TrueMail is a standard app, so its modules work from the Free plan. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, a minimum of 15 minutes between scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) lower the interval to 1 minute and remove the cap on active scenarios. Each module run counts as an operation on your monthly allowance. Your TrueMail account is a separate matter handled with TrueMail.
02What do you need to connect TrueMail to Make?
A TrueMail account and a Make account. Make's documentation lists no prerequisite for TrueMail and no app-specific sign-in steps, so the generic flow applies: add a TrueMail module, click Create a connection, optionally name it, then authorize Make on TrueMail's page or paste the key TrueMail provides, and click Save.
