HasData Zapier integrationAutomate HasData with Zapier.

The HasData Zapier integration gives you 71 actions, 0 triggers and 0 searches. HasData never starts a Zap on its own: another app fires, then HasData scrapes Google, Amazon, Yelp, Zillow or any URL and passes the result to the next step.

Overview

What the HasData Zapier integration actually does

Connecting HasData to Zapier lets a Zap (an automation built on Zapier: one starting event, then one or more steps) ask HasData to scrape a page or a search result for you. Scraping means reading a public web page and turning it into fields you can reuse. You pick one of 71 actions, feed it a keyword, a URL or an ID, and the data comes back ready to map.

Three things you can build with it. A local lead sheet: Google Maps - Scrape Business Data or Yelp - Scrape Business Search Results turns a keyword and a city into business names, phones and ratings. A price watch: Amazon - Extract Product Data and Get Walmart Product Scraper each read one product at a time. A ranking check: Google - Search Results Page (SERP) Scraper returns the organic results and ads for a keyword and a location.

Now the part the app page skips. HasData has no trigger, so it cannot notice anything by itself: the Zap always starts in another tool. It has no search step either. The batch actions do not wait for the job to finish, and their results come back as metadata and snapshot links, not as the scraped content. A few switches (other sellers, web results, agent emails, filter options) also spend extra HasData credits.

Same app, other tool: the HasData Make integration covers it on Make, and Make vs Zapier puts the two platforms side by side.

Vocabulary

Zapier words in one minute

Eight terms come back on every line of this page. Here they are in plain English.

Zap
Your automation on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
Trigger
The event in an app that starts the Zap. HasData has none, so your trigger always comes from another app.
Action
What the Zap does once it has started. Every HasData operation is an action: it scrapes and hands back data.
Task
The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. Your plan's count is a count of those.
Polling vs instant
A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer. An instant trigger reports the event to Zapier itself, straight away.
Filter
A step that lets the Zap carry on only when the incoming data meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
Connection
Your HasData account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every HasData step in every Zap you build.
Multi-step Zap
Any Zap past one trigger and one action. A second action or a filter makes one, and it needs a paid plan.
Cost

What a HasData Zap really costs in tasks

Zapier counts tasks, and only successful actions are billed.

  • Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps
  • Free plan Zap size2 steps: one trigger, one action
  • Premium appNo, available on the free plan
  • BilledEach HasData action that succeeds

The trigger in your other app never costs a task, and Zapier checking for new data costs nothing either. Each HasData action that goes through counts one task; one that fails is not billed. HasData is not a premium app, so it works on the free plan, inside a two-step Zap: one trigger, one action. Chain a search scrape with a detail scrape, or add a filter, and you are on a multi-step Zap that needs a paid plan. HasData credits are a separate counter, kept on the HasData side.

Connect

Connect your HasData account to Zapier

  1. 01

    Open the Apps page

In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. You need an existing HasData account, plus access to anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.

  2. 02

    Pick HasData

Type HasData in the search box of the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. Zapier then opens a new tab where HasData asks you to sign in with your own account.

  3. 03

    Sign in and grant access

Log in with the HasData account whose credits you want the Zaps to spend, then grant Zapier access. From now on every HasData step in every Zap reuses this connection.

First Zap

Your first Zap: Yelp reviews for every new account in your CRM

GoalEach new company in your CRM gets its Yelp listing found and its reviews pulled, without anyone opening Yelp.

  1. 01

    Build: pick the trigger

Create a Zap and choose your CRM with its new-company event as the starting point. HasData cannot fill this slot, since it has no trigger of its own.

  2. 02

    Test the trigger

Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent companies of the connected account, so you map the next steps on a real record instead of a blank one.

  3. 03

    Add the filter

Add a Filter step: city field, a text rule that says it exists. Companies without a city stop here, since the Yelp search requires a Location.

  4. 04

    Search Yelp

Add Yelp - Scrape Business Search Results. Map the company name into Search Query and the city into Location, the two fields this action insists on.

  5. 05

    Pull the reviews

Add Get Yelp Reviews Scraper and map placeId from the Yelp search into Yelp Business ID. The alias or the business name will not do here.

