Adpile Zapier integrationAutomate Adpile with Zapier.

The Adpile Zapier integration comes down to 1 trigger, 0 actions and 0 searches. Each new lead your Adpile ads collect can start a workflow in another tool, and that single trigger is instant, so it fires right away even on the free plan.

Overview

What the Adpile Zapier integration is for

Adpile is where you put ads together and keep the leads they bring in. Zapier carries those leads out of Adpile to the rest of your tools. The link runs one way only: Adpile announces a new lead, and another app takes it from there, since Zapier lists no Adpile action.

Three results people usually set up with New Lead. A mailing list that fills itself: a yoga studio running a trial-class ad sends every new contact to its newsletter tool. A sales follow-up that starts on time: a solar panel installer pushes each lead into its CRM so a rep can call while the interest is fresh. A running log: a freelance coach keeps one spreadsheet row per lead to see which ad works.

All three benefit from the same detail: the trigger is instant. Adpile warns Zapier as soon as the lead exists, so the free plan does not mean a wait.

What Zapier does not do here: it cannot create an ad, edit a campaign or update a lead inside Adpile. There is no search step either, so a Zap cannot look up a lead that already exists. Everything after the trigger happens in another app.

Vocabulary

Zapier vocabulary, the short version

Seven words come back across this page. Here is what each one means in practice.

Zap
The automation you build on Zapier: a trigger first, then one or more actions that run every time that event happens.
Trigger
The event in an app that starts a Zap. Once the Zap is on, Zapier sits and waits for that event.
Action
What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you in another app.
Task
What Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. The number on your plan counts these.
Instant vs polling
An instant trigger is reported by the app the moment the event happens. A polling one is checked by Zapier on a timer.
Filter
A step that lets the Zap continue only when the incoming lead meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
Connection
Your Adpile account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step of every Zap that talks to Adpile.
Cost

What a lead really costs you

Adpile is not a premium app, so it runs on the free plan.

  • Free plan100 tasks a month
  • Free plan Zap size1 trigger + 1 action
  • Premium appNo
  • New LeadInstant, any plan

The New Lead trigger never costs a task. You pay one task for each action that succeeds after it, and an action that fails is not counted. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and builds two-step Zaps: one trigger, one action. That fits a simple lead handoff. Add a filter or a second action and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The interval grid below only concerns polling triggers; this one is instant.

Connect

Connect Adpile to Zapier in 3 steps

  1. 01

    Start from Apps

Open the Apps page of your Zapier account and click + Add connection. Have your Adpile login at hand, plus access to anything in Adpile you do not own yourself. It saves a detour.

  2. 02

    Find Adpile

Search for Adpile by name in the dialog that appears, select it in the results, then click Add connection. Adpile opens in a new browser tab. Keep it open.

  3. 03

    Log in and grant access

Sign in to Adpile in that tab and allow Zapier to reach the account. Once done, the connection sits in your list and any future Zap can pick it. Nothing to repeat.

First Zap

Your first Zap: every Adpile lead added to Mailchimp

GoalEach lead collected by an Adpile ad becomes a subscriber in the newsletter audience.

  1. 01

    Pick the trigger

Create a Zap, choose Adpile as the app that starts it and New Lead as the event, then select your Adpile connection. Nothing else to set.

  2. 02

    Test on a real lead

Run the trigger test. Zapier pulls the three most recent leads of the account so you can map fields on a real one. No lead yet? Submit a test one first.

  3. 03

    Add the subscriber step

Add Mailchimp as the next step, pick the audience, and map the email and name from the Adpile lead into the matching fields.

  4. 04

    Test and publish

Test the Mailchimp step and check the subscriber it created. Then click Publish. From now on, each new lead costs one task.

Triggers

The Adpile trigger on Zapier

1 event starts a Zap when something happens in Adpile, and one of them is instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.

1

New Lead

Instant trigger

In Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is created.”

