Overview

What the Adify Zapier integration actually does

Adify, run by RE/MAX EU, handles digital marketing from end to end: banners, landing pages, audiences and the strategy behind them. Zapier links it to the rest of your tools. When Adify receives a lead, Zapier hears about it right away and passes it on to whatever app you choose.

A CRM that fills itself. A team lead running three agents wants every campaign lead in HubSpot, not in an inbox. New Lead starts the Zap and a contact is created in the CRM within moments.

A phone that buzzes on time. Leads cool fast. Route each one to a text message or a chat channel so the agent on duty calls back while the prospect is still on the listing page.

A clean weekly report. Send every lead to a Google Sheets row, and the review of which campaigns worked starts from real numbers instead of guesses.

What Zapier does not do here: it only listens. Adify has no actions and no searches on Zapier, so a Zap cannot create a campaign, edit an audience or look up an older lead in Adify. Everything flows one way, out of Adify, and any reply to the lead happens in the tool that receives it.

Vocabulary

Zapier vocabulary in one minute

Seven Zapier words, each one tied back to the single thing Adify sends: a lead.

Zap
One automation: a lead comes in through Adify, and the steps you chose run on it every time, on their own.
Trigger
The event in an app that starts the Zap. Here it is a new lead in Adify, and Zapier waits for it once the Zap is on.
Action
What the Zap does once it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something in another app for you.
Task
The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action completed successfully, and your plan counts those.
Instant vs polling
An instant trigger is reported by the app the moment it happens. A polling one is checked by Zapier on a timer instead.
Filter
A step that lets the Zap carry on only when what arrived meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
Connection
Your Adify account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every Zap that listens to Adify for leads.
Cost

What an Adify Zap really costs

Listening to Adify is free; you only pay for what you do with each lead.

  • Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps
  • Premium appNo, available on the free plan
  • Trigger typeInstant, interval grid does not apply

The New Lead trigger costs nothing. What you pay for is the step after it in the other app: each one that goes through counts as one task, and a failed one is not counted. Adify is not a premium app, so the free plan works, and since the trigger is instant the interval grid below never slows it down. The catch: on the free plan a Zap stops at two steps. A filter or a second action makes it multi-step, which needs a paid plan.

Connect

Connect your Adify account in three steps

  1. 01

    Open the Apps page

In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. You will need an Adify account first, with access to the campaigns whose leads you want.

  2. 02

    Find Adify and confirm

Type Adify in the search box of the dialog that appears, pick it from the list, then click Add connection. A new browser tab opens on the Adify side.

  3. 03

    Sign in and grant access

Log in to Adify in that tab and allow Zapier to use the account. The connection is saved once, and every future Zap that listens to Adify simply reuses it.

First Zap

Your first Zap: every Adify lead becomes a HubSpot contact

GoalEach lead that reaches Adify is created as a contact in HubSpot, so the sales pipeline starts from one place.

  1. 01

Create the Zap and set the trigger

Start a new Zap, pick Adify and the New Lead event, then select your connection. A lightning bolt in the editor confirms the trigger is instant.

  2. 02

Test the trigger on a real lead

Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent leads of the account, so you map the next steps against an actual prospect.

  3. 03

    Create the HubSpot contact

Add HubSpot and its Create Contact action, then map what Adify sent into the matching HubSpot fields. On its own, this two-step Zap runs on the free plan.

  4. 04

    Ping the sales channel

From the plus icon, add a Slack message so the agent on duty sees the lead. A second action makes the Zap multi-step, so it needs a paid plan.

  5. 05

    Test, then publish

Run each action once on the test lead and check the contact and the message really appeared. Then click Publish to switch the Zap on.

Triggers

Adify trigger

1 event starts a Zap when something happens in Adify, and one of them is instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.

1

New Lead

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is received.”

Starts a Zap each time a lead comes in through Adify, so the next step can file it, alert someone or log it. It is the only operation Adify offers on Zapier, and the entry point of every Adify Zap.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan
When to use it
an agent should get a call-back reminder on their phone while the prospect is still browsing the property listing.
Watch out
leads that arrived before you published the Zap are never sent, so plan a separate export for the backlog.
When it breaks

When an Adify Zap breaks

No help article on Zapier covers Adify specifically. The cases below are general Zapier limits, seen from a lead that should have reached your team.

With a single instant trigger, most problems come from what reaches the Zap and when. If a Zap still misbehaves after these checks, the Zapier troubleshooting guide goes further.

  • Last month's leads never show up

A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Leads received earlier stay in Adify, and moving that history is a separate job.
  • A campaign burst gets held back

If a big campaign sends a huge batch of leads at once, Zapier's flood protection can hold the batch back instead of running every one of them.
  • Free plan Zap refuses a filter

Adding a filter to keep only certain leads turns the Zap into a multi-step one. On the free plan it cannot be published until you upgrade.
  • The task count runs out mid-month

Each lead costs one task per action that follows. A busy month with two actions per lead can drain the 100 free tasks well before the month ends.

FAQ

Adify Zapier integration: questions

01Is the Adify Zapier integration free?
Yes, as far as Zapier goes. Adify is not a premium app, so it runs on the free plan, which gives you 100 tasks a month and as many Zaps as you like. The limit is the shape of the Zap: on the free plan it has two steps, the New Lead trigger and one action in another app. Add a filter or a second action and it becomes a multi-step Zap, which needs a paid plan. Your Adify subscription is a separate matter.
02How many tasks does an Adify Zap use?
One task per action that completes, and the trigger itself costs nothing. A Zap that turns each lead into a CRM contact uses one task per lead. Add a Slack alert and it uses two. An action that fails is not counted against your plan. So the real question is how many leads your campaigns bring in each month, multiplied by the number of actions per lead, compared with the 100 tasks of the free plan.
03Does Adify send leads to Zapier in real time?
Yes. New Lead is an instant trigger: Adify tells Zapier the moment a lead comes in, and the Zap starts straight away. The plan interval grid, 15 minutes on Free down to 1 on Team and Enterprise, does not apply to it. That is the most useful thing to know on a free plan, because your leads move as fast as on a paid one. The editor shows a lightning bolt on Zaps built this way.
04What does it take to connect Adify to Zapier?
An Adify account, plus access to the campaigns whose leads you want if someone else owns them. From the Apps page of Zapier you click + Add connection, pick Adify, sign in in the tab that opens and grant access. The connection is created once and reused by every Zap. To test properly, make sure the account has received at least one lead, since the test pulls back the three most recent.
05Can a Zap pick up Adify leads from before it was published?
No. A Zap only reacts to leads that arrive after you switch it on, and nothing that already existed is picked up. If your CRM needs last quarter's leads too, that backlog has to be moved some other way, as a one-off job. Once the Zap is live, Zapier keeps track of what it has seen, so the same lead does not start the Zap twice. Plan the backlog move before you switch the Zap on.
06What if the Adify operation you need is not there?
Then Zapier cannot do it with this integration. Adify offers a single trigger, New Lead, and no actions or searches. That means no Zap can create a campaign, change an audience or fetch an older lead inside Adify. Anything that has to happen in Adify itself stays a manual job there, or goes through another tool that offers more for this app. The list can change, so check the Adify page on Zapier from time to time.
07Zapier, Make or n8n for Adify?
Decide on speed of setup and on volume. Zapier gives you New Lead as an instant trigger with no code, and the lead can go to almost any app Zapier supports. Make and n8n make sense if your team already builds there, but first check that each one has an Adify connector at all. Then multiply your monthly leads by the actions you run on each, and compare what each tool charges for that. No single tool fits every agency, so let your own numbers decide.
