What's the best crosslisting app in 2026?
eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Vinted: which app fits your marketplaces, your volume and your country.
Short answer: for most US resellers, Vendoo. It includes automatic delisting on its cheapest plan ($14.99 a month, $12.49 billed yearly), unlimited items, and a 14-day trial. Pick Crosslist if you want the widest reach (11 marketplaces, Whatnot and OfferUp included), Flyp if you want to start for $9 a month after 100 free days, and Zipsale if you sell secondhand fashion from the UK. One thing most roundups skip: almost every "best crosslisting apps" article is written by a crosslisting company ranking itself first. We compared six apps on the marketplaces and countries they actually support, their real yearly cost, and the plan where double-sale protection kicks in.
The ranking is editorial: a sponsored spot is always labeled on its card, and no affiliate link ever changes a score.

Scores on five criteria, weighted for a secondhand reseller. Prices read in 2026 on each vendor's official pricing page, before tax.
How we compared and scored
A crosslisting app lets you create a listing once and post it to several resale marketplaces. The good ones also do the reverse: when an item sells on one marketplace, they pull it from all the others. That's auto-delisting, and it's what keeps you from selling the same jacket twice.
For each app, we read its official pricing page: plans, listing caps, the marketplaces it names, and the countries it serves. That last point reshuffled the ranking more than we expected. Crosslist excludes EU residents, and List Perfectly only supports US versions of each marketplace. Then we read reseller reviews (Trustpilot, the Chrome Web Store, Shopify and Reddit threads), starting with the worst: failed delists, double sales, extensions that break after a marketplace update. Most "best crosslisting app" articles on page one are written by Crosslist, Nifty, Closo or Vendoo themselves, so we gave official pages and user reviews more weight than vendor blogs.

