    Create an API key in Unipiazza

    Log in to Unipiazza and open the menu in the top right corner of the dashboard, above your name. Click Integrazione API, then Crea Token, and copy the API key that appears on screen.

    Add a Unipiazza module in Make

    In your Make scenario, add any Unipiazza module and click Create a connection. A connection is your Unipiazza account linked to Make once, then reused by every Unipiazza module. The Connection name field is optional.

    Paste the key and save

    Paste the API key you copied from Unipiazza into the connection window, or follow the instructions Make shows on screen, and save. The module is now ready to fill in, and the next Unipiazza module will offer the same connection.

Build your first scenario with Unipiazza

GoalWhen a sale is recorded in your shop app, Make finds the customer in Unipiazza and credits tokens.

    Start a new scenario

    Open the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the +. Pick the app where sales are recorded and its module that returns new sales: this is the first module.

    Click the + on the right of that module, search for Unipiazza and choose Cerca un cliente. Create the connection, then map the customer data coming from the sale.

    Credit the tokens

    Add Accredita Gettoni ad un Cliente after the search and map the customer it found. Make reuses the connection, so there is no key to paste again.

01Is the Unipiazza Make integration free?
Yes, Unipiazza is a standard app in Make, so you can use it on the Free plan. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, runs scheduled scenarios no more often than every 15 minutes, stops a run after 5 minutes and handles files up to 5 MB, with 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams, Enterprise) drop the interval to 1 minute and remove the cap on active scenarios. You still need an active Unipiazza account, whose subscription is set on the Unipiazza side.
02What does the Unipiazza connection to Make require?
You need an active Unipiazza account and an API key. In Unipiazza, open the menu at the top right of the dashboard above your name, click Integrazione API, then Crea Token, and copy the key shown on screen. In Make, add a Unipiazza module, click Create a connection, give it a name if you like, and paste the key. That single connection then serves all 11 Unipiazza modules in your scenarios, so the key is entered only once.
03Can a Unipiazza event start a Make scenario instantly?
No. Unipiazza has no trigger module in Make, neither scheduled nor instant, so Unipiazza itself never starts a scenario. You have two ways to begin anyway. Put the trigger of another app first, such as your checkout, form or booking tool, and let the Unipiazza modules follow it. Or start the scenario on a Make schedule, every 15 minutes by default, and fetch what you need from Unipiazza at each run. Modules whose names sound like events, such as Nuovo Cliente, are listed as actions.
