    Log in to your PDF4me Excel account and open the dashboard. Your API token sits in the credentials or API section. Copy it, you will paste it into Make in a moment. You need an active PDF4me Excel account for this.

Yes, on the Make side. PDF4me Excel is a standard app, available from the Free plan. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, runs no more often than every 15 minutes, stops an execution after 5 minutes, handles files up to 5 MB and includes 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams, Enterprise) lower the interval to 1 minute and count usage in operations. PDF4me Excel itself is a separate account: you need an active one with an API key, and its subscription is set on the PDF4me Excel side.
02What do you need to connect PDF4me Excel to Make?
An active PDF4me Excel account and its API key. The key is shown in the PDF4me Excel dashboard, under the credentials or API section. In Make, add any PDF4me Excel module, click Create a connection, give the connection a name if you like, and paste the key. That connection is then reused by all 18 modules, so you only do this once per account. If the key is refused, check that your PDF4me Excel account is still active.
03Can PDF4me Excel trigger a Make scenario in real time?
No. PDF4me Excel has no trigger module at all, so it cannot start a scenario by itself. You have two ways to launch one. Put a trigger from another app first, for example the app where your workbooks are stored; if that app offers an instant trigger, it calls Make through a webhook as soon as something happens. Or run the scenario on a schedule, set on the first module: every 15 minutes by default, and never more often than that on the Free plan.
04What if a PDF4me Excel module is missing in Make?
It depends on the job. PDF4me Excel has no generic Make an API Call module, so there is no universal fallback of that kind.
