  1. Step 1 · Account audit

    We open your real Allo account and spot what's broken

    First session, we share your screen and look at your account together. Are your numbers set up right? How does your AI receptionist answer? Are your calls logging anywhere? We list the reasons calls slip through or nothing gets followed up. You leave with a clear diagnosis and the list of fixes, in priority order. No theory, your real account.

  2. Step 2 · AI receptionist first

    Your AI receptionist trained, and your calls get answered

    We tackle the most important part first: the front desk. We train the AI receptionist on your website, your PDFs and your business info, set its voice, tone, intro and the questions it asks. We turn on spam screening and the AI IVR in natural language. The Starter plan includes 30 minutes of AI receptionist, the Business plan makes it unlimited: we pick the right one for your volume. By the end, no client call falls into the void.

  3. Step 3 · Numbers and routing

    Numbers, simultaneous ring and cascade on your real cases

    We configure your phone setup. Local number, toll-free or second business number depending on your need. Then the routing: simultaneous ring to alert the whole team, or cascade with delays tuned person by person. We set business hours, call forwarding, voicemail-to-text and auto-SMS on missed calls. You practice on your own numbers, not a dummy example.

  4. Step 4 · CRM and automation

    We plug Allo into your CRM, Make and n8n

    This is where Allo gets powerful. We connect your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio) so every call logs on its own: date, duration, recording, AI summary. The HubSpot integration needs the Business plan and admin access, we prep it together. Then through Make or n8n, we automate: follow up a lead, alert on a hot call, update a record. We store everything and build a dashboard to track your real numbers.

  5. Step 5 · Autonomy

    You run your phone setup and your follow-up without us

    The number one goal: you become autonomous. By the end of the program, you know how to set up a number, train your AI receptionist, tune your routing, read your transcripts and automate your follow-ups. You no longer need an agency to run your phone. And if you want to delegate later, we also run an Allo agency, but that's not the point here.
