GeminiWe send transactional email through Postmark, not just in theory.
Most Postmark trainings are run by people who read the docs the night before. At Hack'celeration it's the opposite: we run transactional email on our own products. Domain verification, a custom Return-Path for DMARC alignment, separate streams, webhooks that drop bounces, that's our daily work. Everything we teach you, we practice on production sends. We know the traps (the lone Sender Signature that doesn't cut it, the mail that passes SPF but fails DMARC) because we've already solved them.
- We send transactional email through Postmark on our own apps every week, not just in theory
- 1-on-1 format: the trainer adapts to your level, beginner or seasoned dev
- We tell you when Postmark isn't the right call (for mass newsletters, a broadcast tool fits better)
- We start from your real domain and your actual sends, not a dummy example
Four pillars so your transactional lands and gets measured.
A badly configured Postmark means receipts in spam, hard bounces piling up, a campaign tanking the critical mail. Most of the trouble comes from DMARC alignment and streams, not the tool. We pick up your real domain and work through the four pillars together.
- DMARC alignment
Your receipts in the inbox, not in spam
Sender Signatures alone don't get you there. We do full domain verification in Postmark, publish the DKIM CNAME, and set a custom Return-Path so SPF aligns and your mail passes DMARC. Since Gmail and Yahoo tightened their rules in 2024, strict alignment is no longer optional. It's the piece 90% of setups skip, and you leave knowing how to lay it down yourself.
Fix my alignment - Message streams
Transactional and broadcast on separate streams
The whole point of Postmark is keeping critical mail away from promos. We configure your message streams so receipts, password resets and notifications go through the transactional stream and never share a reputation with a newsletter. Mix the two on one pipe and a marketing blast can tank the mail your users actually need. You learn to wire the split yourself.
See the streams - API, SMTP and webhooks
Send from your app, and react to bounces
We plug Postmark into your code: the REST API for new builds (Node, Ruby, .NET, Java, PHP), or the SMTP relay for a legacy system. Then we wire the webhooks that matter, bounce, spam complaint, delivery, open and click, so your app drops a dead address instead of mailing it for weeks. You practice on your real sends, with real error handling, not a 200 response you assume worked.
See the API setup - Templates and monitoring
On-brand templates, delivery under control
We build your transactional templates and shared layouts so every receipt and reset stays consistent, edited in one place. We set up monitoring so you see bounces, spam rate and delivery before a customer complains. And we plug Postmark into n8n or Make so your events trigger actions. Inbound parsing too, if you process incoming replies into structured data.

Meet our trainers, leave with a plan.
Drop your email. We get back to you to connect you with a Hack'celeration-certified trainer: we look at your Postmark account, spot why your receipts hit spam or bounce, and tell you where to start. No commitment, even if you don't take the training.
- A diagnosis of your alignment (domain, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- The first fixes to make, in priority order
- The right 1-on-1 format for your level and send volume
- An honest take: Postmark or SendGrid for your case
Your Postmark Training, 1-on-1, step by step.
Five steps, no skipping. Each one on your real account, with a clear deliverable. From the first session we go after DMARC alignment. By the end, you run your transactional and your monitoring without us.
- Step 1 · Deliverability audit
We open your real Postmark account and spot what's broken
First session, we share your screen and look at your account together. Is your domain verified? What do your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records look like? Are your receipts passing an SPF check but failing DMARC? We list the real reasons your transactional mail hits spam or bounces silently. You leave with a clear diagnosis and the list of fixes, in priority order. No theory, your real account.
- Step 2 · DMARC alignment first
Full verification, DKIM CNAME and custom Return-Path
We tackle the most important part first: authentication. We do full domain verification in Postmark, publish the DKIM CNAME, and set a custom Return-Path subdomain so SPF aligns to your From domain. That's exactly the missing piece when mail passes an SPF check but still fails DMARC. We confirm alignment with DNS tools before any production send. By the end, your receipts and resets land where they should.
- Step 3 · API, SMTP and streams
We plug Postmark into your app on your real cases
We connect Postmark to your code. The REST API for new builds, with proper error handling so a failed send never goes silent, or the SMTP relay if your app only has that. We split your transactional and broadcast streams so receipts keep a clean reputation. You practice on your own sends, not a dummy example. You finish with a send that works from your app and streams wired cleanly.
- Step 4 · Webhooks and inbound
We wire the webhooks and parse the replies
This is where Postmark gets powerful. We set up bounce, spam complaint, delivery, open and click webhooks so your app reacts in real time: drop a hard-bounced address, remove a complainer, log delivery. We also wire them into n8n or Make to trigger your own actions. If you handle incoming replies, we set up inbound parsing to turn the mail into structured, usable data.
- Step 5 · Autonomy
You run your transactional and your monitoring without us
The number one goal: you become autonomous. By the end of the program, you know how to verify a domain, align DMARC, split streams, send through the API, read your webhooks and watch your delivery. The DNS records, streams and webhooks live in your accounts and your code, owned by you. And if you want to delegate later, we also run a Postmark agency, but that's not the point here.