Vendoo
Vendoo wins because it puts the feature that matters most on its cheapest plan. Starter ($14.99 a month, $12.49 billed yearly) already detects sales and auto-delists the item everywhere else, with unlimited items. Growth ($29.99) adds AI listing enhancement, bulk actions on up to 240 listings at once, and 300 PhotoRoom background removals a month. Pro ($59.99) sends automatic offers to interested buyers on 6+ marketplaces and adds listing videos. Vendoo names Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot, Etsy and Grailed.
It isn't flawless. One reseller who used it for two years says a listing went from about 15 minutes to 2. The same seller had an item sell on eBay, then on Poshmark ten minutes later, before the sync caught up, and saw the extension break for a few hours after marketplace updates. On Trustpilot, one reviewer says cross-delisting works about half the time, while others praise support replies within minutes. Vinted isn't on its pricing page or its UK marketplace list.
Not for you if Vinted is your main channel. Tip: run the full 14-day trial before going yearly. The yearly plan also adds 7-day live support, which matters when a delist fails on a Saturday.
- Auto-delisting from Starter
- Unlimited items on every plan
- Bulk actions on up to 240 listings
- Mobile app
- ✓Most polished interface
- ✓Double-sale protection from $14.99
- ✓Fast support, per several reviews
- ✗No Vinted support listed
- ✗US and UK focus
- ✗Sync isn't instant
The safest pick for most US and UK resellers. Just don't trust any sync blindly: check your first few sales by hand.
Zipsale
Zipsale is the UK's crosslister for secondhand fashion. It auto-delists sold items on eBay, Etsy, Depop, Poshmark, Shopify, WooCommerce, ASOS and Vinted, and its Chrome extension also posts to Vestiaire Collective. Its best idea is pay-per-item: credits from £0.18 per item, no subscription required. If you list 30 items one month and 200 the next, that's fairer than a flat plan. Subscriptions start at £15 a month before VAT, and £10 add-ons bring extra automation for Vinted and Depop.
The limits are clear. Zipsale says it's made to be used in the UK, so US sellers should look elsewhere. The free plan doesn't include auto-delisting, which means no double-sale protection. And the Chrome extension sits at 3.2 out of 5 from 15 ratings, with around 2,000 users: few reviews, and not glowing ones.
Not for you outside the UK. Tip: start on credits and switch to a subscription only when you pass about 80 items a month (80 × £0.18 = £14.40, our math).
- Auto-delisting on Vinted
- Pay per item, no subscription
- Chrome extension for Vestiaire Collective
- ✓Covers Vinted, Depop and Vestiaire
- ✓Credits fit uneven volume
- ✓No credit card to sign up
- ✗UK only
- ✗No auto-delist on the free plan
- ✗Extension rated 3.2 out of 5
The best option for UK fashion resellers who live on Vinted and Depop. Elsewhere, it's not built for you.
Crosslist
Crosslist posts to 11 marketplaces: eBay, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, Depop, Mercari, Grailed, Shopify, Etsy, Whatnot, WooCommerce and OfferUp. Its single form adapts to each marketplace's fields, which saves the most time when you sell across many categories. Plans are priced by new listings per month: 200 for $29.99, 500 for $34.99, 1,000 for $39.99, unlimited for $44.99. Yearly billing gives you two months free, and quarterly billing takes 10% off.
The catch is where the key features sit. Auto-delisting, CSV import and export, and sales analytics only come with Gold ($39.99). So at $29.99, you're still pulling sold items by hand. There's no real trial either: you get 20 free listings, then a 3-day money-back guarantee if you've created fewer than 20. It's available in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and says it doesn't support EU residents. Keep in mind that a lot of what ranks for this keyword is Crosslist's own blog.
Not for you if you need double-sale protection under $40. Tip: relists count against your monthly cap, so if you relist old stock often, go straight to Gold.
- 11 marketplaces incl. Whatnot and OfferUp
- One form that adapts to each marketplace
- 2 months free on yearly
- ✓Widest US marketplace coverage
- ✓Unlimited listings on Diamond
- ✓10% off quarterly
- ✗Auto-delist only from $39.99
- ✗Monthly listing caps
- ✗No real free trial
The pick for reach. Budget for Gold, though: without auto-delisting, more marketplaces means more double sales.
List Perfectly
List Perfectly is one of the oldest crosslisters. Every plan gets unlimited listings and the same marketplaces: Depop, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Grailed, Mercari, Poshmark, Vestiaire Collective and Vinted. Simple is $29 a month, Business $49 (bulk import and edit, multiple accounts, bulk relist), Pro $69 (Shopify integration, 1,500 background removals). Pro Plus, from $99, is the only plan with auto-delisting.
Two things to know. Vinted is a "Lite" marketplace here: you can list and delist, but Vinted sales aren't detected, so you mark them sold yourself. And its help center says the app is built and supported for the United States only, with US versions of each marketplace. Regional versions such as Depop UK aren't supported. Older reviews also describe a workflow that opens several browser tabs per crosslist.
Not for you if you want cheap double-sale protection: auto-delist costs $99 a month at minimum. Tip: use the 100-listing guarantee to check that your categories map cleanly to every marketplace before your first renewal.
- Unlimited listings on every plan
- 9 marketplaces incl. Vestiaire and Vinted
- Multiple accounts from Business
- ✓No listing caps
- ✓Same marketplaces at every price
- ✓Money-back guarantee on 100 listings
- ✗Supported in the US only
- ✗Vinted sales not detected
- ✗Auto-delist from $99 a month
Strong for volume sellers in the US who don't mind marking some sales by hand. Expensive once you need auto-delisting.
Flyp
Flyp has the most generous entry offer around: 100 days free, no credit card, then one plan at $9 a month with no paid add-ons. It posts to six marketplaces: eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace and Etsy (with limited support). It handles bulk delist and bulk relist, and its Chrome extension automates Poshmark sharing and offers.
The trade-off is depth. Its Poshmark automation needs your computer awake and your browser open. Competitor reviews call its crosslisting limited for scaling and mention glitches; take that with a grain of salt, since it comes from rival vendors. No Vinted, no Grailed.
Not for you if you list hundreds of items a month. Tip: 100 days is enough to measure how many sales come from your second marketplace. If it doesn't bring at least one sale a week, you don't need a paid crosslister yet.
- 100 days free, no card
- One plan at $9
- Bulk delist and relist
- ✓Lowest price after the trial
- ✓No hidden add-ons
- ✓Easy way to start
- ✗Six marketplaces only
- ✗Automation needs your computer on
- ✗Thin for high volume
The cheapest way to find out if crosslisting pays for you. Move on to Vendoo once you outgrow it.
Nifty
Nifty bets on automation that runs in the cloud, with no browser left open. Crosslisting Plus ($39.99 a month, $35.99 yearly) covers up to 1,500 active items, with auto-delisting, AI listing generation and bulk actions. Crosslisting Pro ($59.99) goes past 1,500 items. Bundles add full automation (sharing, offers) for Poshmark, eBay, Mercari and Depop at $69.99 to $89.99 a month.
Its marketplace coverage is the narrowest here: four named marketplaces. Yearly billing saves 12% at most, and large closets cost $20 more a month.
Not for you if you're starting out: at $39.99 minimum, it's the priciest entry point. Tip: if you only care about Poshmark or eBay, the single-marketplace automation plan at $25 a month costs less than a bundle.
- Cloud automation
- Up to 1,500 active items on Plus
- Automatic Poshmark sharing and offers
- ✓Delisting doesn't depend on your browser
- ✓Crosslisting and automation bundles
- ✓7-day trial
- ✗Four marketplaces named
- ✗Priciest way to start
- ✗Yearly saves only 12%
An automation tool for high-volume Poshmark and eBay sellers. If you don't need the automation, Vendoo does crosslisting for less.
Which app fits your volume and your marketplaces
Do the math before you pay. One reseller says crosslisting cut a listing from about 15 minutes to 2. At 50 items a month across two marketplaces, that's hours back every month. But an app is only worth it if it covers the marketplaces where your buyers are, and stops double sales.
- Under 20 items a month: list by hand and track in a spreadsheet.
- Testing the waters: Flyp, free for 100 days, then $9.
- Steady US reseller: Vendoo Starter, $12.49 a month billed yearly.
- Many marketplaces, high volume: Crosslist Gold ($39.99) or List Perfectly.

