The Linkuma by Sequance Make integration lets a Make scenario, the automation you build as a chain of bricks called modules, create projects, price and place orders, and read your credits, carts and order lists in Linkuma. You stay in a visual editor and write no code.

Orders placed from a request list. A team keeps its requests in a spreadsheet. Each new row goes through Evaluate a Price of Orders, then Place an Order sends it, so nobody retypes the request inside Linkuma.

A project opened for every new client. When a client is added to your CRM, Create a Project opens the matching project in Linkuma, and Get a Project Details reads it back so you can post a summary to your team chat.

A report that fills itself. List Orders Details and List Projects bring back one item per order or project, which Make can write into a sheet you share with a manager, while Get Credits adds the balance you have left.

Know the limits before you start. The app has no trigger, so something else has to start the scenario: a schedule or another app. The Make documentation gives no description for any of the modules, so the notes below read each one from its name and type, and the doc itself warns that its content was generated by AI and should be checked.     Copy your API key

    You need an active Linkuma by Sequance account. Open your account dashboard, go to the API section from the menu and copy the API key shown on screen. Keep it at hand: Make asks for it in the next step.

    Add a Linkuma module

    In your Make scenario, add any Linkuma by Sequance module and click Create a connection. A connection is your Linkuma account linked to Make once, then reused by every Linkuma module you add.

    Name it and paste the key

    The Connection name field is optional, but a clear name helps when you run several accounts. Paste the API key you copied, follow any on-screen instructions and save. Make now lists what it can read from Linkuma.

    From the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the + to add the first module. Since Linkuma has no trigger, start with the app that holds your requests, such as a spreadsheet.

    Click the + on the right of that first module, search for Linkuma by Sequance and pick Evaluate a Price of Orders. Click Create a connection and paste your API key if you have not linked the account yet.

    Map the request data

    Fill the module fields with data from the first module. Once the connection exists, Make lists the Linkuma objects it can read, so you pick values instead of typing them.

    Click Run once to run the scenario a single time and read the bundles each module received. Keep in mind that Place an Order acts for real, so test with a request you truly want to send.

    Schedule and switch on

    Open Scheduling on the first module. A new scenario runs every 15 minutes by default, which is also the shortest interval on the Free plan. Then switch the scenario on.

That plan allows 2 active scenarios, a shortest interval of 15 minutes between scheduled runs, up to 5 minutes per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer.
