Admanage Zapier integrationAutomate Admanage with Zapier.
The Admanage Zapier integration has 0 triggers, 1 action and 0 searches. Admanage cannot start a Zap on its own, but it can receive: another app spots a new creative, and Zapier hands it to Admanage by its file link. It works on the free plan.

What the Admanage Zapier integration actually does
Admanage is built to take the manual work out of launching ads. Through Zapier, it gets one entry point: an action that uploads an ad from a file link. Something else has to start the Zap, then Admanage receives the file. That is the whole integration, and it is enough for a clean handoff from design to launch.
Three ways teams use that single Upload Ad action:
A drop folder that feeds the ad queue. The designer saves the final visual in a shared cloud folder, and the file goes to Admanage without anyone downloading or re-uploading it.
An approval sheet that ships what gets approved. The media buyer keeps a sheet of creatives with their links. When a row is marked approved, a filter (a step that lets the Zap continue only when a condition is met) lets it through and the ad is uploaded.
A form for freelance creatives. Outside designers submit their work through a form that collects a file link, and each submission ends up in Admanage, ready for the next campaign.
What Zapier does not do with Admanage: there is no trigger and no search. A Zap cannot react to something happening inside Admanage, and it cannot look up an ad that is already there. The flow only goes one way, into the app. If you need either, put the options next to each other with n8n vs Zapier and Make vs Zapier.
Zapier words, in plain English
Before you build an upload Zap, these seven words are the ones the editor will throw at you.
- Zap
- A Zap is your automation: an event in one app starts it, then one or more actions follow every time that event happens.
- Trigger
- The event that starts a Zap. Admanage has none, so the trigger always comes from another app, like a folder or a form.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it has started. Here, Upload Ad: the step that sends a file to Admanage for you.
- Task
- What your plan counts. Each Upload Ad that goes through is one task; the waiting and checking around it are free.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer. An instant trigger is reported by its app straight away. It depends on the app you start from.
- Filter
- A checkpoint between trigger and upload: only files that meet your condition pass, the rest stop there without an upload.
- Connection
- Your Admanage account, linked to Zapier once and then reused by every Zap that sends ads to it.
What it costs to run
Admanage is not a premium app, so it works on the free plan. What you pay for is each upload that goes through.
- Premium appNo, works on Free
- Free plan tasks100 per month
- Free plan Zap size2 steps: 1 trigger, 1 action
- Cost per upload1 task when it succeeds
The trigger never costs a task, and Zapier checking for new files is free however often it looks. Each Upload Ad that succeeds is one task; an upload that fails is not counted. The free plan gives you 100 tasks a month and builds two-step Zaps only: one trigger, one action. Add a filter or a second action and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The grid below sets how often a polling trigger is checked.
Connect Admanage to Zapier
- 01
Open your Apps page
Log in to Zapier with your Admanage credentials nearby, since the next tab will ask for them. On the Apps page, hit + Add connection; a search dialog appears.
- 02
Pick Admanage
Type Admanage in the search box, select it in the list of results, then click Add connection. A new browser tab then opens straight on the Admanage side.
- 03
Sign in and allow access
Log in to Admanage in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. The connection now shows on the Apps page, ready for any Zap that ends with an upload.
Your first Zap: approved creatives straight to Admanage
GoalUpload each new file from a shared Drive folder to Admanage, but only the ones whose name marks them as final.
- 01
Create the Zap and pick the trigger
Start a new Zap. Since Admanage has no trigger, choose the app that holds the creatives and its new-file event, then point it at the shared folder.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent files of the connected account, so you build the rest of the Zap on a real creative.
- 03
Add the filter
Click the plus icon, add Filter, then set the field to check, the rule and the value. Use a text rule on the file name, or the filter never passes.
- 04
Add Upload Ad
Add Admanage as the next step and choose Upload Ad. Map the File URL field to the file link from the trigger. The filter makes it a multi-step Zap, so a paid plan is needed.
- 05
Test, then publish
Run each step once and check what Admanage sent back. When the test upload looks right, click Publish to switch the Zap on.
The Admanage action
Admanage gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

When an Admanage Zap breaks
No help article and no limit of its own are attached to Admanage on Zapier. What follows is what goes wrong on any Zap that feeds it files.
They come from the app that starts the Zap as much as from Admanage, so read the trigger first. For a fault that keeps returning, open Zapier troubleshooting.
Older creatives are never uploaded
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Files already in the folder stay where they are; moving the backlog is a separate job.The Zap loops on itself
If a step writes back into the folder or sheet the trigger watches, the Zap sets itself off again and again and burns through your task count fast.A bulk import gets held back
Dropping a huge batch of files at once, after a migration for example, can trigger Zapier's flood protection, which holds the run back instead of firing it.The same file is not uploaded twice
On a polling trigger, Zapier remembers what it has already seen, so one file never starts the Zap twice. Expect one upload per new file, not more.
