Mune.ai Zapier integrationAutomate Mune.ai with Zapier.
The Mune.ai Zapier integration gives you 2 triggers, 1 action and 0 searches. Two events to watch, a form filled on one of your sites and a new website project, plus one step that writes a form row into your Mune.ai data. Both triggers are checked on a timer.

What the Mune.ai Zapier integration does for you
It connects Mune.ai, the platform that builds and runs websites with AI, to the rest of your tools through Zapier. A Zap is the automation you build there: one event that starts it, then one or more steps that run each time that event happens. Here, the event is a form entry or a new site, and the step can be a new form row.
Leads that reach your CRM without an export. New Form Submit picks up what visitors type into a form on a Mune.ai site and hands it to the next step. Put a contact creation in your CRM after it, and each entry ends up as a record you can work on.
A note to the team for every new site. New Website watches for website projects created in your account. Follow it with a message in your team chat and everyone knows a project exists, without checking the dashboard.
Form rows collected elsewhere, stored in Mune.ai. Create Row adds a form row to your Mune.ai data from another app's event, so entries gathered outside your sites live next to the ones collected on them.
What Zapier does not do for Mune.ai: no search, no way to update or delete a row, nothing that edits a website, and no instant trigger, so every run waits for the next check. Three operations make up the whole catalog. To weigh other tools, see our n8n vs Zapier comparison.
Zapier words you will meet on this page
Seven terms, in plain words. Each one comes back further down without a second explanation.
- Zap
- The automation you set up on Zapier: one event that starts it, followed by the steps that run every time it happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it, here a form entry or a new site.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something, such as adding a form row.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. Your plan's count is a count of those.
- Polling vs instant trigger
- Polling: Zapier checks the app on a timer. Instant: the app calls Zapier the moment the event happens. Both Mune.ai triggers poll.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A second action or a filter makes one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What a Mune.ai Zap really costs
Mune.ai is not reserved for paid plans: it works from the free plan. The trigger never costs a task, and Zapier checking Mune.ai for new entries costs nothing either, however often it looks.
- Trigger and checksNever billed
- Successful action1 task
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- Mune.aiAvailable on the free plan
Each action that goes through counts as one task, whether it is Create Row or a step in another app; one that fails is not counted. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, but each stops at two steps; a filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step, which needs a paid plan. Both Mune.ai triggers are polling ones, so the grid below sets how often Zapier checks them on your plan.
Connect your Mune.ai account to Zapier
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to Apps. A connection is your Mune.ai account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step that uses Mune.ai. You need a Mune.ai account, plus read or write access on anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.
- 02
Add the connection
Click + Add connection, type Mune.ai in the search box of the dialog that appears and pick it from the results. Then click Add connection to start the link.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
A tab opens on Mune.ai. Sign in with the account the Zap should work on, then grant Zapier access to it. From then on, all three operations can use this connection.
Your first Zap: qualified form entries into your CRM
GoalEach form entry on a chosen Mune.ai project that passes a filter becomes a contact in your CRM.
- 01
Build: pick the trigger
Create a Zap, choose Mune.ai as the app and
New Form Submitas the event, then select your connection. Pick the website in the required Project field. - 02
Test the trigger
Run the test: Zapier brings back the three most recent entries of the connected account, so you map the next steps on a real one. Check at test which details come back.
- 03
Add the filter
From the plus icon, add Filter and fill its three boxes: the field to look at, the rule, the value. This step makes the Zap multi-step, so it needs a paid plan.
- 04
Add the CRM step
Add your CRM as the action, pick the step that creates a contact, and map the details of the form entry, the email address first, into its fields.
- 05
Test, then publish
Run each step once and read what came back. When the contact looks right in your CRM, click Publish to switch the Zap on.
The two Mune.ai triggers
2 events start a Zap when something happens in Mune.ai. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
New Form Submit
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when user visit website and enters data in the form.”
Starts your Zap when a visitor fills in a form on one of your Mune.ai websites, and passes what they entered to the steps that follow, ready to be filed, announced or sorted elsewhere.
New Website
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new website project is created.”
Fires on each website project created in your Mune.ai account, so whatever has to happen around a new site can start without you looking at the dashboard.
The Mune.ai action
Mune.ai gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.
Operations index
Create Row
ActionIn Zapier“Add form row in your Mune.ai data.”
Writes a new form row into your Mune.ai data, using values that an earlier step of the Zap carried in.
When a Mune.ai Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to Mune.ai, so the cases below are the general pitfalls of any Zap built on it.
Read these cases before you publish. If something still goes wrong after that, see our Zapier troubleshooting guide.
No catch-up on old entries
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Form entries and sites that already existed are not picked up; moving them is a separate job.A Zap that sets itself off
As a general precaution: a Zap that writes into the very place its own trigger watches can start itself again and again, and burn through your tasks.Bulk imports held back
When a trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold the runs back. The same entry never runs twice
On a polling trigger, Zapier keeps track of what it has already seen, so the same form entry does not start the Zap a second time.