  6. 06

    Test, then publish

Test each step and read what came back, then click Publish to switch the Zap on. This is a four-step Zap, so it needs a paid plan.

Actions

The 71 HasData actions on Zapier, by use

HasData gives you 71 actions. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

1

Airbnb - Scrape Rental Listings

Action

In Zapier“Extract short-term rental listings from Airbnb search results based on location, dates, and guest count. Gather property details, pricing, availability, and host information for travel planning or market analysis.”

Searches Airbnb for a location, dates and number of guests, and returns the listings with their prices, availability and host details.

When to use it
a short-term rental investor sizes up a neighborhood before buying.
Watch out
Check-in Date is required; leave it empty and the step stops.
2

Airbnb - Extract Property Details

Action

In Zapier“Scrape detailed information for a specific Airbnb rental property using its URL. Collect data like amenities, house rules, pricing, availability calendar, reviews, and host details for competitive research.”

Opens one Airbnb listing from its URL and returns amenities, house rules, pricing, availability calendar, reviews and host details.

When to use it
a host compares their own listing with the closest rival each time they change prices.
Watch out
the URL must be a valid Airbnb listing address, not a search page.
3

Amazon - Extract Product Data

Action

In Zapier“Extract detailed product information from any Amazon product page using its ASIN and domain. Gather titles, descriptions, pricing, bullet points, reviews, seller details, and BSR for e-commerce intelligence.”

Returns the full sheet of one Amazon product from its ASIN and domain: title, description, price, bullet points, reviews, seller and best seller rank.

When to use it
an e-commerce team logs a competitor's price and rank whenever someone adds that product to its watch list.
Watch out
the Other Sellers switch costs 5 extra HasData credits per product.
5

Get Amazon Seller Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Amazon Seller Scraper API.”

Reads the profile of one Amazon seller. You give it the seller ID found in the URL of the seller's storefront.

When to use it
a brand checks each new reseller that shows up on its listings before deciding what to do.
Watch out
paste the ID only, not the display name or an ASIN, and keep the same Amazon domain as the marketplace you found the seller on.
6

Get Amazon Seller Products Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Amazon Seller Products Scraper API.”

Lists the products a given Amazon seller offers. It uses the same seller ID as the seller profile action.

When to use it
a wholesaler wants to see the full catalog of a reseller it has just spotted.
Watch out
a store ID or an ASIN in the Amazon Seller ID field returns nothing useful; copy the seller parameter from the URL.
7

Bing Search - Scrape Search Results (SERP)

Action

In Zapier“Extract detailed, structured data from Bing Search results pages (SERPs) in real-time. Gather organic results, ads, and other elements without blocks, useful for cross-engine SEO analysis and monitoring.”

Same idea as the Google scrape, pointed at Bing. You type the search term, HasData brings back the organic results and ads of the Bing page, structured and ready to map.

When to use it
your audience uses Bing more than average and you want both engines in the same rank report.
Watch out
Search Query is mandatory; leave it empty and the step fails.
8

Get Booking.com Place Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Booking.com Place Scraper API.”

Reads one Booking.com property for given dates, rooms and guests, from its full page URL.

When to use it
a hotel revenue manager watches what a rival property shows on Booking.com for the same nights.
Watch out
only booking.com addresses are accepted, and check-out must fall after check-in.
10

Get ChatGPT Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the ChatGPT Scraper API.”

Sends a prompt to ChatGPT and returns the answer. A question on recent events makes ChatGPT search the web and cite sources; a general one is answered by the model alone.

When to use it
you track what ChatGPT says about your brand compared with your competitors.
Watch out
the prompt is capped at 8000 characters and sets the language of the answer.
11

Get DuckDuckGo SERP

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the DuckDuckGo SERP API.”

Reads a DuckDuckGo results page for your query and passes it to the next step. Useful to complete a picture that Google and Bing already cover.

When to use it
a privacy-focused product wants to know how it shows up on the engine its own users favor.
Watch out
the Zapier listing says little about its fields, so run a test before you map anything downstream.
12

Get Facebook Profile Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Facebook Profile Scraper API.”

Reads a Facebook page or profile from its username or numeric ID, with or without the @.

