How much does Marketing 360 cost?

The platform fee is quote-only. Everything else is in the contract, and that is where your bill gets decided.

Short answer: Marketing 360 does not publish its subscription price. The base platform fee, CRM fees and the Onboarding Package are set in your Service Agreement after a call with a sales consultant. The service is sold only to businesses in the United States and Canada, and no free trial is listed.

The parts the contract does price are often bigger than the subscription. On the standard plan, every $1 Ad Credit sends just $0.51 to Google or Meta. Social media management costs $300 per profile per month. Premium Listings are $59 a month. And once your ad budget grows, a different model kicks in at $4,000 a month plus 10% of spend. We added it all up.

What Marketing 360 costs in 2026, line by line

Search for Marketing 360 pricing and you will find numbers from $9 to more than $600 a month for the same product. None of them come from Madwire. So we went back to the one document that binds the company: its Terms of Service. The base subscription has no dollar figure there, because it lives in your Service Agreement. Six other items do, and they are what moves your invoice from one month to the next.

Before you sign

What drives the bill up at Marketing 360

The quote shows a monthly subscription. The horror stories in customer reviews almost always trace back to a clause nobody read until it was too late. These are the six worth checking, with what each one costs you.

The waived Onboarding Package is a deferred bill

Sales reps often waive the Onboarding Package, the account setup. Leave before the initial term ends and you owe the lower of two numbers: your remaining monthly payments or that waived package. Signing promotions get clawed back too. Get the package amount written on the quote, because it caps your exit cost.

Notice is due 30 days out

The agreement renews on its own. To stop it, you need written notice at least 30 days ahead, and during the initial term cancellation only takes effect when that term ends. Only fully paid months count toward it. Set a reminder two months before the end date, not two weeks.

Half your ad money never reaches an ad

On the standard plan, $1,000 in credits buys $510 of media. To actually spend $1,000 on Google, you need about $1,961 in credits. Credits are never refunded, and unused ones are lost when the contract ends. Ask for the real spend report from Google Ads and Meta every month.

Your website stays on their servers

A Websites 360 site cannot be migrated to any other host, under any circumstance, and its license ends with the contract. Former customers describe rebuilding from scratch after leaving. If your site drives revenue, keep it with your own host and pay the $500 setup fee instead.

The ad accounts don't leave with you

Google Ads and Meta accounts opened by Marketing 360 are not transferred to you at the end. You lose the history, the audiences and everything the campaigns learned. Open your own ad accounts before signing and grant access: the clause only covers accounts they create.

Usage fees quietly stack up

A store sending 10,000 emails a month pays $30 in overage. A clinic with 1,000 tracked call minutes pays $10 more. Every social profile past ten adds $1. Each one looks tiny. Over a year, they become a line nobody budgeted for.

  • Get the Onboarding Package amount on the quote.
  • Write down the initial term end date and send notice 30 days before.
  • Ask which ad split you are on: standard (51%) or Pro (75%).
  • Open your own Google Ads and Meta accounts first.
  • Keep your website on your own host if you may leave.
  • Demand a monthly report of real ad spend.
Our method

How we priced the real cost

We threw out every directory price: they contradict each other and none of them cite Madwire. Each number on this page comes from Marketing 360's 2026 Terms of Service, its sign-up page (for availability) or competitors' official pricing pages. Customer reviews help us spot traps and give reported ballparks, never a made-up price list. Since the base subscription stays quote-only, our scenarios price everything that gets added to it.

Figures use the Terms of Service rates: 51% (standard) or 75% (Pro) of each credit spent on media, $300 or $450 per managed social profile, $59 for Premium Listings, Model B at $4,000 (or $1,500 on Pro) plus 10% of the prior month's media buy. Your base subscription, set in each contract, comes on top of every total.

Is Marketing 360 expensive?

Marketing 360 pricing vs the alternatives

Marketing 360 sells a managed service: a team does the work, and you pay for its time through the subscription and the margin on ads. The four tools below publish their prices and let you run things yourself, with your own ad accounts spending 100% of the budget. The order follows our scores.

The verdict

So, is Marketing 360 worth the money?