Why train 1-on-1 with us.
- 300+Pros already trained on email
More than 300 people have gone through our trainings across France and Europe. Devs, product teams, small-business founders. Not vanity numbers: people who got their domain to pass DMARC and stopped firing receipts into the void.
- 4.7/5Rating across 334 verified reviews
Average rating of 4.7 out of 5, across 334 reviews. We won't pretend it's magic: you have to lay the DNS records on your real domain. But the 1-on-1 format makes the difference on something as sharp as transactional email.
- 1:1A dedicated expert, not a class of 100
You're not a number in a webinar. A trainer opens your real Postmark account, looks at your config, and works through your actual cases. We schedule sessions around your availability, replays included.
A working agency, recognized by the French State.
Hack'celeration is certified Activateur France Numérique and holds the AI Ambassador title, both granted by France Num to organizations that genuinely drive the digital transformation of companies. On the ground, more than 300 pros trained and a 4.7/5 rating across 334 verified reviews, left by the people who took our programs, not just by the buyer.

The questions we get the most.
What is a 1-on-1 Postmark training?
An individual program with a Postmark expert, not a class of 100 people. We open your real account, look at your config, and work through your actual cases: DMARC alignment, message streams, API, webhooks. You ask your questions live, the trainer adapts the pace to your level. We schedule sessions around your availability, and you leave with concrete actions every time. That's what makes the difference on something as technical as transactional email, where one bad DNS record sends every receipt to spam. How much does the Postmark training cost?
There is no single price. We connect you with a trainer certified by Hack'celeration, matched to your need and your level. It varies from one trainer to another, based on their profile and the format that fits your project.Postmark or SendGrid: which one to pick?
It depends on your need. Postmark is simpler, focused on pure transactional (receipts, resets, notifications), often with slightly better deliverability on that lane and message streams that cleanly separate critical from promo. SendGrid is more complete: transactional AND marketing in one tool, more features. If you just want ultra-reliable transactional, go Postmark. If you want everything in one place with marketing automation, SendGrid. During the training, we help you decide based on your real case. Can Postmark be integrated with Make or n8n?
Yes, and it's a solid part of the training. Postmark connects to n8n and Make through the REST API or an HTTP node. You can send a transactional email from any trigger: a new Airtable row, a CRM event, a custom webhook. More importantly, we use Postmark webhooks the other way: a bounce or spam complaint triggers an automatic action (drop a contact, alert, log). We build full workflows together, and inbound parsing turns a reply into structured data. No code required on the orchestration side.Do I need to be technical to take the Postmark training?
A bit, but the 1-on-1 format is built exactly for that: we start from your exact level. Postmark is a developer-first tool (REST API, SMTP, webhooks), so a technical base helps. That said, beginner, we walk through domain verification and streams in the UI step by step. Seasoned dev, we jump straight to the API, error handling and inbound parsing. And event orchestration can run no-code through Make or n8n without touching the SDK if you'd rather keep your hands off the code.Is Postmark for marketing or just transactional?
Mostly transactional, and that's on purpose. Postmark is built for receipts, resets and notifications triggered by your app, and that focus is exactly what makes its deliverability solid. For mass marketing newsletters, a dedicated broadcast tool fits better, and we'll say so plainly rather than bend Postmark into a role it wasn't designed for. If you send both, we configure Postmark's broadcast stream for light promo and keep transactional separate, so neither hurts the other. How do you fix Postmark delivery problems?
Deliverability is the heart of it. Postmark mail passes SPF by default because the Return-Path uses Postmark's IPs, but to pass strict DMARC alignment you need full domain verification, a published DKIM CNAME, and a custom Return-Path aligned to your From domain. We fix the DNS records, handle hard bounces and spam complaints via webhook, and watch your reputation. If your receipts go to spam, it's almost always the DNS config, not Postmark. We also give you the content best practices to dodge the filters. Can you migrate from SendGrid or Mailgun to Postmark?
Yes, but it takes prep. You have to redo domain verification and DKIM in Postmark, set the custom Return-Path for DMARC, rebuild your templates and layouts, configure transactional and broadcast streams, and update your API calls or SMTP config in the app. The classic trap: leave the old sender running in parallel while DNS propagates and the webhooks get wired. We've handled this kind of switch, we know the snags. In 1-on-1, we walk through your migration step by step and test before cutting over for good. How long until my receipts reach the inbox?
Once domain verification is done and the custom Return-Path is set, the DNS records usually propagate within a few hours, sometimes up to 48 h depending on your DNS provider. Unlike cold email, Postmark routes transactional on well-reputed shared IPs, so there's no IP warmup to manage in most cases. The blocking factor is DMARC alignment and propagation, not IP reputation. We prioritize the config from the first session so you see the effect fast. A clean DNS config changes everything, and quickly. The training itself runs 100% online, over video, screen shared on your real account.