When to use it
a local agency checks the Facebook presence of each business added to its prospect list.
Watch out
groups and private personal accounts are not supported.
13

Find Google Locations

Action

In Zapier“Finds canonical Google location names to map into search API actions.”

Turns a city, region or country you type into the exact location name Google expects. You then map that name into the location field of the other search actions.

When to use it
your CRM stores cities as free text and the SERP scrape keeps misreading them.
Watch out
Location Search is required; search for one place per step.
14

Get Account Plan

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves your HasData account email and subscription plan details without exposing API keys.”

Returns your HasData account email and subscription plan details, without exposing any API key.

When to use it
an ops lead wants the plan logged in an internal dashboard before a big batch goes out.
Watch out
it reports the plan, nothing about the content you scraped.
15

Get Batch Google SERP Results

Action

In Zapier“Returns one page of result metadata and snapshot links for a Google SERP batch job, not inline scraped content.”

Gives back one page of a finished Google SERP batch: metadata and snapshot links rather than results inline.

When to use it
you want the links to every keyword's results page filed in your report.
Watch out
the requestMetadata.id of a single scrape is not a Job ID; map the batch UUID.
16

Get Batch Google SERP Status

Action

In Zapier“Checks a Google SERP batch job once. Does not poll or resubmit requests.”

Looks at a Google SERP batch once and reports its state. No repeat checks, no resubmission.

When to use it
between the submit step and the results step, to gate the rest of the Zap.
Watch out
use the batch UUID from Submit Batch Google SERP, not a job from the web scraping batch.
17

Get Batch Web Scraping Results

Action

In Zapier“Returns one page of result metadata and snapshot links for a Web Scraping batch job, not inline scraped content.”

Returns one page of results for a web scraping batch: metadata and snapshot links, not the scraped content itself.

When to use it
the status says done and you want the links to each scraped page.
Watch out
fetch results only once data.status reads done, and reuse the same Job ID rather than submitting again.
18

Get Batch Web Scraping Status

Action

In Zapier“Checks a Web Scraping batch job once. Does not poll or resubmit requests.”

Checks a web scraping batch once and tells you where it stands. It does not keep checking or resend anything.

When to use it
after a submit step, to learn whether the batch is done.
Watch out
map jobId from Submit Batch Web Scraping and leave some time before this step, as the field itself advises.
19

Web Scraper - Extract Content From URL

Action

In Zapier“Extract HTML, text, specific data points using rules, or even AI insights from any web page URL. Perfect for collecting web data, monitoring content changes, or competitor analysis.”

The catch-all action: give it any URL and it returns the HTML, the text, data picked by your rules, or AI insights about the page.

When to use it
the site you need is not covered by any other HasData action.
Watch out
optional switches add JavaScript rendering, a screenshot, or email and link extraction. Remove Base64 Images keeps the output small.
20

Get Glassdoor Job Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Glassdoor Job Scraper API.”

Reads one Glassdoor vacancy from its URL and passes its details on. It pairs with the listing action.

When to use it
a sales team selling HR software qualifies a company by the roles it advertises.
Watch out
Job URL is required and must point to the vacancy itself.
21

Get Glassdoor Listing Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Glassdoor Listing Scraper API.”

Searches Glassdoor job ads for a keyword in a place. Two switches keep only remote jobs or only those you can apply to on Glassdoor.

When to use it
a career coach sends candidates the remote roles that match their profile.
Watch out
both switches default to off.
22

Google Search - Scrape AI Mode

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves a Google AI Mode answer and its cited sources.”

Asks Google AI Mode your query and returns its answer along with the sources it cites. You see which sites Google's AI leans on for a topic.

When to use it
your content team checks whether your pages get cited when someone asks AI Mode about your category.
Watch out
the Continuable switch lets a follow-up continue an existing AI Mode conversation instead of starting a new one.
23

Google Events - Scrape Event Information

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves event details using a fresh pageToken from Google SERP event results.”

Returns the details of one event found in a Google search. It needs the pageToken of that event, taken from the event results of the Google SERP action.

When to use it
an events newsletter wants full details for each conference that shows up in a search.
Watch out
the token expires a few minutes after it is created, so map a fresh one from the step right before.
24

Google Flights - Scrape Flight Options

Action

In Zapier“Scrape real-time flight search results from Google Flights. Find flight options based on departure/arrival airports, dates, passengers, and other filters like stops or airlines to automate travel research.”

