What the Adinton-Technologies Zapier integration actually does
Adinton is marketing attribution and automatic bidding software: it helps you see what your campaigns are really worth and tune your bids around that. Zapier links it to the rest of your tools. When something happens in another app, Zapier can record it in Adinton as an offline conversion.
Closed deals that count. A B2B sales team signs most contracts over the phone, long after the ad click. When a deal moves to won in the CRM, Create Offline Conversion records it in Adinton, so the campaign that brought the lead gets the credit.
Booked demos on the scoreboard. A software vendor counts a booked demo as a step toward a sale. Each new booking in the scheduling tool can be pushed to Adinton as a conversion, against the email of the person who booked.
Store visits that are not lost. A shop logs sign-ups made at the counter in a spreadsheet. Every new row can become an offline conversion, instead of a figure nobody connects back to the ads.
What Zapier does not do here: it only writes into Adinton. There is no trigger, so no Zap can start from something that happens in Adinton, and no search, so nothing can be read back from it. Every Zap starts in another app.

Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Before you build, seven Zapier words, each explained against the one thing this integration does: logging a sale.
- Zap
- One automation: a sale happens in another tool, and the Zap writes it into Adinton every time, without you.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. With Adinton it always comes from another app, such as your CRM.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it starts: here, the step that records an offline conversion in Adinton for you.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action completed successfully, and your plan counts those.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer. An instant trigger is reported by the app the moment the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when what arrived meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your Adinton account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every Zap that sends conversions to Adinton.
What an Adinton-Technologies Zap really costs
With Adinton, every task on your bill is one conversion that landed.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps
- Premium appNo, available on the free plan
- BilledEach conversion created successfully
The trigger in the other app costs nothing, however often Zapier checks it. Each Create Offline Conversion that goes through counts as one task; a failed one is not counted. Adinton-Technologies is not a premium app, so the free plan works. Since the trigger comes from another app, its speed follows that app and your plan's interval grid. The catch: a free Zap stops at two steps. A filter, for example to keep only won deals, makes it multi-step and needs a paid plan.
Connect your Adinton-Technologies account in three steps
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. You will need an Adinton account first, with access to the account you want conversions recorded in.
- 02
Find Adinton-Technologies and confirm
Type Adinton-Technologies in the search box of the dialog that appears, pick it from the list, then click Add connection. A new browser tab opens on the Adinton side.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log in to Adinton in that tab and allow Zapier to use the account. The connection is saved once, and every future Zap that writes to Adinton simply reuses it.
Your first Zap: won deals in HubSpot become Adinton conversions
GoalEvery time a deal reaches the won stage in HubSpot, Adinton records an offline conversion for that contact.
- 01
Create the Zap and set the trigger
Start a new Zap, pick HubSpot and its Updated Deal Stage event, then connect your CRM. Adinton has no trigger, so the Zap always starts in another app.
- 02
Test on a real deal
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent items from HubSpot, so you pick a real deal to map against in the next steps.
- 03
Keep only won deals
Add a Filter from the plus icon: the stage field, a text rule, and the won stage as the value. A filter makes the Zap multi-step, so it needs a paid plan.
- 04
Add Create Offline Conversion
Choose Adinton-Technologies, then
Create Offline Conversion. Fill in your Account Id, map the contact's email into Email and pick the MicroConversion to credit. - 05
Test, then publish
Run the action once and check in Adinton that the conversion arrived where you expected. Then click Publish to switch the Zap on.
Adinton-Technologies action
Adinton-Technologies gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Records in Adinton a conversion that happened outside your website, tied to a person's email and to one of your microconversions.
When an Adinton-Technologies Zap breaks
Adinton-Technologies has no help article of its own on Zapier. The four cases below are general Zapier limits, read from the side of a sale that should have reached Adinton.
Since the Zap always starts in another app, most problems come from that trigger: what it sees, when, and what it already saw. If a Zap still misbehaves after these checks, the Zapier troubleshooting guide goes further.
Last quarter's deals are never sent
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Deals closed before that never reach Adinton, and moving that history is a separate job.A bulk import gets held back
Import thousands of contacts into the CRM at once and the trigger returns a huge batch. Zapier's flood protection can hold it back instead of sending every conversion. No double count on the same item
Zapier remembers what it has already seen on a polling trigger, so one deal does not create two conversions. Each deal counts once, however often Zapier checks the CRM.Missing email, failed conversion
Email is required. When the triggering record has none, the action cannot go through. That run is not billed, but the conversion is lost until you fix the record.
