Ledora Zapier integrationAutomate Ledora with Zapier.
The Ledora Zapier integration gives you 2 triggers, 0 actions and 1 search. Both triggers are instant: a new or updated customer in Ledora starts a Zap at once. The search finds a customer by phone number. Zapier cannot write into Ledora.
Beta app Zapier still marks this integration as beta.

What the Ledora Zapier integration actually does
Ledora is a sales assistant built for real estate brokers: it keeps clients, notes and reminders in one place. The Zapier integration lets that client list feed your other tools. When a customer is created or changed in Ledora, a Zap starts and passes the details on. A phone search lets other Zaps look a customer up.
Three outcomes, each tied to a real operation. A shared client list that stays current: New Customer starts a Zap the moment a client is added, and your spreadsheet gets a row without anyone typing it. Changes that reach the rest of the team: Updated Customer fires when a client record is edited, so the people working outside Ledora hear about it. A name behind every phone number: Find Customer takes a phone number from another app and returns the matching Ledora customer for the next steps.
Now the limits. Ledora offers no action on Zapier: no Zap can create, update or delete anything inside Ledora. Data only flows out. The integration is also marked beta, which means Zapier lists it as still in testing. And a Zap built today will not pick up customers who already existed before you published it.
Both triggers being instant matters for cost, as the section below shows. For a broader look at platforms, see our Make vs Zapier comparison.
Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Eight words come back on every Zapier screen. Here they are once, in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap, like a new customer in Ledora. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something. Ledora has none, so actions come from other apps.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action that completed successfully. Your plan is a count of those, month by month.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer. An instant trigger, like both of Ledora's, calls Zapier the moment it happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when the incoming data meets a condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Search step
- A step that looks up something that already exists in an app, such as a Ledora customer, so later steps can use it.
- Connection
- Your Ledora account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every Ledora step in all of your Zaps.
What it really costs to run
Ledora is not a premium app, so it works on the free plan. And because both of its triggers are instant, the free plan's polling interval never slows them down.
- Premium appNo, works on the free plan
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps only
- Ledora triggersInstant, interval does not apply
- Find CustomerMakes the Zap multi-step
A Ledora trigger costs nothing; only actions that succeed are billed, one task each, and a failed action is not counted. Since Ledora has no actions, the tasks come from the apps you send data to. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, with two-step Zaps only. A filter, a second action or Find Customer makes the Zap multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The interval grid below only applies to polling triggers, which Ledora does not have.
Connect your Ledora account in three steps
- 01
Open the connection dialog
Go to the Apps page of your Zapier account and click + Add connection. You need a Ledora account, plus access to any client data you want the Zap to read that you do not own.
- 02
Pick Ledora
Search for Ledora by name in the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. Zapier then opens a new browser tab on the Ledora side to finish the setup.
- 03
Sign in and allow access
Log in to Ledora in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. The connection appears on your Apps page, ready for both triggers and the search.
Your first Zap: new Ledora clients announced to the team
GoalEvery new customer added in Ledora triggers a message in your team chat, but only when the record passes your filter.
- 01
Set the trigger
Create a Zap, pick Ledora as the trigger app and New Customer as the event. It is instant, so it reacts the moment a client is created.
- 02
Test on real clients
Run the trigger test. Zapier brings back the three most recent customers from your Ledora account, so the mapping uses real records.
- 03
Add a filter
From the plus icon, add a Filter and fill its three boxes: the field, the rule and the value. The filter makes this a multi-step Zap, so it needs a paid plan.
- 04
Add the message
Add your team chat as the action app and map the customer details from the Ledora step into the message. Each message sent counts as one task.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test each step once and check the message arrives where you expect it. When it does, click Publish to switch the Zap on for good.
The 2 Ledora triggers
2 events start a Zap when something happens in Ledora, and 2 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New Customer
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new customer is created.”
Starts your Zap each time a customer is created in Ledora, and hands the new client's details to the steps that follow. It is the natural entry point for anything that should happen once per new client, from a spreadsheet row to a note for a colleague.
Updated Customer
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a customer is updated.”
Fires whenever an existing Ledora customer is changed, and passes that client's record on to the next steps. Unlike New Customer, it can run many times for the same client, once for each change that gets saved in Ledora.
The Ledora search
1 search step looks for data that already exists in Ledora, so a later step can use it.
A search step looks up an existing Ledora customer and hands it to the steps after it. In the editor, Ledora's search sits at the bottom of the Action event list, under the SEARCH heading. Three settings decide what happens when the result is not a single clean match.
Find Customer
SearchIn Zapier“Finds a customer by phone number.”
Looks up a Ledora customer from a phone number and returns the record, so the next steps know who they are dealing with.
The three settings every search exposes
- Successful if no search results are found?Left on its default, a search that finds no customer stops the Zap there and skips the steps that depended on it. Switched on, the Zap carries on without a result.
- Create X if it doesn't exist yet? This box turns a search into a find-or-create. Ledora offers no such version and has no action, so Find Customer can never create a missing client.
- If multiple search results are found?Three ways out when several customers match: keep the first one, which is the default, stop the Zap, or pass all of them on at once.
When the Ledora Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article and no documented limit to Ledora, which it lists as beta. The failures come from how Zapier behaves with every app, and four of them matter here.
Keep these in mind before publishing. If a Zap stops and the reason is unclear, see our Zapier troubleshooting guide.
Existing clients never arrive
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Customers already in Ledora are not sent by New Customer; moving that backlog is a separate job.Edits that keep firing
Updated Customer starts the Zap on each saved change. If a step writes back into a source that edits the Ledora record, the Zap can set itself off again and again.A bulk import held back
If a large batch of customers lands in Ledora at once, after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold those runs back. The search comes back empty
Left on its default, Find Customer stops the Zap when no client matches the phone number, and every step that depended on it is skipped.