Searches Google Flights between two airports on a date and returns the options, with filters for stops, airlines, hidden fares and lower emissions.

When to use it
a travel desk gets a trip request and wants the options ready before the agent opens it.
Watch out
use IATA codes like JFK or a location ID; city names are not accepted. Deep Search is slower.
25

Get Google Flights Deals

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Google Flights Deals API.”

Finds flight deals from one departure airport for a trip you describe in plain words, from a city name to a sentence about a season.

When to use it
a travel newsletter collects deals for the weekend escapes its readers ask about.
Watch out
Departure Airport Code takes one three-letter code only, never a city or a list.
26

Get Google Hotels

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Google Hotels API.”

Searches Google Hotels for a city, a neighborhood or a hotel name between two dates. Switches narrow to free cancellation, special offers, eco-certified places or vacation rentals.

When to use it
an event planner prices rooms near a venue as soon as the event date is set.
Watch out
both dates are mandatory, in yyyy-MM-dd form.
27

Google Images - Scrape Image Results

Action

In Zapier“Scrape image search results directly from Google Images based on your keywords. Extract image URLs, source pages, and related details efficiently, bypassing blocks and CAPTCHAs for content or research purposes.”

Runs a Google Images search and hands back the image links, their source pages and related details. Good for collecting visual references at scale.

When to use it
a brand protection team looks for product photos reused on sites it does not know.
Watch out
the action returns links to the images; storing the files is a separate step in another app.
28

Google Shopping - Extract Immersive Product Data

Action

In Zapier“Extract extended product details from Google's "Immersive Product" pop-up block (often found in Shopping results). Use the pageToken to get rich information, including multiple sellers and pricing options.”

Opens the product pop-up Google shows in Shopping results and returns its extended details, including several sellers and their prices.

When to use it
you want every store selling a product, not just the one Google ranks first.
Watch out
map a fresh page token from the Shopping step. By default it returns 3 to 5 stores; Fetch More Stores raises that to up to 13.
29

Google Maps - Scrape Business Data

Action

In Zapier“Scrape business information from Google Maps search results. Extract details like name, address, phone number, website, ratings, review count, and opening hours for lead generation or local SEO.”

Searches Google Maps with your phrase and returns the businesses found, with name, address, phone, website, rating, review count and opening hours.

When to use it
a sales rep logs a new territory and wants every plumber in that town listed as a prospect.
Watch out
keep the placeId of each result; the place, reviews and photos actions start from it.
30

Google Maps - Extract Contributor Reviews

Action

In Zapier“Extract all reviews submitted by a specific user (contributor) on Google Maps. Provide the contributor ID to gather their review history, ratings, and feedback across different places.”

Follows one reviewer rather than one place: it lists every review a Google Maps contributor has written, with ratings and comments across places.

When to use it
a hotel suspects a run of fake reviews and wants the history of the accounts behind them.
Watch out
paste digits only, taken from user.contributorId or from the /maps/contrib/ part of the profile URL.
31

Google Maps - Extract Place Photos

Action

In Zapier“Extract photos associated with a specific place on Google Maps using its Data ID or Place ID. Filter by category and paginate through image results to gather visual content for listings or analysis.”

Gets the photos attached to a Google Maps place, from its Data ID or Place ID, with category filters and pagination through the images.

When to use it
a listing site refreshes the gallery of each venue it covers.
Watch out
turning on Load Filter Options can trigger one paid HasData request per load, even though the Zap does not run.
32

Google Maps - Extract Place Details

Action

In Zapier“Extract rich, detailed information about a specific business or place on Google Maps using its Place ID. Get address, coordinates, hours, photos, popular times, amenities, and more structured data.”

Digs into one Google Maps place and returns its full sheet: address, coordinates, hours, photos, popular times, amenities. It starts from the Place ID found by a Maps search.

When to use it
a franchise network checks that each location's hours on Maps match its own records.
Watch out
Fetch Web Results costs 5 extra HasData credits per run.
33

Get Google Maps Posts

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Google Maps Posts API.”

