ABC Sales AI Zapier integrationAutomate ABC Sales AI with Zapier.
The ABC Sales AI Zapier integration does one job: it writes leads. 0 triggers, 1 action, 0 searches. Something happens in another tool, Zapier creates or refreshes the matching lead in ABC Sales AI, and nobody copies a name by hand.

What the ABC Sales AI Zapier integration actually does
Connecting ABC Sales AI to Zapier means one thing: other apps can feed it leads. Zapier watches a tool you already use, and when something new shows up there, it runs Create or Update Lead in ABC Sales AI. That is the whole surface. It is a one-way street, into ABC Sales AI.
Three things people build with it. First, a lead list that fills itself: every row a sales assistant adds to a shared spreadsheet lands in ABC Sales AI as a lead, with the name already in place. Second, a lead record that stays current: when the same contact turns up again in your source tool, the action updates the existing lead instead of piling up a twin (the operation is literally called create or update). Third, a cleaner handoff from events: a recruiter or an event organizer exporting attendees can push each one into ABC Sales AI without a weekly copy-paste session.
Now the part the app page does not spell out. ABC Sales AI has no trigger on Zapier, so nothing that happens inside ABC Sales AI can start a Zap. A deal won, a lead scored, a reply received: Zapier will never hear about it. There is no search either, so a Zap cannot look up a lead first and decide what to do. And there is nothing to delete, archive or send. If your plan was to get data out of ABC Sales AI, this integration will not do it.
If that limit matters, compare the tools before you commit. The Make vs Zapier and n8n vs Zapier comparisons put the three tools side by side, so you can check which one fits a lead flow like this.
Zapier in one minute
Seven words come back on this page. Here is what each one means in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every single time that trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event, in some app, that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is switched on, Zapier sits and waits for that event to happen.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts. Here, the action writes a lead into ABC Sales AI for you, so nobody has to type it.
- Task
- What Zapier bills: one action that completes successfully. The number on your plan is a count of those, nothing else.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked on a timer for new items. An instant trigger is reported by the app the moment the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when the incoming data meets your condition, and quietly stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your ABC Sales AI account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step in every Zap that writes to ABC Sales AI.
What it really costs
ABC Sales AI is not a premium app, so it works on the free plan. The bill is counted in tasks, and only successful actions count.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps
- Premium appNo, works on the free plan
- One lead written1 task
- Free plan Zap size2 steps: one trigger, one action
The trigger on the other app never costs a task, and checking for new data costs nothing either. Each lead that Create or Update Lead writes successfully is one task; a run that fails is not counted. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and builds two-step Zaps only: one trigger, one action. Add a filter (say, to skip rows without a name) and the Zap becomes a multi-step Zap, which needs a paid plan.
Connect ABC Sales AI to Zapier
- 01
Open your connections
In Zapier, go to the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. You need an existing ABC Sales AI account first; Zapier does not create one for you.
- 02
Find the app
Type ABC Sales AI in the search box of the dialog, pick it from the list, then click Add connection. A new browser tab opens on the ABC Sales AI side.
- 03
Sign in and allow access
Log in to ABC Sales AI in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. That connection is made once, and every Zap you build later that writes leads reuses it.
Your first Zap: spreadsheet rows to leads
GoalEvery new row a sales assistant adds to a shared Google Sheets file becomes a lead in ABC Sales AI.
- 01
Create the Zap
Start a new Zap. ABC Sales AI cannot start it, so the first step is the spreadsheet: pick the app and the event that should kick things off.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the trigger test. Zapier brings back the three most recent rows of the connected sheet, so you build the rest on a real row, not a blank one.
- 03
Add the lead action
Add a step, choose ABC Sales AI and the Create or Update Lead event, then select the connection made earlier. Map the name column of the sheet to Lead name.
- 04
Optional: tell the team
A third step can email the account owner. Keep in mind it turns the Zap into a multi-step Zap, so this version needs a paid plan; on the free plan, stop after the lead.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test each step once and read what came back. When the lead shows up in ABC Sales AI as expected, click Publish to switch the Zap on.
The ABC Sales AI action
ABC Sales AI gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Create or Update Lead
ActionIn Zapier“Creates or Updates a Lead in ABC Sales AI”
Writes a lead into ABC Sales AI from whatever another app sends: a new lead if it is not there yet, a refreshed one if it already exists.
When it breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to ABC Sales AI, so the known failure modes are the general ones of any Zap.
None of these is specific to ABC Sales AI, but each one hits a lead-writing Zap sooner or later. If a Zap stalls anyway, the Zapier troubleshooting page walks through the usual checks.
Old leads are never picked up
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Rows already in the sheet stay where they are; moving that backlog is a separate job.The Zap that feeds itself
If a Zap writes into the very place its own trigger watches, it sets itself off again and again and burns through your task count fast.Bulk imports get held back
Import a big batch of rows at once and the trigger returns all of it in one go. Zapier's flood protection can hold that batch back instead of running it.Duplicates on the trigger side
On a polling trigger, Zapier remembers what it has already seen, so the same row does not start the Zap twice. One row, one lead written.
