    Open the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the + to place the first module. Dettofatto has no trigger, so this first module belongs to the app where requests land.

    Set the starting module

    Pick the module of your form or inbox app that returns new entries, connect its account, and choose the form. Each entry travels as a bundle, one item passed from module to module.

    Add the Dettofatto report

    Click the + on the right of that module, search Dettofatto and pick Crea una Segnalazione (solo testo). Create the connection, then map the resident's message from the previous module into the report.

01Is the Dettofatto Make integration free?
Yes, Dettofatto is a standard app, so it works on the Make Free plan. That plan gives you 2 active scenarios, a 15 minute minimum between scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) drop the interval to 1 minute, remove the cap on active scenarios and allow 40 minutes per run. Usage is counted in operations, one per module run on one bundle. Your Dettofatto subscription is a separate matter this page does not cover.
02What do you need to connect Dettofatto to Make?
A Dettofatto account and a Make account.
