Overview

What the Likely.AI Zapier integration actually does

Likely.AI produces real estate predictions and refreshed data, and sends them to the systems you already use, either on its own or when you ask. Through Zapier, that output leaves Likely.AI and lands in your CRM, a spreadsheet or a mailing tool without an export and an import in between.

Three results come out of it. Contacts refreshed where you work: Likely DB REfresh Contacts fires when you click the upload to Zapier button on the DB REfresh page, so the refreshed contacts go straight to your CRM. SkipTrace results that do not stay stuck: Likely SkipTrace does the same from the SkipTrace page. Predictions delivered as they come: Likely Prediction starts a Zap whenever new predictions are available for your markets, with no button to press.

The limits are just as clear. Likely.AI only sends: there is no action and no search, so Zapier cannot write anything into it or look anything up there. Two of the three triggers depend on someone clicking a button, so nothing moves until a person does. And Zapier only receives what is sent once the Zap is switched on.

No Make or n8n page exists yet for this app; to weigh the tools in general, our n8n vs Zapier comparison sets out the criteria.

Vocabulary

Zapier words, in plain English

Seven terms come back on this page. Here is what each one means before you open the editor.

Zap
The automation you build in Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
Trigger
The event in an app that starts the Zap. Likely.AI only offers triggers, so it always sits at the top of the Zap.
Action
What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, here in another app.
Task
The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action your Zap completes successfully, and your plan counts those.
Polling vs instant
A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer. An instant trigger is reported by the app itself, the moment it happens.
Filter
A step that lets the Zap continue only when the incoming data meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
Connection
Your Likely.AI account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every Zap that starts from the app.
Cost

What a Likely.AI Zap really costs

Likely.AI is not a premium app, so it works on the free plan. The bill is counted in tasks, and only completed actions count.

  • Free plan100 tasks per month
  • Free plan Zap size2 steps: 1 trigger, 1 action
  • Premium appNo
  • Trigger cost0 tasks

The Likely.AI trigger costs nothing, whatever it sends. What counts is the action in your other app: each one that succeeds is one task, so a Zap with two actions uses twice as much. A failed action is not counted. The free plan allows 100 tasks a month and two-step Zaps only, one trigger plus one action. A filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The polling grid below does not apply: all three triggers are instant.

Connect

Connect your Likely.AI account in three steps

  1. 01

    Open the Apps page

From your Zapier account, go to Apps, then click + Add connection. A dialog opens with a search box: type Likely.AI and pick it from the list of results.

  2. 02

    Add the connection

Click Add connection. A new tab opens on Likely.AI: sign in with the account whose predictions and contact uploads you want to send on. You need a Likely.AI account first.

  3. 03

    Grant access

Allow Zapier to use the account. If the Zap must receive data from markets or lists you do not own yourself, check that your account can read them before you go further.

First Zap

Your first Zap: send refreshed contacts to your CRM

GoalWhen you click the upload to Zapier button on the DB REfresh page, add the refreshed contacts to your CRM.

  1. 01

    Pick the trigger

Start a new Zap, choose Likely.AI as the trigger app and Likely DB REfresh Contacts as the event, then select the connection you just added.

  2. 02

    Test with a real upload

Run the test: Zapier brings back the three most recent items sent by your account. If nothing shows up, click the upload button in Likely.AI once, then test again.

  3. 03

    Add the CRM step

Add your CRM's action that creates a contact, then map the refreshed fields from the trigger into the matching fields of the contact record.

  4. 04

    Test the action

Run the step once and read what came back. Open the test contact in your CRM and check that the refreshed values landed in the right fields.

  5. 05

    Publish

Click Publish to switch the Zap on. One trigger and one action: this Zap fits in the free plan. From now on, each click on the button feeds your CRM.

Triggers

Likely.AI triggers

3 events start a Zap when something happens in Likely.AI, and 3 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.

1

Likely DB REfresh Contacts

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when user clicks upload to Zapier button from DB REfresh Page.”

Fires when someone clicks the upload to Zapier button on the DB REfresh page of Likely.AI, and hands the refreshed contacts to the next step of your Zap.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan
When to use it
when the contacts refreshed in Likely.AI should update your CRM or your spreadsheet without an export file passing through anyone's inbox.
Watch out
nothing happens until a person clicks the button, so this trigger is a manual send rather than a background sync.
2

Likely SkipTrace

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when user clicks upload to Zapier button from Likely SkipTrace Page.”

