Advertizip Zapier integrationAutomate Advertizip with Zapier.
The Advertizip Zapier integration gives you 2 triggers, 1 action and 0 searches. Enough to push real-estate leads from forms and ad campaigns into the rest of your tools, or to feed contacts back into Advertizip. Here is what each piece does, costs and breaks.

What the Advertizip Zapier integration actually does
It links Advertizip, a lead generation and marketing automation platform built for real estate, to the other apps you run. Zapier watches Advertizip for new leads and hands them on, or it creates a lead in Advertizip when something happens elsewhere. No code, one connection, and the free plan is enough to start.
Three results people usually build first. A shared lead sheet: every person who fills in one of your Advertizip forms lands as a row, so the whole brokerage sees the same list (New Lead From a Form). An ad-to-inbox alert: a lead coming from a running campaign pings the listing agent before a competitor calls back (New Lead From Ads). One contact base: an open-house sign-up captured in another tool becomes an Advertizip lead, ready for your sequences (Add Lead).
What Zapier does not do here. Both triggers are polling ones, so nothing arrives the second it happens. There is no search step, so a Zap cannot look up an existing Advertizip lead before acting. And the only write operation is adding a lead: no update, no tag, no deletion. Plan your Zaps around that one door in.
If you are weighing platforms before you build, the n8n vs Zapier comparison sets out the criteria, and the Zapier review covers the tool itself.
Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Seven words come back on every line of this page. Here they are in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time that trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is switched on, Zapier sits and waits for that event.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something on your behalf.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills you for: one action your Zap completes successfully. Your plan counts these and nothing else.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked on a timer by Zapier. An instant one is reported by the app itself the moment the event occurs.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when the incoming data meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your Advertizip account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step of every Zap that touches Advertizip.
What it really costs
Advertizip is not reserved to paid plans: it runs on the free plan from day one.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- Trigger checksNever billed
- Failed actionNot counted
The trigger never costs a task, and neither does Zapier checking for new leads, however often it looks. Each action that succeeds counts as one task; a failed one counts for nothing. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, but only two steps per Zap. Add a filter or a second action and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. One more nuance: a few apps and actions take more than one task when they complete, so read the task count after your first real run.
Connect your Advertizip account
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. Type Advertizip in the dialog and pick it from the list. You only need an Advertizip account to get this far.
- 02
Sign in to Advertizip
Click Add connection. A new tab opens on Advertizip: sign in with the account whose leads you want Zapier to see. If the forms belong to a colleague, you need read or write access on them first.
- 03
Grant access
Allow Zapier to use the account. The connection now shows on the Apps page, and every Zap you build later reuses it without asking again. One connection, as many Zaps as you like.
Your first Advertizip Zap
GoalEvery lead from an Advertizip form becomes a row in the brokerage's shared sheet.
- 01
Create the Zap
Start a new Zap and choose Advertizip as the app that starts it. Pick New Lead From a Form as the event, then select the connection made above.
- 02
Pick the form
Fill in Select Form with the valuation request form, or whichever form feeds your agents. Only leads from that form will start this Zap.
- 03
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent leads of that form, so you map the next steps on a real person rather than on blank fields.
- 04
Add the actions
Add the sheet step and map the lead's details into its columns, then the email step for the listing agent. Two actions make this a multi-step Zap, so it needs a paid plan.
- 05
Test, then publish
Run each step once and check what came back in the sheet and the inbox. When it looks right, click Publish to switch the Zap on.
Advertizip triggers
2 events start a Zap when something happens in Advertizip. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
New Lead From a Form
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is created from an Advertizip Form.”
Starts your Zap whenever someone submits one of your Advertizip forms, and passes that new lead to the next step. You choose the form, so a buyer enquiry and a seller valuation can feed two different Zaps.
New Lead From Ads
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is generated through an active ad campaign.”
Kicks off the Zap when an active ad campaign in Advertizip generates a lead. It does not care which form was used: what matters is that the person came in through a campaign that is currently running.
Advertizip actions
Advertizip gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.
Operations index
Add Lead
ActionIn Zapier“Adds a new lead or contact in your account.”
Creates a new lead or contact in your Advertizip account from data another app hands over. The contact then sits alongside the ones your own forms collect.
When it breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to Advertizip and lists no limit of its own. What breaks is the general behaviour of any Zap.
Four cases worth knowing before you switch anything on.
Old leads are never picked up
A Zap only reacts to leads that arrive after it is published. Everything already sitting in Advertizip stays put; moving that backlog is a separate job.A Zap that feeds itself
If a Zap writes into the very place its trigger watches, it sets itself off again and again, and burns through your monthly task count fast.Bulk imports get held back
When a trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold those items back.No duplicate starts
On a polling trigger Zapier remembers what it has already seen, so the same lead never starts the Zap twice, even across several checks.