Reads the posts a business publishes on its Google Maps profile. The Zapier listing describes it only briefly, so test it to see the data it returns.

When to use it
a marketing agency watches what nearby competitors announce on their Maps profiles.
Watch out
run a test before mapping; the fields are not spelled out on the app page.
34

Google Maps - Extract Place Reviews

Action

In Zapier“Extract customer reviews for any business or place listed on Google Maps. Specify Place ID or Data ID, language, and sorting options to gather feedback for reputation management or analysis.”

Collects the customer reviews of a place on Google Maps, with a choice of language and sort order. You point it at the place with its Place ID or Data ID.

When to use it
a restaurant group sends new negative reviews to its managers before the weekend rush.
Watch out
Load Filter Options uses credits each time it loads the dropdown; leave it off and map IDs instead.
35

Google News - Scrape News Articles

Action

In Zapier“Scrape real-time news articles directly from Google News. Filter by keyword, topic, publisher, or location to monitor media coverage, track trends, or aggregate news feeds relevant to your interests.”

Collects articles from Google News for a keyword, a topic, a publisher or a location. Each run gives you a fresh batch of headlines to store or forward.

When to use it
a PR team wants every new mention of a client's brand dropped into its coverage tracker.
Watch out
the Zap only runs when your trigger fires, so pair it with a trigger that matches your rhythm.
36

Get Google Scholar

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Google Scholar API.”

Searches Google Scholar and returns the matching publications. The query box accepts Scholar helpers like author: and source: to narrow things down.

When to use it
a research lab wants new papers by a given author logged in its reading list.
Watch out
keep the resultId of each paper; the citation action needs it.
37

Get Google Scholar Cite

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Google Scholar Cite API.”

Fetches the citation of one Google Scholar paper. It works from the resultId that the Scholar search returns, so it always follows that action.

When to use it
a grad student wants a ready citation stored next to every paper the Scholar step found.
Watch out
Result ID is required and must come from a Scholar organic result, not from a URL.
38

Google - Search Results Page (SERP) Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Extract real-time Google Search Engine Results Page (SERP) data for any keyword and location. Get organic results, ads, featured snippets, and more for SEO monitoring or competitor research.”

Give it a keyword and, if you want, a location, and it returns the Google results page as data: organic results, ads and the extra blocks Google shows.

When to use it
a new blog post is published and you want to see where it stands for its main keyword.
Watch out
Search Query is required; the location is optional.
39

Get Google SERP Light

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Google SERP Light API.”

A lighter take on the Google results scrape. You still send one keyword in Search Query, and the Zapier listing describes it only as a call to the Google SERP Light API, without saying what it leaves out.

When to use it
you want a second Google option to compare with the full SERP action on your own keywords.
Watch out
test it next to the full SERP action to check the light version keeps what you need.
40

Google Shopping - Scrape Product Listings

Action

In Zapier“Scrape structured product listings directly from Google Shopping results in real-time. Extract product names, prices, sellers, ratings, and links without blocks, ideal for price comparison and e-commerce monitoring.”

Searches Google Shopping and returns product names, prices, sellers, ratings and links for your query.

When to use it
a small online shop compares its price with the offers Google shows for its best seller.
Watch out
the immersive product action needs the immersiveProductPageToken this action returns, so keep it.
41

Google Search - Scrape Short Videos

Action

In Zapier“Scrape short-form video results (like YouTube Shorts, TikToks) indexed within Google Search. Filter by query, topic, or platform to gather relevant video content URLs, titles, and sources efficiently.”

Pulls the short-video results Google indexes for a query, such as Shorts or TikToks, with their URLs, titles and sources.

When to use it
a social media manager wants to see which short clips Google surfaces for a product launch keyword.
Watch out
Search Query is required, and the results reflect what Google shows, not every video posted on each platform.
43

Indeed - Extract Job Details

Action

In Zapier“Scrape detailed information from a specific Indeed job posting page using its URL. Extract the full job description, requirements, company details, application links, and salary information, if available.”

Opens one Indeed job ad from its URL and returns the full description, requirements, company details, apply link and salary when the ad shows one.