Our take, after putting its contract next to competitors' public price lists: the price holds up only if you are really buying a team's time, and it gets heavy as soon as you could do part of the work yourself. Our score stays at 3.4/5, explained in our full Marketing 360 review.

Worth it if…

You run a small business in the US or Canada with nobody on marketing, and you want one point of contact for the site, reviews, social and ads. You are buying a service, not software, so compare it with a local agency retainer, not with GoHighLevel. And above roughly $4,650 of media a month, Model B brings the margin down to typical agency levels.

Too expensive if…

You can set up a Google campaign, or someone on your team can. With $1,000 in credits, $490 goes to fees: more than GoHighLevel's Unlimited plan at $297. And if you want to see a price before talking to sales, every alternative below shows one.

How to pay less

Pro is negotiated: ask for it at signing, since its price is not published. It brings $240 more media per $1,000 in credits. Ask for Model B above $4,650 in media. Keep the website and ad accounts in your name. And get the Onboarding Package priced, even when it is waived.

  • No in-house marketer, US or Canadian business: Marketing 360.
  • You want to run everything yourself: GoHighLevel.
  • Starting on a small budget: HubSpot Free or Brevo.
  • Local business that wants a public flat fee: Thryv.
Pricing FAQ

Marketing 360 pricing FAQ

  • How much does Marketing 360 cost per month?
The subscription price is not public: it is set in your Service Agreement after a call with a consultant. What gets added is priced in the Terms of Service: $300 per managed social profile, $59 for Premium Listings, and Ad Credits of which only 51% is spent on media on the standard plan. One reviewer reported paying $2,500 upfront and then close to $400 a month, but that is one customer's story, not a rate card. Ask for a written quote that splits subscription, onboarding, ad credits and services.
  • Does Marketing 360 have a free trial?
No, there is no free trial listed in 2026. The sign-up page only offers a call with a consultant, and the Terms of Service rule out refunds on anything paid. Older mentions of a 14-day trial or a 30-day guarantee no longer appear anywhere on Marketing 360's site. If a rep promises a trial period, have it written into the Service Agreement.
  • How long is a Marketing 360 contract?
The initial term is whatever your Service Agreement says, and it renews automatically. Several customers describe six-month agreements, but the Terms don't fix a default length. Only fully paid months count toward the term, and you need to give at least 30 days of written notice. Some states require Marketing 360 to remind you 25 to 40 days before renewal.
  • How much of my ad budget does Marketing 360 keep?
On the standard plan, Marketing 360 keeps 49% of each Ad Credit: $1 paid sends $0.51 to Google or Meta. On Marketing 360 Pro it keeps 25% and spends $0.75. For big budgets, Model B swaps that margin for $4,000 a month plus 10% of the media buy. At $20,000 of media that is $6,000 in fees instead of more than $19,000 on standard credits.
  • What does it cost to cancel Marketing 360 early?
If you wait for the end of the initial term and give written notice 30 days ahead, nothing extra. Leave earlier and you pay the lower of your remaining monthly payments or the Onboarding Package you were given for free. Signing promotions are clawed back too, and promotional equipment you don't return is billed at retail within five business days.
  • Can I keep my website if I leave Marketing 360?
Not a site built on Websites 360. The contract says it cannot be migrated to another host under any circumstance, and the license ends when you cancel. Custom design work becomes yours once fully paid, so you can rebuild elsewhere with the same visuals. Export your CRM contacts before you send notice.
  • How much is Marketing 360 social media management?
Standard management is $300 per profile per month, Advanced $450. Three profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile) come to $900 or $1,350 a month. If you post yourself with the built-in tool, 10 profiles and 500 posts a month are included, then $1 per profile and $0.02 per post. One-off work is billed at $150 an hour.
  • Is Marketing 360 more expensive than GoHighLevel?
Yes, once you run ads. GoHighLevel costs $97 a month ($970 a year) on Starter and $297 on Unlimited, and your ads run through your own accounts at 100% spend. With Marketing 360, $1,000 in standard credits already leaves $490 in fees before the subscription. The difference is labor: GoHighLevel gives you the tool, Marketing 360 gives you a team that uses it for you.
