1FIT Zapier integrationAutomate 1FIT with Zapier.
The 1FIT Zapier integration gives you 6 triggers and 2 actions. Every trigger is instant: 1FIT tells Zapier the moment a client or prospect changes, so a free plan reacts as fast as a paid one. There is no search, so a Zap cannot look up an existing client.

What the 1FIT Zapier integration actually does
The 1FIT Zapier integration links your 1FIT coaching account to the rest of your tools through Zapier, a service that runs automations without code. When something happens to a client or a prospect in 1FIT, a Zap (an automation made of one trigger followed by one or more actions) reacts somewhere else. It also works the other way round: a Zap can create clients and prospects inside 1FIT.
Three outcomes cover most setups. A lead from your booking page or your CRM becomes a prospect in 1FIT through Create Prospect, deal value and stage already filled in. A coach's tracking sheet gains a line every time someone finishes a session, thanks to Workout Completed. And your churn list stays current, because Client Deactivated and Client Deleted push each departure to wherever you follow retention.
Now for the part the official app page quietly skips. Zapier offers no search step for 1FIT, so a Zap cannot find a client who already exists, and it cannot edit or remove one either: the only things it writes are the two creations. Nothing that happened before a Zap is switched on gets picked up, so your existing roster stays exactly where it is today. Still weighing your options? The Make vs Zapier comparison puts the criteria side by side, and the Zapier review covers the platform as a whole.
Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Eight words come back on every line of this page. Here they are in plain English, once.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time that trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in 1FIT that starts a Zap, such as a new client. Once the Zap is on, Zapier simply waits for it to happen.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, like creating a prospect.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action that completes successfully, and your plan counts those every month.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself, calling Zapier as soon as the event happens. All six 1FIT triggers work like this.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer, asking the app for new items at a fixed interval. 1FIT has none of these.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when the incoming data meets your condition, and quietly stops it otherwise.
- Search step
- A step that finds something already stored in an app so later steps can reuse it. 1FIT does not offer one on Zapier.
What a 1FIT Zap really costs
The 1FIT trigger itself never costs a task. Only a completed action is billed, and an action that fails is not counted at all.
- Free plan100 tasks per month
- Zap size on Free2 steps
- Premium appNo
- 1FIT triggers6 instant, 0 polling
1FIT is not a premium app, so it runs on the free plan: 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, but only two-step Zaps (one trigger, one action). Add a second action or a filter and the Zap turns multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The polling grid below never touches 1FIT, since every trigger here is instant.
In short: a one-action Zap on New Client costs one task per new client, and nothing while it waits.
Connect your 1FIT account to Zapier
- 01
Open Apps and add a connection
In your Zapier account, open the Apps page and click + Add connection. A connection is your 1FIT account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step that touches 1FIT.
- 02
Pick 1FIT in the dialog
Type 1FIT in the search box of the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. You need an existing 1FIT account here, plus access to anything you don't own but want a Zap to touch.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
A new tab opens on 1FIT. Sign in with the account your Zaps should act as, then grant Zapier access. Back in Zapier, the connection appears in your list, ready for any Zap you build.
Your first Zap: win back a client who left
GoalWhen a client is deactivated in 1FIT, add the same person back as a prospect so a win-back follow-up can start, on the free plan.
- 01
Build: pick the trigger
Start a new Zap. For the starting step, choose 1FIT as the app and Client Deactivated as the event, then select the connection you just created.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent deactivations from your account, so you map fields on a real person rather than an empty sample.
- 03
Add Create Prospect
Pick 1FIT again with Create Prospect. Map the client's details from the trigger into First Name, Last Name, Email and Mobile. The mobile number needs its international dialing code.
- 04
Type the sales fields
Deal Value, Close Percentage and Prospect Stage are required too, and a deactivated client carries none of them, so type fixed values. With one trigger and one action, this Zap stays within the free plan.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test the action once and check the new prospect in 1FIT. If it looks right, publish the Zap to switch it on. Every deactivation from then on runs it.
The six 1FIT triggers
6 events start a Zap when something happens in 1FIT, and 6 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
Activity Logged
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a client logs an activity.”
Each time one of your clients records an activity in 1FIT, this trigger hands the details over to Zapier. It turns the daily effort of your clients into data that your other tools can read and act on.
New Client
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new client is created.”
A client freshly created in your 1FIT account starts the Zap. This is the obvious entry point for onboarding: the person exists, their details are there, and nothing else has happened yet.
Client Deactivated
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a client is deactivated.”
Switching a client to inactive in 1FIT is the event here. The person stops training with you, which makes this the natural signal for any win-back or offboarding routine you run.
Client Deleted
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a client is deleted.”
Removing a client from 1FIT altogether sets this trigger off. See it as the cleanup signal: the moment to tidy every other tool that still keeps a copy of that person.
New Prospect
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new prospect is created.”
Fires when someone lands in your 1FIT pipeline as a prospect, before they ever pay. It lets the sales side of 1FIT feed the rest of your stack without anyone retyping a name.
Workout Completed
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a client completes a workout.”
A client finishing a workout in 1FIT starts this Zap. For a coaching business it is the clearest proof that a program is actually being followed, session after session.
The two 1FIT actions
1FIT gives you 2 actions. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.
Operations index
Create Client
ActionIn Zapier“Creates a new client in 1FIT”
Adds a complete client record to 1FIT, assigned to one of your coaches, with contact details and a check-in frequency set from the start.
Create Prospect
ActionIn Zapier“Creates a new prospect in 1FIT”
Puts a new prospect into your 1FIT pipeline with a deal value, a close percentage and a stage, so sales tracking lives in the same place as coaching.
When a 1FIT Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to 1FIT and lists no rate limit of its own for it.
What goes wrong comes from Zapier's general rules, and four of them bite on this app in particular. For a step-by-step fix, the Zapier troubleshooting page goes further.
No catch-up on old records
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Clients and prospects already in 1FIT are ignored; moving that backlog is a separate job.New Prospect plus Create Prospect loops
A Zap that starts on New Prospect and ends with Create Prospect writes where its own trigger watches. It fires again and again and eats your tasks.Bulk imports can be held back
When a large batch of clients arrives at once, after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold the trigger back instead of running everything.A missing required field stops the action
Create Client and Create Prospect refuse to run without every required field. The upside: an action that fails is never counted as a task.