When to use it
an HR team benchmarks salaries posted for a role it is about to open.
Watch out
salary only comes back if the ad itself displays it.
44

Indeed - Scrape Job Listings

Action

In Zapier“Extract job listings from Indeed search results using keywords, location, and sorting preferences. Gather job titles, company names, locations, summaries, and posting dates for recruitment or market analysis.”

Searches Indeed with a keyword and a location and returns the job ads: title, company, place, summary and posting date.

When to use it
a recruiting firm spots companies hiring for roles it fills.
Watch out
Search Query and Location are both required.
45

Get Instagram Comments Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Instagram Comments Scraper API.”

Point it at the URL of an Instagram post or reel and it collects the comments people left. An optional switch also brings back the sound used in a reel, with its audio ID, artist and song title.

When to use it
a community manager reviews reactions to a campaign post.
Watch out
Include Music adds an extra request on the first page.
46

Get Instagram Posts Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Instagram Posts Scraper API.”

Watch out
the handle goes in without the @ symbol.
47

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Instagram Profile Scraper API.”

Watch out
type the handle without the @.
48

Redfin - Scrape Property Listings

Action

In Zapier“Extract real estate listings from Redfin search results using specific criteria like location or zipcode. Collect property data, prices, status, and agent details for market monitoring or comparison.”

Searches Redfin with a zip code, a city, a neighborhood, a school or a district, and returns the listings found.

When to use it
a relocation service prepares a shortlist for each family that signs up.
Watch out
a full street address or a building name returns a single property card, not a list, and the listing type no longer applies.
49

Redfin - Extract Property Details

Action

In Zapier“Scrape detailed information for a specific property directly from its Redfin page URL. Extract property features, price history, school ratings, photos, agent contacts, and more for in-depth real estate insights.”

Paste a Redfin home page URL and the full sheet comes back: features, price history, school ratings, photos and agent contacts.

When to use it
an investor tracks the price history of each address added to a deal pipeline.
Watch out
paste a Redfin property page, not a search link.
50

Get Shopify Collections Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Shopify Collections Scraper API.”

Lists the collections of a Shopify store, so you see how a shop organizes its catalog.

a DTC brand maps how a new competitor groups its products after a launch.
Watch out
Store URL must be the full HTTPS address of the storefront, hostname included.
51

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Shopify Products Scraper API.”

Reads the products of a Shopify store from its address and passes them to the next step.

When to use it
a sourcing team follows the catalog of a supplier who sells through Shopify.
Watch out
same rule as for collections: the full HTTPS storefront URL, hostname included.
52

Submit Batch Google SERP

Action

In Zapier“Submits multiple Google SERP requests and returns a Job ID. Does not wait for completion.”

Queues many Google results scrapes at once and returns a Job ID, without waiting for completion.

When to use it
an SEO consultant checks hundreds of keywords for a client in a single run.
Watch out
Queries JSON takes 1 to 10000 objects with the same settings as the Google SERP action. Each one costs credits.
53

Submit Batch Web Scraping

Action

In Zapier“Submits multiple Web Scraping requests and returns a Job ID. Does not wait for completion.”

Sends many web scraping requests in one go and returns a Job ID. It does not wait for the job to finish.

When to use it
you have a whole list of URLs to scrape and one request per Zap run would mean one run per URL.
Watch out
the requests go in as a JSON array of 1 to 10000 objects, and each request spends HasData credits.
54

Get TikTok Comments Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the TikTok Comments Scraper API.”

Grabs the comments under one TikTok video, found by its numeric ID.

When to use it
a customer service team spots complaints under a viral video about its product.
Watch out
paste the digits after /video/ in the URL, or map the ID from the search or posts actions. The full URL will not work.
55

Get TikTok Posts Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the TikTok Posts Scraper API.”

Collects the videos posted by a TikTok account. Handy to log what a creator publishes over a campaign.

When to use it
a marketing team keeps a record of every video an ambassador posts.

Reads a TikTok profile from its username, with or without the @, and passes its data on.

When to use it

Watch out
use the username, not the display name.
58

Get Walmart Product Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Walmart Product Scraper API.”

Reads one Walmart product. The number of competing sellers and the cheapest rival price come back even with the Other Sellers switch off.