Works like the DB REfresh trigger, but from the SkipTrace page: the click on the upload to Zapier button sends what that page holds on to your Zap.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan
When to use it
when the results you get on the SkipTrace page need to reach another tool as soon as you decide they are ready.
Watch out
it is a separate trigger from DB REfresh Contacts, so each page needs its own Zap, and both cost tasks only through their actions.
3

Likely Prediction

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when new Likely predictions are available for customer markets.”

Starts your Zap whenever new Likely.AI predictions are available for the markets on your account, with no click needed from anyone.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan
When to use it
when fresh predictions should reach a team channel, a spreadsheet or your CRM as soon as Likely.AI publishes them.
Watch out
predictions that were available before you published the Zap are not sent again; the Zap only picks up the ones that arrive afterwards.
When it breaks

When a Likely.AI Zap breaks

Zapier attaches no help article to this app, so the known failure points are the general ones of any Zap, applied to how Likely.AI sends its data.

Three cases cover most of what goes wrong. If yours is not among them, our Zapier troubleshooting page goes further.

  • An earlier upload never arrives

A Zap only reacts to what happens after you publish it. An upload clicked or a prediction released before that stays in Likely.AI; click the button again once the Zap is on.
  • A big upload is held back

If one click sends a very large batch, Zapier's flood protection can hold those runs back instead of letting them all through at once.
  • The Zap stops at two steps

On the free plan, a Zap is one trigger and one action. Adding a filter on predictions or a second app makes it multi-step, and it then needs a paid plan.

FAQ

Likely.AI and Zapier: common questions

01Is the Likely.AI Zapier integration free?
Yes, it works on the free Zapier plan, because Likely.AI is not a premium app. The free plan gives you 100 tasks a month and Zaps of two steps, one trigger and one action. A Zap that sends refreshed contacts to your CRM fits. As soon as you add a filter, for instance to keep only some predictions, or a second action, the Zap becomes multi-step and you need a paid plan.
02How many tasks does a Likely.AI Zap use?
Only the actions in your other apps count, one task each when they succeed. The Likely.AI trigger itself costs nothing, since the app has no action of its own. A Zap that adds one CRM contact per run uses one task per run; one that also posts to a team channel uses two. A failed action is not counted, so a contact your CRM rejects does not eat into your allowance.
03Does Likely.AI send data in real time?
Yes. All three triggers are instant: Likely.AI tells Zapier the moment it happens, and the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan. For DB REfresh Contacts and SkipTrace, the moment is your click on the upload to Zapier button. For Likely Prediction, it is when new predictions become available. The polling grid, every 15 minutes on the free plan, does not apply to any of them. In the editor, a Zap built on an instant trigger shows a lightning bolt.
04What does it take to connect Likely.AI to Zapier?
A Likely.AI account, and access to the markets and lists you want to send on. In Zapier, open Apps, click + Add connection, search for Likely.AI, click Add connection, sign in on the tab that opens and grant access. Then build the Zap and publish it before you click any upload button in Likely.AI, since uploads made earlier are not picked up afterwards. One connection then serves all three triggers, in as many Zaps as you like.
05Why did nothing reach Zapier after an upload click?
Most often because the Zap was not switched on yet when the button was clicked. A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is published, so an earlier upload is lost to it. Check that the Zap is on, then click upload to Zapier again on the DB REfresh or SkipTrace page. Also check that the Zap uses the trigger for the page you clicked from, since each page has its own.
06What if the Likely.AI operation you want is missing?
Then it is simply not there: Likely.AI on Zapier is a one-way street. Data flows out through three triggers, two fired by your clicks on the DB REfresh and SkipTrace pages and one by new predictions. Nothing flows back: no step can write into Likely.AI or look something up in it. If your plan needs that return trip, keep the result in the receiving tool instead, a spreadsheet or your CRM, and work from there.
07Zapier, Make or n8n for Likely.AI?
It depends on your criteria, not on a winner. Zapier gives you three instant triggers, and the free plan covers a two-step Zap from Likely.AI to one other app. If you need to send the same upload to several tools, or apply rules before it lands, compare how Make and n8n bill a run of several steps, what they expose for Likely.AI and who will maintain it. Whatever you choose, two of the triggers still wait for a click in Likely.AI.
