Flenski Zapier integrationAutomate Flenski with Zapier.
The Flenski Zapier integration gives you 32 triggers and 3 actions, and no search. Every trigger is instant, so a sale, a sign-up or a cancelled subscription in your community reaches Zapier the moment it happens, even on the free plan.

What the Flenski Zapier integration does for your community
Flenski is a community platform: you build a space for your members, with courses, groups, events and paid access. The Flenski Zapier integration links that space to Zapier, so something a member does in Flenski can start a chain of steps without anyone copying data by hand.
Three results come up again and again. Access that follows the money: Order Completed starts the Zap and Add Plans for Profile opens the paid content to the buyer, while Subscription Cancelled paired with Revoke Plans for Profile closes it again. Accounts opened from a lead: New Lead hands over the contact, Create Profile turns it into a member with the plans you choose. A team that hears about members in time: Payment Failed, Team Chat Started or Community Post Sent to Moderation can start a Zap the second they happen, because every Flenski trigger is instant.
Now the limits. The 3 actions only touch profiles and their plans. Zapier cannot publish a post, send a chat message, issue a certificate or enroll someone in a course for you. There is no search step either, so a Zap cannot look up an existing Flenski member before acting on them: it works only with what the trigger brought in. If your plan is to feed Flenski from another tool, the second half of the job has to fit inside those three profile actions.
The same app also has a Flenski Make integration page, worth reading side by side before you pick a tool, along with the broader Make vs Zapier comparison.
Zapier words, in plain English
Seven words come back on every line of this page. Here they are once, so the rest reads fast.
- Zap
- The automation you build in Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is switched on, Zapier sits and waits for that event.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or changes something for you in an app.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action your Zap carried out successfully, and your plan counts those.
- Instant vs polling
- An instant trigger is reported by the app itself, right away. A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer set by your plan.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when the incoming data meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your Flenski account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step of every Zap that talks to Flenski.
What a Flenski Zap really costs
Flenski is not a premium app, so it runs on the free plan. The bill is counted in tasks, and only actions make tasks.
- Premium appNo, works on the free plan
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps only
- Trigger cost0 tasks
- Flenski triggers32 instant, 0 polling
The trigger costs nothing, and neither does the waiting. Each action that succeeds is one task, so a Zap with two actions spends twice as much per run. An action that fails is not charged. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month but only two-step Zaps: one trigger, one action. Add a filter or a second action and you are on a multi-step Zap, which needs a paid plan. The interval grid below applies to polling triggers only, and Flenski has none.
Connect your Flenski account in three steps
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. You need a Flenski account first, plus access to any space you do not own yourself but want the Zap to touch.
- 02
Pick Flenski and confirm
Type Flenski in the search box of the dialog that appears, select it in the results, then click Add connection to confirm. A new tab then opens on the Flenski side for the sign-in.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log in to Flenski in that tab and allow Zapier to use the account. From then on, the same connection is reused by every Flenski step you add, in this Zap and in any later one.
Your first Zap: turn a new lead into a member
GoalWhen Flenski captures a lead that meets your condition, create the matching profile with its access plans.
- 01
Build: pick the trigger
Start a new Zap, choose Flenski as the app and
New Leadas the event. Select your connection, then the Project and App the Zap should watch. - 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent leads of the account, so you map the next steps on real data rather than on guesses.
- 03
Add the filter
From the plus icon, add a Filter: the field to look at, the rule, the value. Pick a text rule for text and a number rule for numbers, or it never passes.
- 04
Add Create Profile
Choose Flenski again, event
Create Profile. Fill Project, App, Email and Access plans, mapping the Email from the trigger step if the test showed one. - 05
Test, then Publish
Test the action once and check the new profile in Flenski. Then Publish to switch the Zap on. With the filter, this Zap is multi-step and needs a paid plan.

When a Flenski Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to Flenski, so the traps below are the general ones, applied to this app.
They tend to show up as missing runs, extra runs, or a task count that drops faster than planned. When a run fails without a reason you can see, the Zapier troubleshooting guide is the next stop.
The past is not replayed
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you publish it. Orders, leads or cancellations from before stay where they are, and moving them is a separate job.A plan Zap that feeds itself
Plan Assigned to Member with Add Plans for Profile, or New Profile with Create Profile: the action recreates the event the trigger watches, and tasks melt away.A bulk import gets held back
Import members or grant plans in bulk and a trigger can suddenly return a huge batch. Zapier's flood protection may then hold those runs back.Filter on a free plan
A filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step. On the free plan, which allows only one trigger and one action, that Zap cannot be published.
