What you can automate

What does the Fidelimax Make integration let you automate?

The Fidelimax Make integration links your loyalty program to the rest of your tools without code. In Make, you build a scenario, the automation itself, out of modules, the bricks that each do one job. Fidelimax brings 5 of them, all actions: they act when something else starts the scenario.

Loyalty that follows the checkout. A store records a sale in its shop or payment tool, and that event starts the scenario. Add point customer then credits the buyer, so nobody retypes purchases into Fidelimax by hand.

A clean member list from day one. When a signup form or a CRM receives a new contact, Create customer opens the loyalty record right away. Pair it with Return customer data or Check customer loyalty data when a later step needs to know where that member stands.

Anything the list does not cover. Make an API call reaches other parts of the Fidelimax API with the same connection. Keep in mind that Fidelimax has no trigger in Make, so the scenario always starts from another app or from a schedule, and the official docs give no field details or limits for these modules.

The same app may also exist as an n8n node; the n8n vs Make comparison lays out how the two tools differ. To learn the editor properly, see the Make training, and check Make pricing before you plan volumes.

Connect

How do you connect Fidelimax to Make?

  1. 01

    Copy your Fidelimax API key

You need an active Fidelimax account first. Inside it, open the Configurações Sistema menu, click Integrações, then API, and copy the key shown for the franchise you want to automate.

  2. 02

    Add a Fidelimax module

In Make, open your scenario, add any Fidelimax module and click Create a connection. A connection is your Fidelimax account linked to Make once, then reused by every Fidelimax module you add later.

  3. 03

    Paste the key and save

Give the connection a clear label in Connection name if you like, it is optional. Paste the API key you copied, or follow the on-screen instructions, and save. Make can now talk to your program.

First scenario

Build your first scenario with Fidelimax

GoalWhen a sale is recorded in another app, Make creates the buyer in Fidelimax and credits the matching points.

  1. 01

    Create the scenario

From the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the + to place the first module. Since Fidelimax has no trigger, start with the app where your sales happen.

  2. 02

    Add Create customer

Click the + to the right of that first module, search Fidelimax, pick Create customer and select your connection. Map the buyer details coming from the previous module.

  3. 03

    Add Add point customer

Click the next +, choose Add point customer and map the same buyer plus the data that defines the points. Make shows everything each earlier module passed along as a bundle, one item per sale.

  4. 04

    Test with Run once

Click Run once to run the scenario a single time. Open each module's bubble to read the bundles it received and confirm the member and the points appear in Fidelimax.

  5. 05

    Schedule and switch on

On the first module, set the schedule; a new scenario checks every 15 minutes by default. Then switch the scenario on so it keeps working without you.

Modules

What can Fidelimax do in Make?

Fidelimax gives you 5 modules. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Fidelimax1

Add point customer

ActionIn the docs only

Credits loyalty points to a customer, which is the heart of any Fidelimax automation: purchases in another tool turn into rewards without anyone touching the back office.

When to use it
right after the step that confirms a paid order, mapped to the buyer from that order.
Watch out
the docs list no fields for this module, so run it once on a test customer and check the balance in Fidelimax before switching the scenario on.
Fidelimax2

Check customer loyalty data

ActionIn the docs only

Looks up where a member stands in your loyalty program, so later steps can react to it: send a message, tag a contact in a CRM, or skip a reward.

When to use it
before a decision in the scenario, when the next module depends on the customer's loyalty situation.
Watch out
the docs do not describe what it returns, so read the bundle after a Run once before mapping anything.
Fidelimax3

Create customer

ActionIn the docs only

Opens a new member in Fidelimax from data another app already holds, which spares your team from entering signups twice and keeps the program list complete.

When to use it
when a form, a shop or a CRM receives a new contact who should join the loyalty program.
Watch out
nothing in the docs says how duplicates are handled, so test with an existing customer before you rely on it.
Fidelimax4

Make an API call

ActionIn the docs only

Calls any endpoint of the Fidelimax API from your scenario, reusing the same connection, so you are not stuck when the four ready-made modules stop short of your need.

When to use it
for an operation that no other Fidelimax module offers.
Watch out
you describe the request yourself, so keep the Fidelimax API documentation open and test with Run once first.
Fidelimax5

Return customer data

ActionIn the docs only

Brings a customer's record from Fidelimax into the scenario, so the next modules can reuse those details in an email, a spreadsheet or another app.

When to use it
when a step further down needs the member's information rather than a loyalty status.
Watch out
the exact content of the record is not documented, so check the output bundle before mapping it into other tools.

FAQ

Fidelimax and Make: frequent questions

01Is the Fidelimax Make integration free?
Yes, on the Make side. Fidelimax is a standard app, available from the Free plan. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, a minimum interval of 15 minutes between scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams, Enterprise) lower the interval to 1 minute and count usage in credits, meaning operations, each month. You still need your own active Fidelimax account, whose subscription is handled by Fidelimax.
02What is needed to connect Fidelimax to Make?
An active Fidelimax account and its API key. In Fidelimax, go to Configurações Sistema, then Integrações, then API, and copy the key for the right franchise. In Make, add a Fidelimax module, click Create a connection, optionally name it, and paste the key. The connection is then shared by all five Fidelimax modules in your scenarios, so you only do this once per account. If you manage several franchises, keep one connection per key.
03Can Fidelimax trigger a Make scenario in real time?
No. Fidelimax has no trigger module in Make, only actions. The scenario starts from another app, such as your shop or a form, or from a schedule set on the first module, every 15 minutes by default. When the starting app offers an instant trigger, which calls Make through a webhook as soon as something happens, the Fidelimax steps run right after that event. With a scheduled start, they run at each check.
04What if a Fidelimax module is missing in Make?
Use Make an API call. It reaches any endpoint of the Fidelimax API with the connection you already set up, so an operation outside the four ready-made modules stays within reach. You write the request yourself, which means reading the Fidelimax API documentation. Note that Make's own Fidelimax page states its content is AI-generated from the vendor docs and may contain mistakes, so verify key details with Fidelimax. Test each call with Run once before switching the scenario on.
05Should Fidelimax be automated with Make or n8n?
It depends on your team. Make offers five Fidelimax modules plus a generic API call, a visual editor, and a Free plan to test with. The same app often has an n8n node too, so check whether the operations you need exist there as well. Base the choice on the tools already in use around your loyalty program and on who will maintain the scenario, rather than on the app itself.
