Kunversion+ Zapier integrationAutomate Kunversion+ with Zapier.
The Kunversion+ Zapier integration gives you 1 trigger, 1 action and 0 searches. One side listens for each new lead in your real estate CRM, the other pushes leads in from your forms, ads or spreadsheets. Small, but it covers the two moves that matter.

What the Kunversion+ Zapier integration is for
Kunversion+ is a CRM built for real estate teams that generate and work buyer and seller leads. The Zapier integration links it to the rest of your tools in both directions: a new lead in Kunversion+ can start an automation, and a lead captured anywhere else can be added to Kunversion+ without retyping it.
Three results agents usually build. A lead alert outside the CRM: New Lead starts the Zap and the contact lands in a team sheet, a chat channel or an email to the listing agent. A single inbox for leads: a form on your site or an ad campaign feeds Add Lead, so every prospect ends up in Kunversion+ with the rest. A clean handover between tools: leads created in Kunversion+ copied into your accounting or mailing tool as they come in.
What Zapier does not do here. There is no search, so a Zap cannot check whether a lead already exists before adding one. There is no update action either: once a lead is in, changes happen inside Kunversion+. And the trigger skips transferred leads; only leads added to your account count, which matters on busy teams.
If you are still choosing a platform, the n8n vs Zapier comparison is worth a read, and our Zapier training is there if you want to build Zaps yourself.
Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Seven words come back all over this page. Plain English versions below.
- Zap
- The automation you build in Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap, such as a new lead in Kunversion+. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or creates something for you, like adding a lead.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. Your plan allowance is a count of those.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer. An instant trigger is pushed by the app itself as soon as the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when the data that arrived meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
- Search step
- A step that looks up a record that already exists so later steps can use it. Kunversion+ offers none on Zapier.
What a Kunversion+ Zap really costs
Kunversion+ is not a premium app on Zapier, so it works on the free plan.
- Free plan100 tasks per month, unlimited Zaps
- Free plan Zap sizeTwo steps: one trigger, one action
- Premium appNo, works on the free plan
- New LeadInstant, the interval grid does not apply
New Lead never costs a task: triggers are free, and so is Zapier watching for events. Each action that succeeds counts as one task, including Add Lead; one that fails is not billed. Because New Lead is an instant trigger, the plan interval grid does not apply to it. The free plan only builds two-step Zaps, one trigger and one action, so adding a filter to keep only some leads, or a second action, means a paid plan.
Connect Kunversion+ to Zapier in 3 steps
- 01
Open your connections
In Zapier, open the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. A connection is your Kunversion+ account linked once, then reused by every Zap that touches it.
- 02
Find Kunversion+
Type Kunversion+ in the search field of the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. A new tab opens so you can sign in on the Kunversion+ side.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log in to Kunversion+ in that tab and allow Zapier to use the account. You need your own account, plus access to any leads you did not create but want the Zap to read or write.
Your first Zap: alert the team for every new Kunversion+ lead
GoalEach new lead added to Kunversion+ is emailed to the agent on duty within moments.
- 01
Create the Zap
Start a new Zap and pick Kunversion+ as the app that starts it, with New Lead as the event. Connect your account if Zapier asks.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test: Zapier brings back the three most recent leads of the connected account. Pick a real one so the next steps can be mapped on actual data.
- 03
Keep only usable leads
A filter, set on a field of the lead and a condition you choose, keeps alerts to the leads that matter. It turns the Zap into a multi-step Zap, which needs a paid plan; skip it on Free.
- 04
Add the email
Add the email step, then map into the message the lead details the agent needs to call back. Test it once and read what came back before you go on.
- 05
Publish
Click Publish to switch the Zap on. From then on, every new lead sets it off straight away, whatever your plan. You can turn it off again at any time.
Kunversion+ triggers on Zapier

When a Kunversion+ Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to Kunversion+. The cases below are the general limits every Zap shares, read through a real estate CRM.
The worst one is specific to apps with both a lead trigger and a lead action. If a case is not covered here, our Zapier troubleshooting page is the next place to look.
The lead loop
A Zap that starts on New Lead and ends with Add Lead in the same account sets itself off again and again, and burns through your task count fast.No backlog
The Zap only reacts to leads added after you publish it. Leads already in Kunversion+ never start it; moving them is a separate job.Bulk imports held back
Importing a large list into Kunversion+ can produce a sudden flood of events, and Zapier's flood protection can hold that batch back.Transfers are invisible
New Lead ignores transferred leads. A lead reassigned to you from a colleague will not start the Zap, even though it is new to you.
