Life Peaks Zapier integrationAutomate Life Peaks with Zapier.
Life Peaks Zapier integration: 1 trigger, 0 actions, 0 searches. Life Peaks lets companies sell gift cards and event tickets online. On Zapier it does one thing: it tells your Zap when a new subscriber shows up, so another app can take it from there.

What the Life Peaks Zapier integration is good for
The Life Peaks Zapier integration lets your Life Peaks account start a Zap, which is an automation you build on Zapier. It exposes a single trigger, New Subscriber. Every time someone new subscribes, Zapier picks it up on its next check and hands the details to the apps you choose.
With one trigger, the value comes from what you put after it. Here are three outcomes you can build on it. A subscriber list you own outside Life Peaks: New Subscriber followed by a spreadsheet row gives you a running record you can sort and share. A follow-up that starts on its own: the same trigger can feed your email tool, so a new subscriber lands in the right list without anyone exporting a file. And a heads-up for the team: route each subscriber to the place your colleagues already read, so nobody has to open Life Peaks to find out who just joined.
Now for what this integration does not do. Zapier cannot write anything back into Life Peaks: there is no action, so no Zap creates, edits or deletes a subscriber, a gift card or a ticket. There is no search either. And the trigger polls, so it is never instant: on the free plan, a new subscriber can wait for the next check. If you are still weighing up the tool itself, our Zapier review is a good place to start.
Zapier terms, minus the jargon
Seven words you will see while building. One plain line each.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time that event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap; once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it. Life Peaks has one: New Subscriber.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you. Life Peaks offers none, so actions come from other apps.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. The allowance on your plan is a count of those.
- Polling vs instant trigger
- Polling: Zapier asks the app for new items at a fixed interval. Instant: the app calls Zapier itself. New Subscriber is polling.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your Life Peaks account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every Zap that starts from Life Peaks.
What a Life Peaks Zap costs
Zapier bills tasks, meaning completed actions. New Subscriber itself never costs a task, and Zapier checking Life Peaks for new subscribers costs nothing either, however often it looks.
- Free plan100 tasks per month
- Zaps on the free planUnlimited, two steps each
- Premium appNo
- Cost of the triggerNothing, only actions count
So the bill depends on the steps after the trigger. One subscriber copied to one spreadsheet costs one task; send it to two apps and it costs two. An action that fails is not billed. Life Peaks is not a premium app, so the free plan works, but only for two-step Zaps: one trigger, one action. A filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step, and that needs a paid plan. Since the trigger polls, your plan also decides how long a new subscriber waits before the Zap sees it.
Connect Life Peaks to Zapier
- 01
Start from the Apps page
In your Zapier account, open the Apps page. All your connections live there and any Zap can reuse them. Click + Add connection to bring up the app picker.
- 02
Choose Life Peaks
Search for Life Peaks in the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. A new tab opens on the Life Peaks sign-in page. Leave the Zapier tab open behind it.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log in with your Life Peaks account and allow Zapier in. You need an account on Life Peaks, plus access to any subscribers you do not own yourself but want the Zap to read.
Your first Life Peaks Zap: a subscriber log
GoalEach new Life Peaks subscriber gets its own row in a spreadsheet you control and is added as a contact in your email tool.
- 01
Build: pick New Subscriber
Create a Zap, choose Life Peaks as the trigger app and New Subscriber as the event. Select your Life Peaks connection, or add it now if it is your first Zap with the app.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent subscribers on your account, so pick a real one. The fields it shows are the ones you will map next.
- 03
Add the spreadsheet row
Add your spreadsheet app as the action, on the event that creates a row. Map the subscriber fields into your columns, then test the step and read what came back.
- 04
Add the email contact
Add a second action in your email tool to add the subscriber as a contact. Map the same fields, and test again. With two actions, this Zap is multi-step and needs a paid plan.
- 05
Publish
Publish the Zap to switch it on. From now on, every new subscriber goes through it. People who subscribed before that moment are not picked up.
The Life Peaks trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in Life Peaks. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
New Subscriber
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when there is new subscriber.”
Starts your Zap when someone new subscribes on your Life Peaks account. The subscriber's details then travel down the Zap, so the next step can file them in a sheet, add them to a mailing list or alert a colleague. Since Life Peaks offers no action of its own, this trigger is the only door between your Life Peaks data and the rest of your tools.
When a Life Peaks Zap breaks
Zapier ties no help article to Life Peaks and lists no limit of its own. What can go wrong are the rules shared by every Zap.
Four of them apply here, one of them in your favour. When a Zap still misbehaves, our Zapier troubleshooting page is the next stop.
Past subscribers stay behind
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Subscribers already on Life Peaks are never sent; moving that backlog is a separate job.No loop is possible here
A Zap that writes where its own trigger watches sets itself off again and again. Life Peaks has no action, so a Zap cannot write back into it.A sudden rush gets held
If the trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold it back. Each subscriber, once
On a polling trigger, Zapier keeps track of what it has already seen, so the same subscriber does not start the Zap twice.
