Mohimmatech Zapier integrationAutomate Mohimmatech with Zapier.
The Mohimmatech Zapier integration gives you 8 triggers, 1 action and 0 searches. Every trigger is checked on a timer, the single action creates a record in a list, and the app works on the free plan. Here is what each one does, what it costs and where it trips people up.

What the Mohimmatech Zapier integration actually does
Mohimmatech is a task and project tool where work is organized into workspaces, stations, lists and records. The Zapier integration links it to the rest of your tools: something happens in Mohimmatech, and Zapier carries out a step somewhere else for you, or the other way round, an event elsewhere becomes a new Mohimmatech record.
A running log of new work. With Records as the starting event, every record added to a list can land as a row in a shared spreadsheet, so anyone who never opens Mohimmatech still sees new work arrive.
A paper trail for edits. Get Updated Records and Record Updated both react to changes. The first watches a whole list, the second a single record you pick, for the one item that deserves a close watch.
Records created from outside. Create Record is the one action. Point a form, a mailbox or a sales tool at it, and each new entry becomes a record in the list you chose, with its name filled in.
Now the limits. The integration has no search step, so a Zap cannot look up an existing record before writing. It has no action to update, move or delete a record either: Zapier can create, nothing more. And none of the 8 triggers is instant, so every reaction waits for the next check of your plan.

Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Seven words come back on every line of this page. Here they are in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time that trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is switched on, Zapier sits and waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it has started: the step that writes, sends or creates something on your behalf.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action your Zap completed successfully; your plan counts those.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer. It asks the app for new items at a fixed interval and keeps only the ones it has not seen.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself, so nothing waits for a check. Mohimmatech has none of these on Zapier.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when the incoming data meets a condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
What a Mohimmatech Zap costs
Zapier counts tasks, and only completed actions are tasks. Watching Mohimmatech is free, however often Zapier looks.
- Trigger checkFree, never counted
- Each successful action1 task
- Free plan100 tasks a month, Zaps of 2 steps
- Premium appNo, available on the free plan
A Zap that turns each new record into a spreadsheet row spends one task per record. Add a second action and that same record costs two. An action that fails is not counted. The free plan gives you 100 tasks a month and as many Zaps as you like, but each one is capped at two steps: one trigger, one action. A filter or a second action turns it into a multi-step Zap (anything beyond one trigger and one action), which needs a paid plan. Mohimmatech itself is not a premium app, so it runs on the free plan. The grid below is how often Zapier checks a polling trigger on each plan, and all 8 Mohimmatech triggers are polling ones.
Connect your Mohimmatech account to Zapier
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. A connection is your Mohimmatech account linked once to Zapier, then reused by every step that needs it.
- 02
Pick Mohimmatech
Type Mohimmatech in the search box of the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. A new browser tab opens so you can sign in to your Mohimmatech account.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log in to Mohimmatech in that tab and allow Zapier to reach the account. You need an account on the app, plus read or write access on anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.
Your first Zap: new records into a team spreadsheet
GoalEvery new record added to a chosen Mohimmatech list appears as a row in a spreadsheet, but only when it matches a condition you set.
- 01
Create the Zap
Start a new Zap, choose Mohimmatech as the app that starts it and Records as the event. Pick the connection you added earlier.
- 02
Point it at a list
Choose the workspace, the station and the list to watch. All three are required here, so the Zap only reacts to records created in that one list.
- 03
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent records of that list, so you map the next steps on a real one. Read what comes back before going further.
- 04
Add the filter
Add a Filter step from the plus icon and set the field to check, the rule and the value. A filter makes this a multi-step Zap, so it needs a paid plan.
- 05
Add the spreadsheet action
Add your spreadsheet tool as the action and map the record fields into its columns. Test it once and read what came back before going further.
- 06
Publish
Publish the Zap to switch it on. From then on, Zapier checks the list at your plan's interval and adds each new matching record.
Mohimmatech triggers on Zapier
8 events start a Zap when something happens in Mohimmatech. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
Change Owner
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a record owner is changed in the list”
Starts a Zap each time a record in the list you choose gets a new owner. Handy whenever a handover between two people should leave a trace or reach someone else.
Get All Comments by List
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new comment is created in the list”
Reacts to every new comment left on records in one list. Discussions that stay buried inside Mohimmatech can then surface in the tool your team actually reads.
Get Updated Records
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when any record is updated under the list.”
Fires whenever any record of a chosen list is modified. It is the broad net: you do not say which record, only which list Zapier should keep an eye on.
Lists
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new list is created on the web application.”
Picks up each new list created inside a station. Use it to prepare the surroundings of a new piece of work: a folder, a channel, a row in a project register.
Records
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new record is created.”
Launches the Zap for every new record added to a list. This is the everyday trigger for anyone who wants new work to show up elsewhere without copying it by hand.
Record Updated
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a specific record is updated”
Follows one specific record and fires when it changes. Narrow by design, it suits the single item that deserves a close watch rather than a whole list.
Station
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new station is created or deleted under the workspace.”
Follows the stations of one workspace. Stations sit between the workspace and its lists, so this keeps an eye on how your account is organized.
Workspaces
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new workspace is created or deleted under the workspace.”
Follows the workspaces of your account. It sits at the top of the Mohimmatech hierarchy and is the only trigger here that asks for no workspace, station or list.
The Mohimmatech action on Zapier
Mohimmatech gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.
Operations index
Create Record
ActionIn Zapier“Creates a Record under the specific record”
Adds a new record to the list you point it at, using data from an earlier step. It is the only way a Zap can write into Mohimmatech.
When a Mohimmatech Zap breaks
Zapier lists no help article and no app-specific limit for Mohimmatech. What breaks is the general behavior of Zapier, and it shows up here as well.
Four cases are worth knowing before you switch anything on. If a Zap stops doing what you expected, our Zapier troubleshooting page is the place to start.
Old records are never picked up
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you publish it. Records already sitting in a list stay where they are; moving that backlog is a separate job.A Zap can set itself off again
A Zap that writes into the very place its own trigger watches can start itself over and over, and that can burn through your task count fast.A bulk import can be held back
When a trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold those items back instead of running them all.The same record will not run twice
On a polling trigger, Zapier remembers what it has already seen, so the same item does not launch the Zap a second time.