When to use it
a pricing analyst compares a product's Walmart price with its own store whenever a SKU is updated.
Watch out
Other Sellers adds 5 credits to the base 10, whether or not rivals exist. Turn it on only when the count shows some.
59

Get Walmart Reviews Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Walmart Reviews Scraper API.”

Collects the reviews of a Walmart product. A switch keeps only reviews from verified purchases.

When to use it
a product team reads fresh Walmart feedback before its next packaging update.
Watch out
verified-only narrows the pool a lot, since most reviews are unverified or come from the manufacturer. Load Filter Options also spends credits per load.
61

Get YellowPages Place Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the YellowPages Place Scraper API.”

Reads one YellowPages listing from its URL and passes its data to the next step. It is the natural follow-up to the YellowPages search.

When to use it
a lead researcher enriches a short list of businesses picked from a directory search.
Watch out
the URL field is required and must be a YellowPages page, not the business's own site.

Yelp - Extract Place Details

Action

In Zapier“Extract detailed information about a specific business listed on Yelp using its Yelp ID or Alias. Get hours, photos, amenities, user reviews, ratings, and contact information automatically.”

Opens one Yelp business and returns its hours, photos, amenities, ratings, reviews and contact details. It takes either the Yelp ID or the alias from the business URL.

When to use it
your CRM gets a new restaurant client and you want its Yelp profile filed with the account.
Watch out
paste only the ID or alias, never the full Yelp URL.
64

Get Yelp Reviews Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the Yelp Reviews Scraper API.”

Pulls the reviews of a Yelp business. A switch lets you fetch the reviews Yelp does not recommend instead of the main feed.

When to use it
a reputation consultant compares what Yelp hides with what it shows for a client.
Watch out
unlike the details action, it refuses the alias: map placeId from the Yelp search. A Google Maps Place ID will not work either.
65

Yelp - Scrape Business Search Results

Action

In Zapier“Scrape business listings from Yelp search results based on keywords and location. Extract business names, ratings, review counts, categories, and addresses for local market research or lead finding.”

Runs a Yelp search for a keyword in a location and returns the businesses found with their ratings, review counts, categories and addresses.

When to use it
a local marketing shop builds a list of dentists in a new city before calling them.
Watch out
both Search Query and Location are required, and the placeId it returns feeds the reviews action.
66

Get YouTube Channel Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the YouTube Channel Scraper API.”

Reads a YouTube channel from its handle or its UC channel ID and returns its data.

When to use it
a sponsorship manager vets every channel that pitches a partnership.
Watch out
enter the handle or the ID, never the full URL or the display name. Legacy /c/ and /user/ slugs also work.
67

Get YouTube Search Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the YouTube Search Scraper API.”

Searches YouTube with a query typed exactly as a viewer would, and returns the videos found.

When to use it
a SaaS team checks which tutorials rank for its product name on YouTube.
Watch out
the query is free text; keep it the way real people search.
68

Get YouTube Transcript Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the YouTube Transcript Scraper API.”

Fetches the transcript of a YouTube video, so its spoken content becomes text the next steps can use.

When to use it
a content team turns each new webinar replay into a blog draft.
Watch out
like the video action, it takes the 11-character ID only.
69

Get YouTube Video Scraper

Action

In Zapier“Retrieves data using the YouTube Video Scraper API.”

Returns the data of one YouTube video from its ID.

When to use it
an agency reports on each video a client publishes as soon as it goes live in its tracker.
Watch out
Video ID is the 11-character value after v= in the watch URL, not the full link.

Zillow - Scrape Property Listings

Action

In Zapier“Extract real estate listings directly from Zillow search results based on location or other criteria. Gather property details, pricing, beds/baths, and agent info to monitor markets or automate searches.”

Searches Zillow for a location and a listing type, and returns the properties with price, beds, baths and agent details.

When to use it
a buyer's agent sends clients fresh matches from the zip codes they care about.
Watch out
Location and Listing Type are both required. Options exclude 55+ communities or keep only homes with a garage.
71

Zillow - Extract Property Details

Action

In Zapier“Extract details for a specific Zillow property by providing its URL. Get property features, pricing history, agent contact information, photos, and more for real estate analysis or lead generation.”

