Register an app on SoundCloud
Open your SoundCloud account settings, go to the Apps section and register a new app with the details it asks for. If a callback URI is requested, paste https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/soundcloud2, then submit the form.

Copy the two credentials
Once the app is registered, SoundCloud shows a Client ID and a Client secret on screen. Copy both somewhere safe for the next step: Make needs them to talk to your account on your behalf.

Create the connection in Make
In your scenario, add any SoundCloud module and click Create a connection. Give it a name in Connection name if you like, paste the credentials, and follow the on-screen instructions. Every SoundCloud module then reuses this connection.

Yes, SoundCloud is a standard app, so it is available from the Make Free plan. The Free plan comes with limits: 2 active scenarios, at least 15 minutes between scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) lower the interval to 1 minute and remove the cap on active scenarios. Each module run on a bundle counts as one operation on your plan. SoundCloud's own subscription is a separate matter, covered on its pricing page.
