The ABRA FlexiBee Make integration links your FlexiBee company to Make, a no-code tool where you build a scenario, meaning an automation made of modules chained together. Each module is one brick: here, 18 actions that search, create, edit, lock or cancel records, and handle attachments and labels.

Keep records in sync with another tool. When a form or a shop sends new data, Upravit/vytvořit záznam writes it into FlexiBee, and Přidat štítky tags the result so your team spots it. The trigger comes from the other app, since FlexiBee has no trigger module in Make.

File documents where they belong. Nahrát přílohu attaches a file to a record, and Načíst přílohy fetches the files already there, for instance to copy them into shared storage.

Freeze what has been checked. Zamknout záznam and Odemknout záznam let a scenario lock a record once it is checked, and reopen it on purpose.

What Make does not give you here: official descriptions. The Make documentation states that it is limited for ABRA FlexiBee, and the module names stay in Czech. Yes, ABRA FlexiBee is a standard app, so its modules are available on the Make Free plan. That plan has limits: 2 active scenarios, at least 15 minutes between two scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) lower the interval to 1 minute, remove the cap on active scenarios and allow 40 minutes of execution. Usage is counted in operations, one per module run on each bundle.
