L3MBDA Zapier integrationAutomate L3MBDA with Zapier.
The L3MBDA Zapier integration gives you 4 triggers and no action. All four are instant and listen for on-chain transfers: native coins such as ETH and POL, ERC20 tokens, and ERC721 or ERC1155 NFTs. Here is what each one catches, what a Zap costs and where it breaks.

What the L3MBDA Zapier integration is good for
L3MBDA watches blockchain activity for DeFi research, smart contract monitoring and crypto tax records. On Zapier it works in one direction only: a transfer it detects starts a Zap, and the rest of the work happens in your other tools, from a sheet to a chat channel.
Three results people build with it. A ledger that writes itself: Listen to ERC20 Token Transfers sends each token movement to a spreadsheet, which gives your accountant a running record for tax time. Alerts on the wallets you care about: Listen to Native (ETH, POL) Transfers pings a channel when coins move, so the team does not refresh a block explorer all day. NFT activity in your CRM or community tools: the ERC721 and ERC1155 triggers pass each NFT movement on, for example to thank a buyer or update a holder list.
What Zapier cannot do here matters too. L3MBDA has no action, so a Zap never sends, signs or writes anything on-chain through it. There is no search either, so a Zap cannot look up a past transfer or a balance. Everything starts from a new transfer, and only from one.

Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Six terms explain everything below. Here they are in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time that trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. With L3MBDA, the event is always a transfer it has spotted.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts. L3MBDA offers none, so every action comes from another app, such as a sheet or a chat tool.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. Each action that completes successfully is one task, and your plan counts them per month.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself: it calls Zapier the moment the event happens, so nothing waits for a timed check.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when the incoming data meets your condition, and stops it every other time.
What an L3MBDA Zap really costs
L3MBDA is not a premium app, so it works on the free Zapier plan. The bill comes from the actions in your other apps, never from the transfer itself.
- Free plan100 tasks per month, unlimited Zaps
- Free plan Zap size2 steps: one trigger, one action
- Premium appNo, available on every plan
- L3MBDA triggers4 instant, 0 polling
A trigger firing never costs a task, so a busy wallet does not cost anything on its own. What counts is each action that succeeds afterwards: one row written, one message sent. A failed action is not billed. The free plan stops at two steps, one trigger and one action; add a filter to keep only some transfers, or a second action, and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The interval grid below is for polling triggers only, and all four L3MBDA triggers are instant.
Connect L3MBDA to Zapier in 3 steps
- 01
Open your connections
On Zapier, open the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. A connection is your L3MBDA account linked once and reused by every Zap that listens to it.
- 02
Find L3MBDA
Type L3MBDA in the dialog's search box, pick it, then click Add connection. Zapier opens a separate tab where L3MBDA asks you to sign in to your account.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log in to L3MBDA in that tab and let Zapier use the account. You need an L3MBDA account, plus read access on anything you do not own yourself and want a Zap to watch.
Your first Zap: log the token transfers you care about in a sheet
GoalEvery token transfer that meets your condition lands as a new row in your tracking sheet.
- 01
Set the trigger
Create a Zap, choose L3MBDA and the Listen to ERC20 Token Transfers event, then your connection. It is instant, so the editor marks it with a lightning bolt.
- 02
Test it on real data
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent transfers from your account, so the next steps are mapped on actual values, not placeholders.
- 03
Add a filter
Click the plus icon, add Filter, then pick a field from the test transfer, a rule and the value to compare with. A text rule on a number never passes, so match the rule to the field.
- 04
Write the row
Add your spreadsheet app as the action and map the fields you want from the test transfer into columns. Test the step and check that the new row looks right.
- 05
Publish
Click Publish. With the filter this is a three-step Zap that needs a paid plan; on the free plan, drop the filter and log every transfer instead.
L3MBDA triggers
4 events start a Zap when something happens in L3MBDA, and 4 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
Listen to ERC1155 NFT Transfers
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when an ERC1155 NFT transfer is made.”
Starts your Zap whenever L3MBDA reports a transfer of an ERC1155 token.
Listen to ERC20 Token Transfers
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when an ERC20 Token transfer is made.”
Fires on each ERC20 token transfer L3MBDA spots and hands the details to the next step.
Listen to ERC721 NFT Transfers
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when an ERC721 NFT transfer is made.”
Reacts to transfers of ERC721 NFTs, so a sale or a move of a single piece starts work in your other apps.
Listen to Native (ETH, POL) Transfers
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a native asset transfer is made.”
Catches moves of a chain's own coin, such as ETH or POL, rather than tokens built on top of it, and passes the transfer to the following steps.
When the L3MBDA Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to L3MBDA. The failures below are the ones every Zap meets, seen through this app's four triggers.
Most of them only show once the Zap is live and transfers start flowing. If yours stops without warning, see our Zapier troubleshooting page.
History never arrives
A Zap only reacts to transfers made after you switch it on. Older transactions are not picked up; filling in that history is a separate job.Busy wallets, empty task count
The trigger is free, but every action after it counts. A wallet with constant activity can use up the 100 free tasks fast unless a filter trims it.Mints and airdrops held back
A drop or an airdrop can return a huge batch of transfers at once, and Zapier's flood protection can hold them back instead of running them all.A Zap that sets itself off
If the action writes into the very place the trigger watches, the Zap starts itself again and again and burns through your task count.
