What you can automate

What can the B2cor CRM Make integration do for you?

The B2cor CRM Make integration links your CRM account to Make, a no-code tool where you build a scenario: an automation made of modules, each module being one brick that acts in one app. Here, the bricks let Make add leads to B2cor CRM for you, using data that comes from your other tools.

Leads from a web form, filed without retyping. A prospect fills in a contact form on your site. The form app starts the scenario, and Criar Lead (Portuguese for create lead) turns the answers into a new lead in B2cor CRM. Each lead travels as a bundle, the single item that passes from one module to the next.

Chat conversations turned into sales records. A messaging tool such as the one described on the 2Chat Make integration page can open the flow, and the same module saves the contact as a lead for your sales team.

A second request once the lead exists. The other module, Fazer uma Chamada API, is named after an API call. The official docs give no description of it, so open it in Make and read the fields it offers before relying on it.

What the integration does not do: it has no trigger, so B2cor CRM cannot start a scenario by itself. Something else has to open the flow, another app or the schedule of Make. The same CRM may also exist as a node in n8n; the n8n vs Make comparison lays out how the two tools differ. If you would rather learn the editor properly first, the Make training starts from zero.

Connect

How do you connect B2cor CRM to Make?

  1. 01

Copy your API key in B2cor CRM

You need an active B2cor CRM account and its API key. In B2cor CRM, open the settings from the main menu, click Integrations, then Webhook, and copy the API key shown on screen. Keep it at hand for the next step.

  2. 02

Add a B2cor CRM module and create the connection

Log in to Make, add a B2cor CRM module to your scenario and click Create a connection. A connection is your B2cor CRM account linked to Make once, then reused by both modules of the app.

  3. 03

Name it and paste the key

The Connection name field is optional, but a clear name helps when you run several accounts. Paste the API key you copied, or follow the instructions on screen, and save. Make can now write into your CRM.

First scenario

Your first scenario with B2cor CRM

GoalWhen a new lead arrives in another app, Make creates it in B2cor CRM.

  1. 01

    Create the scenario

On the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the + to add the first module. Since B2cor CRM has no trigger, pick the app where your leads show up first, such as your form tool.

  2. 02

    Add Criar Lead

Click the + on the right of that first module, search for B2cor CRM and pick Criar Lead. Click Create a connection and paste your API key if you have not done it yet.

  3. 03

    Map the lead data

Fill the fields of Criar Lead by mapping data from the previous module: each answer your form collects goes into the matching field that Make lists for the lead.

  4. 04

    Test with Run once

Click Run once to execute the scenario a single time. Open the bubble of each module to read the bundles it received, then check that the lead appears in B2cor CRM.

  5. 05

    Schedule and switch it on

Set the schedule on the first module: a new scenario checks every 15 minutes by default, and the Free plan cannot go lower. Then switch the scenario on so it keeps running without you.

Modules

What the B2cor CRM modules do

B2cor CRM gives you 2 modules. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

B2cor CRM1

Criar Lead

ActionIn the docs only

This action adds a new lead to your B2cor CRM account from data another module hands over, so prospects reach your pipeline without manual entry. Its name is Portuguese for create lead.

When to use it
right after the module that catches a new contact, for example a form submission or a chat message that includes an email address.
Watch out
each lead created counts as one operation, the unit Make bills on your plan, so a test run with many bundles uses several.
B2cor CRM2

Fazer uma Chamada API

ActionIn the docs only

Its name means make an API call, which suggests a way to send B2cor CRM a request other than a new lead. That is a guess from the name: the official docs describe nothing.

When to use it
only when Criar Lead does not cover what you need, and after you have read the fields Make shows once the connection exists.
Watch out
test it with Run once on a harmless record before you put it in a live scenario.

FAQ

Questions about the B2cor CRM Make integration

01Is the B2cor CRM Make integration free?
Yes, on the Make side. B2cor CRM is a standard app, so it works from the Free plan onward. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, a minimum of 15 minutes between two scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) lower the interval to 1 minute and remove the cap on active scenarios. Your B2cor CRM subscription is separate: check its own pricing page.
02What do you need to connect B2cor CRM to Make?
An active B2cor CRM account and its API key. You find the key in the settings of B2cor CRM, under Integrations then Webhook, where it is displayed on screen. In Make, add a B2cor CRM module, click Create a connection, give the connection a name if you wish, and paste the key. The connection is then shared by both modules of the app, so you only do this once per account.
03Can the B2cor CRM Make integration react to new events in real time?
No, because the integration has no trigger at all. B2cor CRM cannot start a scenario on its own. The scenario has to begin with another app, for example the form or chat tool where leads come in, or with the schedule of Make, which runs every 15 minutes by default on a new scenario. If that first app offers an instant trigger, the one it fires through a webhook, the lead reaches B2cor CRM as soon as that app calls Make.
04What if a B2cor CRM module you need is missing in Make?
It depends on the action. The integration only has 2 modules, Criar Lead and Fazer uma Chamada API, and no universal Make an API Call module. The docs do not describe what Fazer uma Chamada API accepts, so open it and read its fields first. The docs also warn that their content is AI generated and may contain mistakes, and point to B2cor CRM support for vendor questions. For anything beyond that, the Hack'celeration team can look at your case.
05Should you use Make or n8n for B2cor CRM?
It depends on the tool your team already uses. In Make, B2cor CRM gives you 2 action modules, an API key connection and a visual editor where you test each step with Run once. The same app often has an n8n node too, so check that side before you decide. Compare what each tool offers for this CRM, the modules you actually need and where the rest of your automations live, then pick the one that keeps everything in one place.