Reads one Zillow property from its URL: features, price history, photos and agent contact.

When to use it
a mortgage broker attaches the property sheet to each new loan inquiry.
Watch out
Extract Agent Emails tries to find agent addresses but makes the request cost more.
When it breaks

When a HasData Zap breaks

The app page lists no HasData-specific limit for Zapier, so the cases below are the general ones.

Since HasData never starts the Zap, every case below starts with the trigger of your other app. A HasData step that fails does not cost a task, but it leaves the record downstream empty. Before you dig into a run history, the Zapier troubleshooting guide is the place to start.

  • The past is not scraped

A Zap reacts only to what happens after you switch it on. Companies already in your CRM never get scraped; moving that backlog is a separate job.
  • A loop that eats your tasks

Write the scraped data into the very place your trigger watches and the Zap sets itself off again and again, burning through your task count fast.
  • A bulk import gets held back

If your trigger suddenly returns a huge batch after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold the runs back.
  • No double runs on a polled trigger

On a polling trigger Zapier remembers what it has already seen, so the same record does not start the scrape twice.

FAQ

HasData Zapier integration: your questions

01Is the HasData Zapier integration free?
Yes, on the Zapier side HasData is not a premium app, so the free plan can use it. The catch is the size of the Zap: the free plan builds two-step Zaps only, one trigger and one action. Since HasData has no trigger, that means your other app's event plus a single HasData action. Chaining a search scrape with a detail scrape, or adding a filter, turns it into a multi-step Zap that needs a paid plan. The free plan also stops at 100 tasks a month. HasData credits are counted on the HasData account, apart from Zapier.
02How many tasks does a HasData Zap use?
One task per HasData action that succeeds. The trigger from your other app is free, and Zapier checking for new data costs nothing. A Zap with a Yelp search followed by a Yelp reviews scrape uses two tasks per run when both work. An action that fails is not billed. Keep in mind that tasks are only the Zapier side of the bill: switches like Other Sellers on Amazon or Walmart, or Fetch Web Results on Google Maps, spend extra HasData credits each time they run.
03Does HasData run in real time in Zapier?
HasData has no trigger, so the timing depends entirely on the app that starts your Zap. If that app offers an instant trigger, the event reaches Zapier straight away and the HasData action runs right after. If it uses a polling trigger, Zapier checks on a timer set by your plan: every 15 minutes on Free, 2 on Professional, 1 on Team and Enterprise. A batch submitted through HasData also returns a Job ID without waiting, so the results come in a later step.
04What does it take to connect HasData to Zapier?
A HasData account, nothing more. In Zapier you open the Apps page, click + Add connection, search for HasData, click Add connection, then sign in to HasData in the new tab and grant Zapier access. The connection is then reused by every HasData step. Pick the account whose credits you want the Zaps to spend, because every action you run through it draws on that account. The harder part comes later, in the fields: many actions ask for an ID that an earlier HasData search provides.
05Why does a HasData batch return no scraped data?
Because the batch actions work in three moves and none of them waits. Submit Batch Web Scraping or Submit Batch Google SERP sends the requests and returns a Job ID straight away. The status action checks the job once and does not keep checking. The results action returns metadata and snapshot links, not the scraped content inline, and only makes sense once data.status reads done. The field help advises leaving time before checking, and reusing the same Job ID instead of submitting the batch again, which would spend credits twice.
06What if the HasData action you need is missing?
Start with Web Scraper - Extract Content From URL. It takes any web page address and returns the HTML, the text, data picked by your own rules, or AI insights, so it is the fallback for sites no named action covers. For long lists of pages, Submit Batch Web Scraping sends up to 10000 requests in one job. What none of these provides is a trigger: HasData cannot watch a site and start a Zap when it changes. Something else has to fire first, and HasData does the reading.
07Zapier, Make or n8n for HasData?
No ranking here, only criteria to weigh. On Zapier, HasData brings 71 actions, no trigger and no search step, works on the free plan in a two-step Zap, and bills one task per successful action. Weigh how many steps your scrape really needs, since chaining a search and a detail scrape already means a paid plan here. Weigh who will maintain the Zap and how comfortable they are with mapping IDs between steps. Then check the same points on the HasData page for Make before you commit.
