What can the SkylerAI Make integration do for you?

The SkylerAI Make integration links your SkylerAI account to Make, a no-code tool where you build a scenario, meaning an automation made of bricks called modules. SkylerAI brings two action modules and no trigger, so another app or a schedule starts the flow and SkylerAI receives the result.

Leads from a web form, without copy and paste. A form tool starts the scenario when someone submits it, and Create a Lead adds that person to SkylerAI. Each submission becomes one bundle, the item Make passes from one module to the next.

Contacts from your CRM or a spreadsheet. When a row or a deal appears in another tool, the same module sends it on, so your sales list in SkylerAI stays fed from where the contact was first captured.

Anything else the API allows. Make an API Call reuses your connection to reach other parts of the SkylerAI API when Create a Lead is not enough.

Be aware that Make's own documentation for SkylerAI is limited: it says there is not enough public information about the app to write a full guide. How do you connect SkylerAI to Make?

    Add a SkylerAI module

    In your scenario, add Create a Lead and click Create a connection. A connection is your SkylerAI account linked to Make once, then reused by both modules of the app.

    Name the connection

    This step is optional, but a clear name such as your workspace or team helps later, when you have several accounts linked and need to pick the right one from a dropdown.

    Authorize and save

    Either approve Make on the SkylerAI page that opens, or paste the key SkylerAI gives you, depending on what the window asks for. Then click Save and the module is ready to fill.

Your first scenario with SkylerAI

    Create the scenario

    Open the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the big +. The first module must come from another app, since SkylerAI has no trigger.

    Pick your lead source

    Search for the tool where contacts first appear, a form builder or a CRM, pick its trigger and connect that account. This module decides when the scenario starts.

    Add Create a Lead

    Click the + on the right of the first module, search SkylerAI, choose Create a Lead and connect your account as shown above.

    Map the contact data

    Fill each field of Create a Lead by clicking into it and picking values from the first module, such as the name or email it received. Make shows what it can read.

    Test with Run once

    Click Run once, then submit a test entry in your source tool. Read the bundles each module received, then check that the new lead shows up in SkylerAI.

    Schedule and switch on

    Set the schedule on the first module (every 15 minutes by default for a new scenario) and turn the scenario on. From then on, each new contact reaches SkylerAI alone.

That plan has limits: 2 active scenarios, at least 15 minutes between two scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams, Enterprise) lower the interval to 1 minute and allow unlimited active scenarios. Make counts usage in operations, one operation being one module run on one bundle. Your SkylerAI subscription is a separate matter this page does not cover.
