Listing Booster Zapier integrationAutomate Listing Booster with Zapier.
The Listing Booster Zapier integration gives you 2 triggers, 0 actions and 0 searches. Both triggers start a Zap when a new lead lands, one for web leads and one for mobile leads. Here is how each works, what it costs and where a first Zap trips.

Why plug Listing Booster into Zapier
The Listing Booster Zapier integration sends the leads that Listing Booster captures for your property marketing into the other tools you use. Listing Booster can start a Zap on a new web lead or a new mobile lead; what happens next is up to the apps you add after it.
Three results are worth building. Leads that land straight in your CRM: New Web Lead starts the Zap and the next step creates the contact, so nobody retypes it. A heads-up for the person who follows up: New Mobile Lead starts a Zap that posts the lead to a chat or an inbox. And a single list of every lead, whatever its source: two Zaps, one per trigger, each adding a row to the same sheet.
Now what Zapier does not do here. Listing Booster has no action and no search on Zapier, so a Zap can read leads out of it but cannot write anything back, update a lead, or look one up. Both triggers poll, so nothing is instant: on the free plan a lead can wait a while before the Zap sees it. And leads captured before you switch the Zap on never come through.
The free plan builds two-step Zaps: one trigger, one action. A lead sent to the CRM fits. Sending the same lead to the CRM and to a chat, or filtering some leads out, needs a paid plan.
If you would rather have someone build and maintain these Zaps, see the Zapier agency. To weigh Zapier against the field, there is Zapier alternatives.
Zapier words in one minute
Seven words come back on this page. Each one, in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time that event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Listing Booster has two: a new web lead and a new mobile lead.
- Action
- The step that does the work once the Zap has started. Listing Booster has none, so yours comes from another app.
- Task
- What Zapier bills: one action that completes successfully. Your plan's allowance is a count of those.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer, keeping only what it has not seen yet. Both Listing Booster triggers work this way.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A filter, a search or a second action makes one, and it needs a paid plan.
What a Listing Booster Zap really costs
Zapier bills tasks, and a task is one action that succeeds. Listing Booster only has triggers, and a trigger never costs a task, however often Zapier polls it.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps
- Free plan ZapsTwo steps: one trigger, one action
- Premium appNo, Listing Booster works on the free plan
- Trigger costNever a task
So the bill comes from the apps after it: a contact created in your CRM for each new lead is one task per lead. An action that fails is not counted. Listing Booster is not a premium app, so it runs on the free plan, which gives 100 tasks a month but only two-step Zaps. Sending each lead to two places, or adding a filter, makes the Zap multi-step and needs a paid plan. Since both triggers poll, the grid below sets how soon a new lead reaches your Zap.
Connect your Listing Booster account
- 01
Open your connections
In Zapier, go to the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. You need a Listing Booster account first, with access to the leads you want the Zap to pick up.
- 02
Find Listing Booster
Type Listing Booster in the search box of the dialog that opens, pick it from the results, then click Add connection. A new tab opens on the Listing Booster side for the sign-in.
- 03
Sign in and allow access
Sign in to Listing Booster in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. The connection is saved once, then reused by every Zap that starts from Listing Booster.
Your first Listing Booster Zap
GoalCreate a contact in your CRM for every new web lead Listing Booster captures, without retyping a thing.
- 01
Create the Zap
Start a new Zap. One trigger and one action fit the free plan. The trigger polls, so each contact appears on the interval of your plan, not the instant the lead lands.
- 02
Pick the trigger
Choose Listing Booster and the New Web Lead event, then select your Listing Booster connection. There is nothing else to set on this trigger.
- 03
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent items of the connected account, so you map fields on a real lead rather than a blank.
- 04
Add the CRM step
Add your CRM as the action and choose its create-contact event. Map the lead details from the trigger into the contact fields, then test the step once.
- 05
Publish
Check the test contact in your CRM, then click Publish to switch the Zap on. Every new web lead from now on gets its contact.
Listing Booster triggers
2 events start a Zap when something happens in Listing Booster. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
New Web Lead
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new web lead is added.”
Starts your Zap each time a new web lead is added in Listing Booster, so the person behind it can reach your CRM, your inbox or a sheet without anyone copying it over.
New Mobile Lead
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new mobile lead is added.”
Fires when Listing Booster adds a new mobile lead, which gives you a separate starting point for the leads that come in that way.
When a Listing Booster Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to Listing Booster, and no limit specific to the app is on record. What breaks is the way every Zap behaves.
These four cases apply to any Zap, and each one shows up in a lead flow in its own way. Read them before you publish.
Old leads never come through
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Leads captured earlier stay in Listing Booster, and moving them is a separate job.A Zap that feeds itself
If a Zap writes into the very place its own trigger watches, each write sets it off again and the task count drains fast.A sudden batch gets held back
When a trigger returns a huge batch at once, after a bulk import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold those items back.No duplicate leads
On a polling trigger, Zapier keeps track of what it has already seen, so the same lead does not start the Zap twice.