Six tips to crosslist without double sales
They come from vendor help pages and reseller reviews. None of them needs another app.
Tips
Check who wrote the roundup
ResearchMost top results for "best crosslisting app" are published by Crosslist, Nifty, Closo or Vendoo, and each ranks itself first. That doesn't make them wrong, but their prices for rivals are often out of date.
Always open the official pricing page before you compare. Prices and plan names change often.

Plan for the double sale
SalesNo app delists in real time. One Vendoo user saw an item sell on eBay, then on Poshmark ten minutes later. If it happens, honor the first order and cancel the second quickly, with an apology.
For one-off expensive pieces, list on a single marketplace for 48 hours first.
- Reported lag
- 10 minutes
Read the fine print on "Lite"
TrapWhen a vendor writes "Lite" or "beta" next to a marketplace, keep reading. At List Perfectly, Vinted Lite lets you list and delist, but doesn't detect sales.
A marketplace without sale detection is a marketplace where double sales stay your problem.
- Ask about
- Sale detection
Count relists in your cap
PriceCrosslist Bronze includes 200 new listings a month. One Vendoo user notes that relisting old items also eats credits: 50 relists on a 100-item plan leave 50 for new stock.
If you relist often to stay on top of search, pick a plan with unlimited listings.
- Example

Expect extension hiccups after updates
ReliabilityMost crosslisters run through a Chrome extension. When eBay or Poshmark changes its site, listings can hang or fail until the vendor patches it, usually within hours according to a long-time Vendoo user.
Avoid big batch uploads right after a marketplace update.

Crosslisting apps · FAQ
What is the best crosslisting app?
For most US resellers, Vendoo: auto-delisting is included from $14.99 a month, items are unlimited, and there's a 14-day trial. Crosslist covers more marketplaces (11), Flyp is cheapest at $9 a month, and Zipsale is the best fit for UK fashion sellers on Vinted and Depop. Is there a free crosslisting app?
Not a fully free one with auto-delisting. Flyp is free for 100 days, then $9 a month. Zipsale has a free plan without auto-delisting (UK only), and Crosslist gives you 20 free listings. Under 20 items a month, a spreadsheet works just as well.Which crosslisting app supports Vinted?
Zipsale auto-delists on Vinted, for UK sellers. List Perfectly includes Vinted as a "Lite" marketplace: you can list and delist, but Vinted sales aren't detected. Vendoo, Crosslist, Flyp and Nifty don't list Vinted on their official pricing or marketplace pages. Is crosslisting allowed on Poshmark, eBay and Vinted?
Posting the same item on several marketplaces is common practice. The risk is in automation: Vinted only opens its official API to selected Pro sellers, and heavy automated activity can get flagged. Keep a human pace and avoid mass relisting bursts. How do I avoid selling the same item twice?
Use an app that detects sales and auto-delists, and check which plan includes it: Starter at Vendoo ($14.99), Gold at Crosslist ($39.99), Pro Plus at List Perfectly ($99+). For one-off pieces, list on one marketplace for 48 hours before crosslisting.Vendoo or List Perfectly?
Vendoo if you want auto-delisting on a cheap plan and a cleaner interface. List Perfectly if you list at high volume and want unlimited listings and the same nine marketplaces on every plan, but its auto-delist starts at $99 a month.Do crosslisting apps work outside the US?
Some don't. Crosslist serves the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and excludes EU residents. List Perfectly supports US marketplaces only. Zipsale is built for the UK. Check the vendor's country page before you pay.How much time does a crosslisting app save?
One long-time Vendoo user went from about 15 minutes to 2 minutes per listing. The bigger saving is on delisting: without it, every sale means checking and editing listings on each marketplace by hand.