Starts your Zap each time Adpile records a fresh lead from one of your ads, so the contact moves to the tool that handles follow-up without anyone exporting a list. It is the only Adpile event Zapier offers, which keeps the setup short: there is nothing to choose between.

How it fires
the app tells Zapier the moment it happens, so the Zap starts right away, whatever your plan
When to use it
a dental clinic that wants each appointment request from its ad to reach the front desk before the person loses interest.
Watch out
leads that existed before you published the Zap are never sent.
When it breaks

When it breaks

Zapier ties no help article to Adpile, so the known weak points are the general ones of every Zap.

These rarely come with a clear error. They show up as leads missing from the next tool, or a free-plan Zap that suddenly asks for a paid plan once a third step is added. The Zapier troubleshooting guide lists the checks to run first.

  • Last month's leads never show up

A Zap reacts only to what happens after it is switched on. Leads Adpile collected before you clicked Publish stay in Adpile; moving them is a separate job.
  • A big batch gets held back

If a large wave of leads arrives at once, after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold the trigger back before the Zap runs.
  • The free plan refuses a third step

A filter, a second action or a search turns the Zap multi-step. On the free plan, it has to stay one trigger and one action.

FAQ

Adpile Zapier integration: frequent questions

01Is the Adpile Zapier integration free?
Yes. Adpile is not a premium app, so it works on the free Zapier plan, which gives 100 tasks a month and Zaps of two steps: one trigger and one action. A plain handoff, such as one new lead sent to one tool, fits inside that. Once you add a filter, a second action or a search, the Zap becomes multi-step and needs a paid plan. No price is quoted here, since Zapier changes its grids too often for a number to stay right.
02How many tasks does each Adpile lead use?
As many as the actions that succeed after the trigger. The New Lead trigger itself costs nothing, and an action that fails is not counted. A Zap that sends each lead to one tool uses one task per lead; a Zap that sends it to three tools uses three. A few apps and actions take more than one task when they complete, so check the tool on the receiving end as well before you estimate a monthly volume.
03Does Adpile send leads to Zapier in real time?
Yes. New Lead is an instant trigger: Adpile tells Zapier as soon as the lead exists, and the Zap starts right away whatever your plan. The polling interval of the free plan, 15 minutes, does not apply to it. That is the main reason this integration is useful on a free account. The trigger type is set by the app and cannot be changed in the editor; instant Zaps show a lightning bolt there.
04What does it take to connect Adpile to Zapier?
An Adpile account and a Zapier account. From the Apps page in Zapier, add a connection, pick Adpile, sign in through the tab that opens and grant access. If the Zap should read leads you do not own yourself, your login needs access to them too. The connection is made once, and every Zap you build afterwards can reuse it without signing in again. A Zapier account on the free plan is enough to start.
05Why is a lead from before the Zap missing?
Because a Zap only reacts to events that happen after it is published. Leads already stored in Adpile are never fetched, even if the trigger test showed some of them. That test simply brings back the three most recent leads so the fields can be mapped on a real record. To move older leads into another tool, export or copy them separately; the Zap will not backfill them for you.
06What if Adpile has no action for what is needed?
Then look at the tool that receives the lead, not at Adpile. With New Lead as its only operation, Adpile's job in a Zap is to hand the contact over the second it exists; the CRM, mailing tool, spreadsheet or chat on the other side does the rest, and that is usually where the missing step lives. Pausing an ad, editing a campaign or correcting a lead stays a manual job inside Adpile, since Zapier offers no action and no search for it.
07Zapier, Make or n8n for Adpile?
Decide on criteria, not on a ranking. Check first whether each tool lists Adpile and which events it exposes; on Zapier that is one instant trigger. Then compare billing: Zapier counts one task per successful action, so volume drives cost. Finally weigh setup effort: Zapier is the most guided, while the other two give more control for branching logic. Map those three points to the number of leads your ads bring in.
